过了几天，外婆对我说：“你想吃瓜子了吧？来，一起帮忙！”我用手托住花，再用另外一只手艰难地把一颗颗瓜子抠下来，最后花的中心已经被我抠得光秃秃的了。外婆又拿来一个盆，叫我把瓜子放进盆里，再倒进水，洗一会儿。开始炒瓜子了，只见外婆把瓜子倒入锅中，锅铲不停地翻动着，不一会儿，香喷喷的瓜子出锅了，我迫不及待地抓了一把，结果把我烫嗷嗷叫。后来，我细细品尝着瓜子，脆脆的，又有一股清香的味道。

向日葵十分朴实无华，活了一辈子，后来就渐渐死去。它却把生命献了出来，留给了我们许多美味的瓜子。

2011年5月8日 星期日 晴

今天下午，老爸手机突然一响，老爸接了电话：“喂，好嘞，马上下楼啊!”听着一番话，我就知道有邮件回来了。会是什么呢?是书还是玩具?等老爸上了楼，我三下两下撕开了盒子，里头有一个长方形的盒子，我拿出来一看，哦，原来是种向日葵的，里头还有营养土。耶!去年我种过向日葵，最终以失败告终，这一次是营养土，绝对能成功!

2011年5月9日 星期一晴

今天中午一放学，我就赶紧回到家，饭也顾不上吃，就赶紧拿来我的向日葵，打开包装，里头有一个塑料的盖子，我拿出盖子，只见里头满满一盆营养土，还有两包优质种子和一包肥料，按照说明，我先把底部排水孔上的胶给撕掉，把盆子放在刚才的盖子上，用喷壶喷了一点水。又用小手，戳了一个又一个两厘米的小洞，撕开一包优质种子，一个洞里一枚，分为三排种了下去。接着把洞填埋好，又用喷壶洒水，直到水从排水孔里流出来为止。小向日葵，快快发芽吧!

2011年5月15日 星期日晴

今天早上一起床，我就冲向阳台，看看我的小向日葵发芽没有。我天天期盼，已经盼了五六天了，今天是第六天到了发芽的日期了。我仔细一看，在单调的黑土颜色中有一点绿色。我瞪大了眼睛，果然有一棵发芽了，我赶紧提来洒水壶浇水，让它们喝了个够。到了下午，就有5个小向日葵给我拍手，冒出了嫩芽，我真是太高兴了。

向日葵真是长势喜人，几天里疯狂地长大，今天我给向日葵测量身高，里头的老大竟然都10厘米长了，本来不大的营养土盆被它们一占更显得小了，真好像郁郁葱葱的一盆草。我数了三遍，一共有8棵向日葵，它们在一起拥挤着，手拉着手，和我们排队做操的样子一摸一样，我看着它们，心里真高兴。

现在，根据说明上来看，向日葵应该可以接受阳光了，所以我就把它放在窗户外头，逐渐接受阳。到今天，向日葵生长良好，平均身高11厘米。今天的天气不太好，太阳久久不露面。到了晚上7点钟，狂风四起，豆大的雨点噼里啪啦落了下来，我首先想到了我的向日葵，这天电闪雷鸣，我的向日葵还不垮了?想到这，我飞奔阳台，想要拿回我的向日葵，但老妈却拦住了我。老妈对我语重心长地说：“向日葵不经历风雨就不能扎根，不经历磨难就不能开花，人难道不一样吗?”

经历了一夜的风雨，向日葵果然安然无恙，好像还比原来绿了好多。我决定先给向日葵来一次施肥。我找出赠送的高效缓释肥，这肥料和平常的肥料不同，它是一粒粒黄色颗粒，这种肥料我还是第一次看见。我接了一杯凉水，然后把肥料倒进水中。找了一根小棍，用力的把肥料捣碎。慢慢的，清澈的水浑浊起来，我用小棍搅了搅，倒在了营养土上。我给你们供应了营养，快长吧！

6月1日星期三晴

今天是六一，也是向日葵们分家的日子了。因为小小的花盆实在容不下它们了。我凑够了家里的全部花盆，大的小的一共六个花盆。把每个花盆里都浇透水，用铲子翻一翻土，让土壤逐渐松软，再把我培育了好长时间的肥厚土壤每个花盆里撒上一些，最后在每盆土中间挖一小洞，这样就可以移植了。我选了两棵大的留在营养土中，其他的全部移植。我轻轻地拔下一株株向日葵，放进一个个花盆里，每个花盆一株，其中大号花盆栽四株。全部移植后，我在每个花盆再次浇水。向日葵，从今天起，你们再也不用过拥挤的生活了。

6月23日星期四晴

这段时间都是期末复习，我对向日葵看也没看过一眼，都由爸爸妈妈来养殖，今天好不容易考完试了，我可以来看看向日葵。十几天不见，向日葵发生了翻天覆地的变化，都长高了，长大了，除了一株向日葵留下一个小洞逃走了，一株向日葵长成了畸形，其他向日葵生长良好。尤其是那一株最小的向日葵，在爸爸妈妈精心的照料下变成了老大，已经结出了花苞，并且花苞越长越大。向日葵，你快快开花吧！

向日葵的花朵越长越大，其中最大的已经含苞欲放了。胀得好像马上就要爆炸。现在除了那一棵畸形的向日葵，其他的所有的向日葵都结出了大大小小的花苞，这将来都是一朵朵灿烂的花朵啊！想到这里，我有一种无比的成就感。

邻居在后门种了几株向日葵，异常灵动，平添了几许生气。

Now, Beijing has taken a lot of actions to deal with the hazy weather. Firstly, setting up the Bicycle exclusive channel, people are

encouraged to ride but not to drive, in this way, the exhaust of cars is decline. Secondly, many factories are forced to move to Hebei Provence, thus, they can continue to make a contribution to Beijing’s economy development and the air pollution is controlled. Finally, the buses and subway have a lower price than other cities, so that people prefer to go on work by bus or subway. And the limit line caused by tail number is effect, too.

