快到他下班时，我欣喜若狂的跑到窗户前，望着马路上的车辆，盼着父亲回来。天气渐渐由晴转阴了，我抬起头，天哪，乌云密布，居然快要下雨了。真是天有不测之风云啊，我颇为失望地垂下了头，如果父亲现在回来，就不用淋到雨了，但却吃不了肯德基;父亲要是给我买肯德基，他就要变成落汤鸡。唉，父亲一定会因为雨天而赶着回家，可定把肯德基的事抛九霄云外了，我叹了口气。过了一会儿，雨下大了，我心急如焚，父亲怎么还不回家，不会给我买礼物了吧!“叮咚”门铃了，我急匆匆地打开了门，只见全身湿漉漉的，清瘦的脸庞上淌着雨水，头发上的雨水不时地往下掉，手上提着两个袋子，原来父亲为了给我买节日礼物，被大雨淋到，我既开心又难过，他微笑着，脸上的皱纹又多了几条，我突然间觉得，他老了……

父亲像船帆一样，在无边无际的海上，任凭风吹雨打也不怕。父亲是这个家的顶梁柱，是家里的一片天，是一座不可摧毁的巍峨的大山!多少日子，父亲为我们这个家，勤劳着，奋斗着，努力着，辛苦着，有苦，父亲忍受着!有累，父亲承受着!有难，父亲挺住了!为了家，为了我，或许父亲有过委屈，或许父亲有过无奈，但父亲如山，他挺过来了，原来千难万苦都压不垮父亲那顶天立地的脊梁!!!

今天，是父亲节。我想对你说：谢谢您!我爱您!

Do you mind being called a bad student? Of course not. So far as I know, everybody intends to be (become) a model student.

However, to be a model student is by no means an easy thing. First, he must do his best to obtain knowledge. A man without sufficient knowledge will not succeed. Secondly, he must remember to improve his health. Only a strong man can do great tasks. Thirdly, he should receive moral education. If his conduct is not good, no one will consider making friends with him.

父亲，我想对你说，您辛苦了。时光匆匆不知不觉中我在慢慢长大。您也在慢慢老去，时间过得真快啊！。回想起以前小时候您陪我一同玩耍的快乐时光。心里既高兴又怀念。可惜时光不能倒流，这么多年，您见证了我慢慢成长，我也发现了你在慢慢变老。您每天忙忙碌碌，下班后也从不停歇，总要找一些事情做，为的还不是撑起这个家吗？

从小你就教育我好好学习，可我总是不听，成绩总是很差，记得有一次因为您给我检查作业我没做好，我跟您顶嘴，您打了我一耳光。当时还小不懂事，现在想起来，为当初自己的做法感到可耻又后悔。真想跟您说句对不起，可是我没有勇气，这也是从小到大您第一次打我，也是唯一一次。以前，我们很少说话，到了高中后竟多了一些共同语言，但有时只是学习成绩的对话，每次你开车来接我回家的时候都会问最近在学习上怎么样。而我每次都以还行回复，您也就再没有问什么。每当我捧着手机不停地玩耍，您总是告诫我学习一会儿可我总是不听。作业总是最后一天晚上才做，质量还很差，你总是无奈的离去而我还在游戏当中。大休回家，如果考试成绩差了您就会没收我的手机，可当我跟你要的时候，您还是会给我，只留给我一句话，别光玩儿，学习一点。可我总不听，一玩儿就停不下来，现在想起来，还觉得有几分愧疚和后悔。对不起，我没有做到你想要的样子。但您要记住，您的儿子已经尽力了，有朝一日会感谢您当初的谆谆教诲。感恩您无微不至的关心，、爱护。您跟我说过，我不需要你做什么，你只要好好学习就行，不要走我们的老路。这些话听了无数遍，可现在仍觉得没有做到像您说的那样。在网上看到一则新闻，一高中生高考完跑出来跪在母亲面前。并说，这些年，您辛苦了！在场的女性家长大多都哭了，包括我，不知为什么，每当我看到这个视频时，都好想哭，或许是因为您对我的付出太多，我却无以回报，我欠你的实在太多，而您却不求回报，在这里我真诚的对您说，您辛苦了，您的儿子永远爱你，无论何时！

父亲的爱

The only thing on my husband‘s description would be the word fun written in big red letters along the top. Although he is a selfless caregiver and provider, our children think of him more as a combination of a jungle gym and bozo and clown.

