厦门胡里山炮台景区系国家级文物保护单位、全国AAAA级旅游景区，始建于1894年，是中国洋务运动的产物，历史上被称为“八闽门户、天南锁钥”。炮台用花岗石条建造，并以乌樟树汁和石炭、糯米拌泥沙夯筑而成，坚固异常。用优质花岗岩筑成的城门、城墙、城楼、护城壕、清兵营房和炮台等保留完整，是研究我国海防军事史、洋务运动史和兵工构筑技术的珍贵史迹。

我们先走了一百多阶的台阶，就来到了炮台的大门，进去后首先映入眼帘的是十几门红夷大炮，上面虽锈迹斑斑，但还能看出当年的威力。除了红夷大炮外，还有回旋炮、榴弹炮等等。其中最有名的是1893年购自德国克虏伯兵工厂的一门28生（280mm）克虏伯大炮，至今保存完好，有效射程可达16000米（最远射程19760米），花了白银10万两才购得（含海运及保险费）。该炮曾在1937年的抗日保卫战中击沉日军“箬竹”型13号舰，首开中国战区击沉日舰的辉煌战绩。

到了16点，发炮表演开始了，由“一品大人”带队的军团开始了表演。他们首先列队舞枪，登上高台后先擦洗炮台，然后瞄准目标，再装上弹药，最后发炮。“轰”！我们本以为只是装样子的炮弹还真被打了出去，大家都不约而同地捂住了耳朵。

五香也是极为可口的美味。它用一种专门的豆皮，裹上剁碎的精肉、荸荠、葱等，包成如春饼的一条条，再放下油锅炸成焦黄，切成几段，蘸佐料进食，香、酥、脆、鲜，妙不可言。

糖葱饼，过去有许多小贩挑着担沿街走巷叫卖，现在只有在"好清香"酒家才吃得到了。它是用特制的约五六厘米直径的小春饼皮，包上一小段专门炼制的油葱糖和酸萝卜、葱、蒜、辣酱、莽辣。入口后，甜、酸、辛、辣、咸五味俱全，食欲大振。

沙茶面可算是当今厦门最普遍的小吃了，无论闹市或深巷，几乎无处不有。沙茶面的妙处，也是在汤头。好的沙茶面汤，是用猪的大骨汤加上沙茶辣酱、花生酱等熬成的，又鲜又辣，别具口味。

芋泥、芋枣、芋包，则是把槟榔芋头蒸熟，捣成泥，然后包肉、笋等，用蒸笼蒸过，即成芋包。什么也不包，只加糖，搓成一粒粒如大枣，再油炸，即成芋枣。若是加糖，油炒，则成芋泥。芋泥起锅后，面上油多，很快就不冒烟，但内里却是十分烫，不知底细，就要吃亏。也有咸芋泥，如南普陀素菜的"香泥藏珍"，即把苹泥包上各种菜，整碟或整碗蒸熟，边上再撒些油炸过的酥脆可口的青菜叶丝，吃起来十分可口。

蚝仔粥或蟹粥的功夫，在于米要"粒粒清"，不能煮烂。主要喝稀饭汤。

传统中，一种小吃总是和最受欢迎的某一摊点的店名或主人名字连在一起，如黄则和的花生汤，“好清香”的烧肉棕，“碰记”和“真好味”的鱼丸场，“章记”的虾面，关隘内治姐的美人薄饼，思明北路程阿树的蚝仔煎，二舍庙陈汉益的炸五香，泰山口吴唇的韭菜盒，打锡箔巷叶栋梁和笛仔仙陈金水的土笋冻，福茂街口何金钗的沙茶面，海关边王奕然的油葱馃，思明北路猫车的贡鱿鱼，赖厝埕蔡淑贞的芋包，十六崎脚陈玲的麻嵫等等。

