我最喜欢的花就是向日葵。

向日葵的花瓣是橘黄色的，像一片片金叶子围在花蕊旁边盛开着，远远地看去，就像一个个金色的太阳。向日葵的花蕊特别大，像一个个金黄色的金盘子，黄中带着绿，花蕊上面还有很多像芝麻一样的小孔孔，非常惹人喜爱。

向日葵的花特别大，它的茎虽然没有大树那样粗壮，却非常得笔直，茎的顶端是弯弯的，就像一为驼背的老爷爷。而且茎部还有一些毛毛似的小刺。茎上还有几片叶子，就像诸葛亮的大蒲扇。向日葵的叶子正面是翠绿色的，而反面是银白色的，因为叶子的反面长着毛茸茸的小刺，非常漂亮。

我喜爱向日葵，它虽然没有惊艳的外表，也没有其他花儿的芳香，但却永远都向着太阳，微笑、乐观、积极向上、从不烦恼，也从不忧虑。

我愿做一朵向日葵，学习它的积极向上，乐观快乐。

当我轻轻地合上那本书，深吸一口气，闭上双眼，无数个画面在脑中回放，那本书的名字是——《青铜葵花》；他是青铜，她是葵花。

苦难是不可避免的，就如作者曹文轩所说的一样——每个时代的人都有每个时代的人的痛苦，痛苦绝不是今天的少年才有的。少年时，就有一种对待痛苦的风度，长大时才可能是一个强者。没错，痛苦是一个人成长路上的必然阶梯，心灵只有经历过暴风雨的洗礼后才能开出美丽的花朵。我们每一个人都曾是一朵向日葵，都曾向着晴天的太阳努力生长。然而那不过是晴天的明媚，如果有一天乌云遮住了我们的阳光，那我们还能勇敢地生活吗？其实向日葵的精神就在于它对阳光的忠贞，无论明天怎样，它们都会坚持自己的方向。即使乌云密布，狂风暴雨，他们也会如武士般笔直的站在那里，不卑不亢，他们在等待，等待冲破乌云的第一缕阳光，然后便如火焰般绽放。

于是我回忆起我自己，那个轻言失败的的自己，往往一些小挫折就会令我放弃。其实，有时面对困难只需跨过一道坎就能成功，但我却不愿意，只会在角落怨天尤人。那么青铜和他的家人呢？我又想起他们一家人在暴风雨中相依为命的那个夜晚，蝗虫来临时他们望着荒芜的草地省吃俭用的那段岁月，和他们比起来，我这些困难又算得了什么呢？于是我站起身，睁开双眼，望向天空，在心底留下一个回音。

我要做那朵不畏风雨的向日葵。

我要让所有的阳光为我骄傲。

冬天终于走了，告别了漫天的白雪，告别了圣洁的蜡梅。新的一年开始了，人们欢天喜地迎来了温暖而又美丽的春天。

迎春花最先抬起了高傲的头颅，向人们宣布着春天的消息。紧接着，桃花、梨花、杏花也像赶趟儿似的，争先恐后的，开满了花。红得像火，粉得像霞，白得像雪，争奇斗艳，好不热闹。蝴蝶飞来飞去，成千成百的蜜蜂在树下“嗡嗡”地闹着……

可是在繁花似锦的春天，却唯独有一株花儿并没有展显她的美，她的嫩芽就好像平凡的杂草一样。所有花儿都嘲笑她，所有花儿都在讽刺她，大家不断打击着她的自尊心。她却只当做听不到，一个人煎熬过了这个可怕的春天……

夏天来了，那株花儿渐渐舒展了枝腰，总算是有了几分活力。可惜呀，在春天里嘲笑她的那些花都已经过了属于她们的季节，如今只剩下残枝败叶了……“嘿嘿”那株花儿想到这些，心中不免痛快了许多……

但那株花儿还像春天一样，对美与丑不闻不问，一心想着“怎样才能结出更好的果实呢？怎样才能结出更多的果实呢？”类似这样的问题……

于是，她在毒辣的太阳下始终仰着面，只是为了追随太阳，吸收更多的阳光。就算是倾盆瓢泼的大雨来了，好也毫不畏惧，顽强地在风雨中伫立着，接受风雨的洗淋，只为拥有更多水分，让果实更加可口。

夏天一晃眼，就要过去了。这株花儿已经展现了她全部的身姿与妩媚，那金黄的花瓣在微黄的阳光的照耀下显得更加动人。可这株婷婷玉立的花儿却毫不知情，她还在为生命中最伟大的时刻——结果而做着准备，每天勤勤恳恳地收集着雨露与阳光……

又过了十几个日夜，秋来了。一点点小小的黑点在花儿的花盘上出现了，慢慢地，慢慢地，小黑点变大了。花盘渐渐丰盈而沉重起来，一个小孩子偶然看见了花儿，摘了一颗果实放在嘴里，忽然叫起来：“哇！这可真好吃！大伙快来吃瓜子呀！”不一会儿，一帮孩子来了，将花儿的果实都分食光了。花儿却并没有生气，反而偷偷地浅浅一笑。她认为，一切付出都是值得的！

是呀！这株花儿—向日葵用自己的行动告诉我们：阳光总在风雨后。为社会奉献自己，正是一个人活在这世上的真正价值所在的体现……

make friends whenyou have similar interests. Look at people in the eyes when you

talk to them. Don’t be afraid to show people whatyou are really good at. Talk

themselves before talking about yourself. Be friendly to a lot of people. Try to

help your friends when they are in trouble because a friend in need is a

When I first saw this movie I didnt appreciate it like I do now. Because I was so young that I didnt get the main idea when I first saw it. Just recently I saw the movie again. What an amazing and moving story. That movie teaches you so much about life and the meaning of it. That life isnt as bad as most people feel. Forrest Gump, the innocent man can impact so many lives with his innocence. The meaning of the movie to me is that everyone needs to have a better outlook on life. That we need to appreciate more of the little things and not let the big things hold us back. Although life may throw us trials and tribulations like a box of chocolates, we just have to bite into it and get through it even if we dont like it. I just love this movie. 小区的花坛上种着一株向日葵，与其说是“种”，不如说成是“零落”着一株向日葵。因为整个小区仅此一株，她无依无靠，生长在一片片高大的灌木丛中，显得如此矮小。

a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
