英语老师一上课第一句话就是拿出一张纸，我们来听写，听写之后呢就是拿出书来读，昨天学的那一课。接着就是把作业给我们发下来，改完之后学习新一节课，写之前老师会问谁预习了？然后一大堆同学举手，英语老师就说：“那我来考考你们谁预习对了。”老师先点了一个人，问一用英文怎么说？那个同学就说：“一用英文说one”然后呢，老师就给没学过的同学们讲，23456782，用英文怎么说。接着叫我们写单词。一节课马上结束了，老师会带大家，讲一讲练习题还会，考核，还剩最后20分钟的时候，老师会带我们做个游戏就比如，你今年几岁啦？有人会说：“Im。Ten。”一节课结束后，老师会问，谁学会啦。下节课我就考今天学的。

这就是我们的英语老师。

"谢谢你做的一切，双手撑起我们的家，总是竭尽所有把最好的给我……"音乐课又一次听到这个歌了，泪水不自觉的落了下来。记得当时周围一个同学指着我说："你看，她哭了。"然后就有几个同学都转过头来看，还有一个同学说："她跟她爸爸的感情一定很深。"

亲爱的父亲，在我看到您眼角拿一抹淡淡的皱纹的时候，我忽的就明白了……

父亲，您会为了我的事情而急得跳脚，您会整夜整夜的睡不着觉，会对着我大吼大叫，眼中却盛满了怜爱与疼惜！在记忆中，父亲是一个脾气很暴躁的人，可自从上初中后，我和您的接触渐渐少了，距离渐渐远了，记忆中的您的面孔也渐渐模糊。您由于工作的原因经常不在家，现在的我们连见面的机会都微乎其微。在我的印象里，父亲那宽大的手掌再没有扬起过，至少在我面前您不会打人，我想您想给我一个好的榜样吧。爸爸你知不知道，您一直是我的榜样。

记忆里十分深刻的事：在初二的时候，学校举行了家长会，我哭的稀里哗啦，您很少看见我哭的。慌乱的把纸巾递给我，我也只是胡乱的擦擦。家长会刚开始时，我告诉自己，我不能哭，我要坚强。于是装做漫不经心的低头玩着草坪上稀稀疏疏的草，在说到父亲母亲时，我的眼泪不自觉的就掉了下来，我不敢抬头，我怕我看见你了眼泪会掉的越凶。

父亲，我其实很爱很爱你，只是我不知道怎样向您表达。经常在外地的你，要多吃些饭，天冷了记得加衣服。父亲，请记住我们都挂念着你，请记住你有一个特别温暖的家庭，请记住你有一个很爱很爱你的女儿！父亲，放心吧！我不会让您失望的。三年之后，我必定会拿着重点大学的通知书站在您的面前说出那句我一直没有勇气说的"父亲，其实我很爱你。"

我的父亲是一名成功的交警。他每天工作很忙碌：开车打电话，吃饭打电话，有时就连睡觉也打电话，为的是更好地为人民服务。大家不要不信，我们去一睹为快吧！

还有一次，就是G20峰会期间，爸爸经常晚上九点出去，到早上四、五点都没有回来。一直到中午十一点多，爸爸才回到家，一到家就瘫睡在床上。人们把交警的辛苦看在眼里，暖在心里。就这样经过七八天，爸爸已经像猫头鹰一样作息了。过了好久才调整过来。

A great change is now taking place in higher education throughout our country。 Teachers are being held responsible as never before for how well they serve their students。 It has become as common in colleges and universities for students to grade teachers as for teachers to grade students。 In some universities students＇ rating has even become the only source of information on teaching effectiveness。

This， however， has caused great controversy。 Some are in favor of the rating system。 They hold that since students attend the teachers classes everyday， they should have their opinion about their teachers＇ effectiveness。 Others， on the contrary， are strongly against it。 They think that students＇ rating is easy to administer and score， but it also is easy to abuse。 They believe that there is much more to teaching than what is shown on students＇ rating forms。 Students should not be expected to judge whether the materials used are up to date or how well the teacher knows about the subject。These judgments require professional knowledge， which is best left for the teachers＇ colleagues。

I think students＇ rating of their teachers is necessary， but it should be conducted in a way that can really shed meaningful light on teachers＇ performance。 Instead of rating the teachers＇ knowledge on the subject， students should be asked to estimate what they themselves have leaned in a course， and to report on such things as a teacher＇s ability to communicate with students， his relationship with students， and his ability to arouse interest in the subject。

One of my earliest memories of Dad is that he would often leave the house at dawn to go jogging.

我对父亲最早的一些记忆之一是他以前常在黎明时离家去慢跑.

He was a traditional Chinese father,which means that he didnt show his affection for his kids easily.

他是一个传统的中国父亲，这意味着他不轻易对儿女表露他的情感.

And he and I didnt talk much.

而且我和他并不常交谈.

Some time ago, he made me go jogging with him.

前一阵子，他叫我和他去慢跑

I hated it be-cause I didnt know what to say to him.

Needless to say, I did not enjoy exercising with Dad.

不用说，我不喜欢和爸爸一起运动。

However, as time went by, he and I began to talk while jogging.

It was a side of him that I had never seen before.
