There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

是他！那父亲正抽出锤子，重重敲打着那块“奄奄一息”的滑板，灰尘在灯光下清晰地飞舞着，小卖部里的框架上也蒙上了一层厚厚的灰，墙角的收音机还发出着嘎吱嘎吱的嘶吼声。那父亲的木桌上，插着两支有些枯萎的向日葵。

他驼着背，灰暗的影子照射在凹凸不平的墙壁上，一只手按着滑板，另一只手举锤，修理着那块破旧无奇的滑板，他眯着眼眸，紧挨着滑板，重重的捶打声，响彻了整个小屋。他的儿子估计已经回家去了。

刹那间，古老的木门发出了一声尖叫，敲打声戛然而止，他抬起头来，可未等他起身，我就转身跑开了。

我最喜欢的一种植物，那就是向日葵。

它金黄色的花瓣，圆圆的，就像一张脸庞，仿佛在向我们微笑。它春意盎然，有着淡淡的清香，让人心旷神怡。它的籽有着丰富的营养。它那漂亮的花瓣像树叶的形状，漂亮极了！

向日葵的花盘有大人的脸那么大，甚至有的比那还大，米黄色的花灿烂无比。到了丰收的秋天，它又要向人们送出好吃的瓜子，心甘情愿奉献自己。

虽然它没有牡丹花、玫瑰花、月季花那么五彩经缤纷、漂亮，但它耐旱，每天面向太阳，永绽笑脸。

我喜欢向日葵，更喜欢它乐观的精神。我要向它学习。

Today, my parents took me to mygrandfathers home. I talked with my

grandfather for a little while and then Iplayed with my brothers and sisters.

After a while, my elderly brothersuggested going to the park and having a rest.

"Thats a good idea." I said.Then we prepared for the outing. However, after

lunch, the sky turned dark andrained heavily. Therefore, our plan was an

impossible due to the bad weather.How pity it was! All the afternoon, we could

only have fun in house. We playedcards, watched TV and played computer games. We

were happy, but we still hopedthat we can go out next time.