I persist that the air pollution of Beijing can be controlled someday later.

清晨，太阳刚刚睁开眼睛，徐徐清风微微拂过，我高高兴兴地跑向向日葵基地。

远远望去，一片片绿色的海洋，一块块金灿灿的花海，仿佛是大自然的调色板，正描绘着大地的金色画面。向日葵们露出一张张金灿灿的圆脸，热情地向太阳公公打着招呼。

走进一看，我才发现它们各不相同。有的是向着太阳转的，这就是人们最常见的一种了。它们一个个抬头挺胸，朝气蓬勃地面向太阳微笑着，在清风中摆动着绿叶裙摆。不过它们也有各自的姿态，有的只是微微抬头，仿佛像个害羞的孩子不敢直视热情的太阳;有的就很大胆勇敢，一直跟随着太阳的目光，是名副其实的“太阳花”!

有的是低着头的，这种一般都是要开始结籽了。成熟的向日葵，它们的花蕊就像一个大罗盘，颜色从外到里，一层层加深，像个调皮的孩子一样变了色，到了最里面，在一根黄豆般大小的珠子上，长着一根根小刺，熟了以后就会结出一颗颗黑黑的籽了，那就是人们说的“香瓜子”。

Last summer holiday, I went to Beijing for a week. The first day when I took off at the capital airport , it gave me the first feeling was cleanand tidy. The people in Beijing were very friendly. T he second day, I visited Beijing city. I went to the WangFujing Ave , I tasted many famous snacksand Beijing Roast Duck, they are very delicious. I also went to the XinDongfang square, it was a very big shopping mall, it took me about half an hour to walk between two doors. I can saw many famous brands: Cucci, Chanel, Rolex, Seiko, even the new Audi cars. It made me really want to stay in Beijing .The third day I visited the Tian’anmen Square, and it’s very beautiful. And the Chang’an Ave is wide ,straight and clean. The forth day, I went to the Forbidden City. It made me felt the emperor ’ s royal mausoleum was very luxury. The fifth day I went to the Summer Palace, I went boating there. The sixth day, I visited the Great Wall, it’s very terrific, this great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are ! T he last day, I visited the Beijing University ----one of the topest universities of China . There are many famous people were graduated t here.

That’s a happy travel. In the future, I want to visit many countries. This is my dream.

三月十九日

今天，我种在花盆中的向日葵种子发芽了，这使我多么高兴啊！

我看着葵花子发出的嫩芽，心里美滋滋的。只见两片嫩绿的小叶片，被一根水灵灵的主干顶着，就象喷出的一根水柱到顶端分成两股一样。那嫩绿的枝叶，那么柔弱，好象只要一口气，就可把它吹断似的。

三月二十三日

芽茁长大了，叶子变得更绿了，主干也长高了，长粗了，两张叶片向上张开，叶面上的脉纹，清晰可见了。

三月二十七日

向日葵的主干增粗了，长到了半尺多高。颜色由嫩绿变戍黄绿。主干上的道管露了出来，是白色的。两片叶子长成椭圆，露出了尖角。叶面上白绒绒的，那是长了叶毛。

三月三十一日

中午，我把花盆里的向日葵端到窗台上晒太阳，主干的颜色又变了，由黑黄色变成了黑红色。原来脆弱的身躯，变得坚实而富有弹性，上面还长满了白色的绒毛。主干的顶端又长出了两片新叶。

向日葵亭亭玉立，在微风中轻轻摆动。那样子真叫人喜爱。

四月五日

中午，我又把向日葵端出来晒太阳。几片叶子长得又宽又大。更叫人高兴的是，向日葵已长出了花蕾。

四月八日

向日葵的花蕾开了，露出了一个黄色的圆盘。几片宽大的叶子烘托着，好象一朵金黄的莲花。微风吹来，向日葵轻轻摆动，好象莲花在水面上荡漾。又好象是一位穿着绿裙的少女，在轻盈地舞蹈。

这时，我好象在金色的秋天，看到向日葵捧着两盘葵花子，向着太阳微笑。

I Like Sunny Days

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. We like jumping rope, playing volleyball and badminton. If the sun is very bright, sometimes it is hard to see if the sunlight is reflected into my eyes. It would be useful to have sunglasses to block the sunlight. It feels good to sweat because of exercise, because I know I am becoming healthier.

我决定去看看含羞草。有一次，我在路边见到了含羞草。它的确如书中说的一样，只要我用手轻轻一碰，它就会像一个害羞的小姑娘，把自己的叶子卷起来，真好玩。它为什么会把叶子卷起来呢？我左看右看都没有找出其中的奥妙。于是回到家后，我马上又查阅了有关资料，终于在网上找到了答案。原来含羞草的叶柄基部有个鼓鼓的薄壁细胞组织——叶枕，里面充满了水，你用手一碰含羞草，叶子受到振动，叶枕下部的细胞里的水分就立即向上部和两侧流去。于是叶子就像泄了气的皮球一样，放松下来。这样，叶子就卷起来了。含羞草的运动方式可真有趣啊。