Our parenting styles compliment each other. His style is a nonstop adventure where no one has to worry about washing their hands, eating vegetables, or getting cavities. My style is similar to Mussolini. I‘m too busy worrying to be fun. Besides, every time I try, I am constantly outdone by my husband.I bought my children bubble gum flavored toothpaste and I taught them how to brush their teeth in tiny circles so they wouldn‘t get cavities. They thought it was neat until my husband taught them how to rinse by spitting out water between their two front teeth like a fountain.I took the children on a walk in the woods and, after two hours, I managed to corral a slow ladybug into my son‘s insect cage. I was cool until their father came home, spent two minutes in the backyard, and captured a beetle the size of a Chihuahua.

I try to tell myself I am a good parent even if my husband does things I can‘t do. I can make sure my children are safe, warm, and dry. I‘ll stand in line for five hours so the children can see Santa at the mall or be first in line to see the latest Disney movie. But I can‘t wire the VCR so my

children can watch their favorite video.I can carry my children in my arms when they are tired, tuck them into bed, and kiss them goodnight. But I can‘t flip them upside down so they can walk on the ceiling or prop them on my shoulders so they can see the moths flying inside of the light fixture.I can take them to doctor appointments, scout meetings, or field trips to the aquarium, but I‘ll never go into the wilderness, skewer a

worm on a hook, reel in a fish, and cook it over an open flame on a piece of tin foil.

I‘ll even sit in the first row of every Little League game and cheer until my throat is sore and my tonsils are raw, but I‘ll never teach my son how to hit a home run or slide into first base.

As a mother I can do a lot of things for my children, but no matter how hard I try--I can never be their father.

Dear classmates:

Im Li Hua After the discussion we found that 70% of the students think they should take all kinds of exercise every day but not spend too much time. They think exercise builds body and can keep them healthy. Sports also let them have a good rest so that their study will be more effective.

On the other hand 30% students believe taking exercise is tiring and its a waste of time. They say that after having sports they are too excited for a long time to focus on their lessons. And its possible to be hurt while doing sports.

Some parents think that it is necessary and sometimes important for students to do some housework. Housework is a kind of physical exercise necessary for mental development. Other parents, however, think that it is study that is of extreme importance to students. Priority should first and foremost be given to study both at school and at home. Hence students should be exempt from any tedious and time-consuming housework.

I think students should share some housework with their parents. The reasons are as follows. First, doing some housework can enable the students to have some sense of responsibility. There is a lot of housework in each family. As a member of the family, each one should do his or her share. Since a student is a member of the family, undoubtedly, he is of no exception. In the second place, doing some housework can give the student opportunities to get to know his parents better. By doing housework, a student will know how hard it is for his parents to go to work everyday while raising a

family. He will make even greater efforts in his study later on. Finally, doing some housework can give the student a chance to do some physical exercises. Since the student has to sit studying most of the time, this is certainly beneficial to his health.In light of the above, I strongly recommend that those who are not in the habit of doing housework start doing some right now. Your parents will be pleased and you will learn something from it.

What do the students plan to do for their holidays?

Here are the results of the survey about what the students in our class plan to do for their holidays.40% of the students will choose to go to visit their relatives and friends . After a busy term , they want to spent more time with the people they love .30% of the students are going to travel to relax. 15% of the students want to take training courses to improve themselves . The rest will just stay at home to have a good rest.They plan to read books .At the same time ,they also plan to go out to do sports to keep healthy.
