眼看着四周和他年龄相仿的老鼠都已成家，他一天比一天更加强烈地想去向漂亮的鸭子求婚。

然而鸭妈妈却说：“不可能，我高贵、漂亮的女儿怎么会嫁给一只脏老鼠呢？”

灰老鼠没有娶到美丽的小鸭子，非常生气。

它在床上躺了七天七夜，想出了一个点子。

在一个金色的黄昏，鸭妈妈带着孩子们出去散步了，灰老鼠溜进了鸭棚，偷走了一只鸭蛋。

接着，它悄悄地将鸭蛋放进了鸡窝里。

不久，鸡妈妈开始孵小鸡了。她一点儿也没注意到，鸡窝里躺着一只鸭蛋。

半个月过去了。鸡宝宝一个个诞生了，它们睁开小眼睛，好奇地东张西望。

当那只小鸭子从蛋壳里钻出来，鸡妈妈惊叫起来：“天哪，她多么像一只小鸭子！”

因为小鸭子长着一身黄色的羽毛，就像黄色的向日葵一样，所以，鸡妈妈给她取了一个好听的名字——向日葵。

向日葵一天天长大了，她成了鸡妈妈最出众的女儿。

有一天，鸭妈妈听到了向日葵的歌声，不由地走了过来，一看，原来是一只小鸭子在唱歌。便叫道：“我的孩儿，快快跟妈妈回家吧！”

向日葵听到鸭妈妈的话，害怕地躲到鸡妈妈的翅膀下。说：“我不认识你，我的妈妈是一只花母鸡。”

鸭妈妈叹道：“孩儿，当你跳进水里时，你就会明白，你根本不是一只鸡，而是一只鸭！”

小鸭子听不懂鸭妈妈的话，她依旧跟着鸡妈妈生活。

一天，灰老鼠溜进了鸡棚里。它厚颜无耻地说：“尊敬的鸡妈妈，把您的小向日葵嫁给我吧！”

鸡妈妈担心老鼠偷吃它的鸡蛋，便答应了这门亲事。她想：“反正向日葵也不是我的亲生孩子！”

向日葵知道妈妈要把她嫁给了一只丑陋的老鼠，非常地伤心。

娶亲的日子到了，一群鸡拥着小向日葵到了一条小河边，个个都喜气洋洋的。

度过这条河，就是灰老鼠的家了。

河面上传来一片叽叽的歌声，灰老鼠带着一群弟兄来了，它撑着一只小船儿，胸前戴着一朵大红花。

鸡妈妈带着一群孩子上了船儿，向日葵也被拉到船上。

船儿飞快地驶向了河中心，这时，一群鸭子游了过来，嘎嘎地叫着，挡住了去路。

鸭子一齐跳到船上，站在了左边的船弦上，船儿失去了平衡，一下子翻进了小河里。

鸡妈妈和她可怜的孩子，连同灰老鼠一家，都被河水淹死了。

向日葵在水里欢快地游啊游，游向了鸭妈妈的怀抱。

她终于明白，她天生是一个高贵、可爱的小鸭子！

向日葵，一种菊类植物，在我的家乡里种了一大片。现在我来和你们讲一讲我喜欢的向日葵吧！

向日葵的“家”在广阔的大草原，干燥的地方和开阔的地区，一般在田野边缘的地方，只要那个地方阳光充足，都有可能有向日葵！

向日葵，高约1-3。5米，真是一个高高的黄脸家伙。根和茎都是直的，有许多白色的绒毛，花盘呈圆形状，像一个大金盘。它大约在夏季开花，花辨都是淡黄色的，摸上去很软。它的中间是棕色的，会结出一粒一粒果实－－葵花籽，这个就是大家口中所说的“瓜子”啦！可以用来做葵花籽油，还可以食用呢，那味道，是大自然中唯一的脆香，真是妙不可言！

大家想知道为什么向日葵会一向着太阳呢？原来向日葵茎上有一种植物生长素，一被阳光照射到，生长素就会移到背光的那一面，没被太阳照到的生长素，就会长的更加的快，导致向太阳的方向弯曲，太阳一照，向日葵就跟着太阳动了。是不是很有趣呢？

向日葵还有一个别名，大家知道叫什么呢？那就是朝阳花，因为向日葵很喜欢朝着太阳呢！

向日葵能够净化空气，可以让人观赏，又可以食用，把它的种子放在花盆里，细心照料，几周就能长小芽了。

这是我眼中的向日葵，也是我很喜欢的植物，朝向阳光，积极向上。大家在吃美味的瓜子时，别忘记了它们美丽的妈妈——向日葵哟！