岁月流逝，数十年前的这些老字号能留存至今的已经不多。但后起之秀，层出不穷。尤其是80年代以来，八仙过海，各显其能，把小吃又推上了一个新的高潮。

一种潮流是将大众化的小吃“宴席化”，以"好清香"酒楼为代表。像“九龙盘”，借成套餐具为媒介，将九种小吃组成一道风味梅花拼盘，构思相当奇巧。同时将芋包、肉粽、油葱馃、夹饼等小吃小型化精致化，使人们在小吃宴席上，一次可以品尝多种小吃。小吃宴，十二道菜，道道都是厦门街头巷尾可见的风味小吃，但又较那些小摊点工料精致，风味更佳。

另一潮流则是将小吃“家常化”。像芋枣、卤鸭、五香、卤豆干、咸馃等等，各菜市场都有许多摊点，专卖给顾客带回家做家常饭菜。

无论是小吃的“宴席化”或“家常化”，都表明厦门人对小吃的喜爱是何等深切。相信厦门的小吃还会再发展，发展得更丰富多彩，更令人难忘。

来到厦门，不但可以看到大海，而且厦门小吃闻名中外，可谓是色香味俱全，让人一饱眼福，大饱口福!

人们磨肩接踵，举袂成云，挥汗如雨，各种小吃摊前被人流围得水泄不通。在小吃街上，红壳大海蟹新鲜出炉，香味扑鼻而来，那香味仿佛一只魔爪，引诱着我们的食欲，让人非要尝尝不可。海蟹足足有菜碟子那么大，打开蟹壳吃海蟹肉，就算是没加一丁点儿作料，也是我们当地海鲜比不上的。蟹肉非常软，还有些鲜味的汁，吃起来很嫩，就像吃白豆腐一样，蟹腿很长，我如同一只贪吃的小老鼠，使劲咬开蟹壳，吸着“白豆腐”。

橙汁好像在向我们招手，我们买了几杯，这些橙汁是纯天然的，不加水，不加糖，现榨的，四个橙子才能榨成一杯，酸酸甜甜，果真味美。

挺着满肚子橙汁，我又尝了馅饼，它是鼓浪屿很有名气的小吃，口味有很多，有水果饼、香芋饼、蛋黄饼、绿豆饼……分为甜、咸、荤、素四种。馅饼是一层一层的，薄如纸，又叫千层酥。

肚子已经饱了，可妈妈还在嘀咕：“还是慢慢吃，多吃点，回长沙就没有这些小吃了。”于是，我们又买了一盒麻糍，麻糍是传统美食，已有八十多年历史，它是用熟糯米粉为皮，内包贡糖、外粘芝麻制成。麻糍制作很细致，吃在嘴中不腻，很香甜。

厦门小吃还有咸甜交加的黄金肉松、清香爽口的椰子饼，让人吃得满口流油的鲜肉粽，令人垂涎欲滴的鱼丸，还有风味独特的五香蒜茸花生……

夕阳西下时，我坐在海边，吹着微熏的海风，听着海浪扑打礁石声，嘴里咀嚼着生蚝肉，身边是一大袋各种厦门小吃。在厦门，吃吃吃，除了吃还是吃!你的嘴巴可以永不停止，但是肚子却装不下了。

在这个世界上，好吃的食物有千百种，但在我品尝过的食品中，令我最难忘，我最喜欢吃的就是厦门小吃啦!

这个暑假，我们来到厦门旅游，所以有幸品尝到了厦门的小吃。

厦门小吃的口味简直是“天下一绝”，不仅色香味样样都处理到了绝佳的程度，而且最最奇特的地方就是，海鲜众多，有了这么多的海鲜，味道一定很鲜美!厦门小吃主要有：蚝干粥、蚵仔煎、海鲜面、海蛎米线和番茄小章鱼等等，蚝干粥鲜美无比、蚵仔煎的香味扑鼻、海鲜面和海蛎米线的味道更是绝佳，小章鱼吃了就让人胃口大增，这么多的食物，请听我一一道来。

蚝干粥的做法很简单，首先厨师会把一粒粒蚝干和一整只海蟹放入锅中再加上许多佐料和米饭煮上个十分钟，再捞到碗里就大功告成了，这碗粥因为加入了若干海鲜，所以味道鲜美无比，尤其是那一粒粒乌黑的蚝干和一只大大的海蟹，闻上去就让人“口水流到三千尺”，接下来介绍蚵仔煎。

蚵仔煎中的蚵仔其实就是海蛎，首先厨师会把鸡蛋、海蛎、蔬菜和番茄酱放在一起搅拌一下，随后放入锅中煎，不一会儿金灿灿的蚵仔煎就做好了，刚刚端上来的时候，香味扑鼻，仔细观察，金灿灿的蛋黄中夹杂着几片蔬菜和海蛎，再咬上一口，香喷喷的味道在嘴中四溢开来，令人回味无穷!

