今天天气炎热，我和爸爸妈妈来到了爷爷家。

中午，我把向日葵端到阳台晒太阳，主干的颜色又变了，由黑黄色变成了黑红色，原来脆弱的身躯变得坚硬有弹性，上面还长满了白色的绒毛。主干的顶端又长出了两片新叶。向日葵亭亭玉立，在微风中轻轻摆动，那样子真么可爱。

清早，我到公园去玩，一进门就看到了一大片的向日葵。

远看，向日葵就像一片金色的海洋，又像一块金色的地毯，走近一看，向日葵和其它花一样绽放着它们可爱的笑脸。

向日葵的花瓣像一把小小的扇子，只要坐在它旁边就会感觉到很凉爽。向日葵的花蕊像足球一样圆，里面有一些小黑点，那便是我们平常吃的葵瓜子。向日葵的茎有一米三、四，比我还高，要是下雨了，还可以把向日葵当作一把小小的雨伞呢！

向日葵有一个很有趣的特点，它会围着太阳转，太阳在哪边，它的小脑袋就会朝着哪边转。为什么向日葵会跟着太阳转呢？原来，向日葵里含有一种叫植物生长素的东西能让向日葵跟着太阳转。

I Like Sunny Days

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. We like jumping rope, playing volleyball and badminton. If the sun is very bright, sometimes it is hard to see if the sunlight is reflected into my eyes. It would be useful to have sunglasses to block the sunlight. It feels good to sweat because of exercise, because I know I am becoming healthier.

雨，下得特别大。

天空乌云密布，像墨水瓶打翻了在一块布上。黑布下面是沉沉的水帘，被劲风横吹，大雨点噼噼啪啪地打在窗玻璃上。

我烦躁的很。被妈妈罚在这里面壁思过，正拿着笔纸在窗前写检讨书呢。哼，不就是打破了个破罐子吗？爱玩是孩子的天性，做个侠女是我的梦想，用得着对我发那么大火吗？

我把笔一甩，抬起头看窗外。模糊的窗玻璃外，我看到了一朵黯然失色的向日葵。

那是一朵在风雨中孤独无助的老向日葵，手掌般的花朵收敛起灿烂的笑容，金色的花瓣早已失去了往日的光泽，几片花瓣被吹落到地上混着雨水一片狼藉。硕大的叶片已泛起了枯黄，还微微有点卷曲。她的腰很弯，弱小的身躯，一次次被肆虐的狂风暴雨压倒。“真没用”。心里不禁冒出这几个字眼。可是，她竟像是听到我说的话一样，似乎要狠狠地反驳我一番。不管风多大，雨多狂，不管她被吹落多少花瓣枝叶，她都一次又一次地从打击中挺直身子重新站起来。虽然那张笑脸已经不成笑脸，可是腰杆却始终坚韧。

看着她，我的眼前竟出现了一个朦胧的影子：她留着不长不短的头发，丝丝银发和黑发混合在一起，眼角出现了条条皱纹，朴素的衣衫，憔悴的背影，越来越清晰。啊！是妈妈的身影。她与这朵向日葵真像。

孤零零的她，独自在另一个城市工作，和我们的联系只能依靠一台冰凉手机。那的环境说不上很坏，却也是夏日炎热，冬日酷冷，还要承受思念的煎熬。尽管在这样的环境下，妈妈依然要工作，生病了也不告诉我们，不想要我们担心。只想着我们生病了吗，穿得暖吗，吃得好吗。

想着想着，泪水就不争气地流了下来。妈妈这么辛苦，我却依然在惹她生气。

不知不觉，我就轻轻哼唱出一首熟悉的曲子——世上只有妈妈好。向日葵似乎也听到了我的歌声，在风声雨声的伴奏中，随着我的歌声一起“歌唱”。
