We got there by plane, I think that shanghai must be a very big city, and there are a lot of tall buildings. First we went into the hotel named”chuang ye”. And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. 7、不能拖课，要将课间十分钟还给学生。

感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。
