The government should work with the employers and organizations, such as fund them to help those students obtain career information, develop skills, find good jobs and stay employed. In addition, the employers should provide opportunities for students to get their first work experiences and develop their skills and potentials. Whats more, the employers should also provide assistance for those who face barriers to employment and help them to get and keep a job.

I Like Sunny Days

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. We like jumping rope, playing volleyball and badminton. If the sun is very bright, sometimes it is hard to see if the sunlight is reflected into my eyes. It would be useful to have sunglasses to block the sunlight. It feels good to sweat because of exercise, because I know I am becoming healthier.

My hometown really beautiful, I love my hometown!

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.I am from ShenZhen. In spring ,the weather is warm and wet. I can play kite. In summer, the weather is hot and wet. I can swim in the swimming pool. In the autumn, the weather is cool and dry. I can play kite, too. In the winter, the weather is cold and dry. It never snow.Welcome to my hometown! Shanghai is my hometown. It is a modern and busy town. It has a long history. There are many big supermarkets, beautiful gardens and good factories here. It is very easy to go shopping. You can see big trees and nice flowers. There are many restaurants in Shanghai. The food tastes very delicious.You can enjoy eyery minutes of it. Many visitors come here to enjoy it.

我在门口种了许多的向日葵，过了五个月大概一个学期的时间，向日葵在我的时刻注视下，就像父母悉心照料我一样，慢慢长大了！

向日葵的茎是碧绿的，十分的粗壮，也十分的挺拨、向上，很顽强的样子，上面有着一些毛茸茸的小刺。向日葵的叶子绿油油的，又肥又大，像一把大薄扇。最美丽、漂亮的还是它的小花盘，那花盘像一个大圆盘，里面挤满了葵花籽儿，挤得连一根针也挤不进去。籽上有着许许多多的小疙瘩。花盘的四周长满了色的花瓣，在阳光的照射下显的十分好看，许多绿色的小叶环列在花盘下面。向日葵的花盘真的是美极了！

昨天又下雨又刮大风，将向日葵的茎又折断了。爸爸二话不说，将折断的一半插入了松软的泥土中。今天，奇迹发生了，它不但活了起来，而且又吐出了几瓣嫩叶。向日葵十分好管理，它虽然不像牡丹花那样高洁素雅，不像水仙花那样亭亭玉立，但是它不娇气，生命力十分强，不管风吹雨打太阳晒，它都长得那样神气。

我不禁吟诵起：“更无柳絮因风起，唯有葵花向日倾。”是啊！多少年来，司马光的诗句陶冶着人们的情操，激励着人们奋进。中国人民养葵，赏葵，更爱葵，不正是因为它象征着中华民族百折不挠，执著追求的情怀吗？

The volunteer/A Kind DeedJohn is a very kind and generous boy.He likes to help other people who are in need.One day,his teacher,Miss Lee announced to the lass that there would be a trip to an old folks home.Miss Lee asked for volunteers to help to clean the old folks home.Many of Johns classmates did not want to volunteer.They knew that it would be hard work and tiring cleaning the old folks home.However,John raised his hand immediately.He did not mind the hard work as long as he can help the elderly people.On the day of the trip,John was excited and anxious.When he reached the old folks home,he started cleaning the place.He helped to clean the washrooms,wash the windows and mop the floor.The teachers were amazed at Johns hardworking and positve attitude he had.Johns friends felt bad and followed his fine example and worked hard too.At the end of the day,the teachers praised their remarkable efforts and took them to a fast food restaurant for some refreshments.When John reached home,he was feeling very tired yet his happy for what he had done today.

In school,I work very hard and I rank in the top of my class.Therefore,my classmates would like to ask me some questions about study when they do not ask for teachers.I like helping others.Firstly,when others need help,I want to give them a hand.They come to me,because they trust me.This makes me happy.Secondly,I can get help from others,too.Once you did some favors to them,they are more likely to help you.Finally,helping others is helping myself,too.When I solve problems,I get improvement at the same time.
