在会展上，大家都领到了“爱心苹果”，分享节日的快乐，享受了美味的蛋糕，我还学习了毛笔字，在老师的指导下，我写了“平安”、“福”，虽称不上是“佳作”，但是我倾心之作。把“福”带回家，和“平安”相伴。

平安夜的书画展成功顺利结束了，圣诞节将继续，爱心送需要的人，把平安和福送给新昌的小朋友，我们和他们一起手相牵，心相连，共同拥抱美丽的大自然！

当我走到阳台，奇怪的发现，明明都是向日葵种子。可是，两棵差别却是如此大：一棵垂头丧气般，茎十分软，叶子也黄了，死气沉沉地躺在了盆里；而另一棵却笔直地，向着太阳，抬头挺胸，是那样翠绿、可爱。我连忙跑去把这个发现告诉了妈妈，并请教她这到底是为什么。

“这个呀，这不就是像人一样吗？”妈妈回答。我不明白，又问：“为什么这么说？”“你看呀，有些人他不乐观向上，总是愁眉苦脸，这不就像这棵枯萎的向日葵一样吗？而另一棵向日葵天天乐观地向着太阳，吸收了许多阳光，就像生活中某些人一样，遇到困难也照样开心面对，从不低头，十分明朗，朝气勃勃。”

听了妈妈的话，我明白了。我回了房间，看着镜子的自己。我开始学着微笑，镜子中的自己也笑了，心想：刚刚做题的自己不就是像那棵枯萎的向日葵一样吗？我接着尝试让自己冷静并微笑地面对那道难题，想不到我灵感就涌现了，很快就把那道题解出来了。

哈哈，只要你遇到什么事都学会微笑、学会乐观面对，事情不就这样解决了吗？

剩下的那棵向日葵现在都有我手臂这么长了，仍然头向上，茎笔直，每天都朝气地向着太阳的方向。我也从此学会微笑地面对生活。

在暑假时，我种下了向日葵的种子。它像一颗小小的饱满的瓜子，过了好几个小时，一颗矮矮的小幼苗!难道是小幼苗萌发了吗?真不可思议。

这一天，向日葵的茎又长高了一些，在最上面有两片小小的叶子。觉的好可爱呀!小小的、圆圆的摸起来滑滑的，好像擦了一层面膜一样。

在一个阳光明媚的早晨，突然，我忘记给向日葵浇水了！我赶紧跑到向日葵面前，一看向日葵还好好的，没有什么变化。

今天，我再次去观察我那株向日葵，惊奇的发现：我的向日葵竟然已经有19cm高了，叶子也一起变大了，现在已经有10cm了。它的枝干上已经长出了细毛，摸上去痒痒的。可是茎的下面是紫色的，上面是绿色的。我得上网查查。

今天，我的向日葵长到30到50厘米高了，茎长得很粗，而且有五株长出了小小的花蕾，花蕾就像一朵绿色的莲花，里面是黑黑的籽，被绿色的外衣包裹着，好像一个黑人盖着绿被子睡觉呢！一想到过一段时间就要开花了，好兴奋哦！

It is reported that ten big cities in China are being  among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.

Many factors are  to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air, the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the  use of plastic bags etc.

To my view, stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without  should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more, the media should play an important role in implanting a sense

of consciousness into people’s mind.

If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better, we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.