海鲜面和海蛎米线就不用说了，就是在面条中和米线里加入海鲜和海蛎，也是鲜香无比。

番茄小章鱼就是在熟的小章鱼上放一些番茄酱和甜辣酱，吃起来令人开胃，是一款开胃小吃。

前天我从厦门回来了，我觉得厦门很好玩。去厦门的第一天是晚上到的厦门，我们到外面饭店吃了海鲜，然后就回宾馆睡觉了。第二天早上起床我们就去了鼓浪屿，在鼓浪屿妈妈给我买了一个鼓浪屿盖章纪念本，就是走到鼓浪屿的哪个店就用哪个店的章子盖章，我们去了好多店，盖了好多章子。爸爸还给我买了一副卡通动画扑克牌。我非常喜欢爸爸给我买的扑克牌和妈妈给我买的鼓浪屿盖章纪念本。

第三天我们中午去了小昭叔叔家吃午饭，小昭叔叔家有一个小妹妹，我觉得他长得很漂亮，也很可爱。吃完午饭以后我们和小昭叔叔去了厦门大学，进去了以后妈妈给我和妹妹一人买了一个气球，我要了一个美羊羊，妹妹要了一条小金鱼。

到了晚上我们去了厦门洗脚的地方，那里的水是放过中药的，所以小孩子不能洗脚，只有大人才能洗脚。第四天中午我们去了温泉，温泉的水有的金色的，有的是普通的水，有的还是蓝墨水的颜色呢。到了晚上我们去火锅店吃了火锅，吃完火锅以后妈妈去买了厦门的特产馅饼，然后就回去睡觉了。第五天早上妈妈去买了茶叶，然后下午就坐飞机回来了。

There has been a long time since I came back from Hainan―wowhainan is such a wonderful place that I will never forget it .It‘s really a good place where gave me a rather good impression. I feel so wonderful during the journey as I have experienced a lot of things for the first time.

In January 7th ---the first day of my journey the fluttering snowflakes diffused over Changzhou. I first took the train to shanghai then took the plane to Hainan in Pudong airport. Although it’s my second time to take plane I felt even more excited than the first time. When flying I found that I was flying over the cloud of different types and colors. The sky is also brighter and clearer than that I had ever seen. Soon we arrived in Meilan airport in Haikou the climate is totally different from that in Changzhou It was warm there and we could see coconut trees everywhere.

After 3 days competition I went to BoAo where is famous for its forum. It was my first time to experience the sea and the beach in the sunshine. When sitting on the cruise I could clearly see the ocean waves pushing the windows of the cruise. It seemed that I was surrounded by the waves and the crystal water. I felt as if a fish which had been living in the sea happily. Then we land on the beach. The sand on the beach was so soft that it was cosy to lie on the beach. I tried searching for the shells on the beach but failed. The beach was totally different from what I heard before as there was nothing except footsteps on the beach. In the afternoon I played football on beach and scored a goal with my new friends from all around China. It was really interesting and challenging.

The next day I went to Haikou. I first visited the tomb of Hairui an officer in Qing dynasty who was famous for rectitude. I think he should be the role model of every person. In the afternoon I went to the geological park of volcano. A lot of stones of different shapes came into views. When arriving the top of the park it seemed that the while city was under my view. Also I had seen plenty of interesting and rare types of the plants. I also got into a small hole in the park it is said that the hold was exactly the original hole where maqma came from. But the volcano had stopped from erupting for thousands of years.

I can’t forget this trip not only does it give me a lot of joy knowledge and good memory but also it give me a chance to make friends with people from different fart in China. By enjoying the excellent scenery I think I have fallen in love with this beautiful city. I will cherish this experience.
