她有着胡萝卜色的头发，梳着两条硬邦邦的小辫子。她的鼻子长得就像一个小土豆儿，上面布满了雀斑。鼻子下面长着一张大嘴巴，牙齿相当整齐洁白。她又细又长的腿上穿着一双长袜子，一直是棕色的，一只是黑色的。脚上的一双鞋正好比她的脚大一倍。她力大超人，一个人住在一栋小房子里，生活完全自理，富得像位财神，壮得像一匹马。她的爸爸有点儿不可思议，是南海一个小岛上的国王。 这本书很有趣，也很令人深思。想一想，一个小女孩能照顾好自己，是一件多么困难的事情呀!而且她一个人住在家里，从不浪费时间，把自己的时间排得满满的，是每一天都富有意义。

易卜生先生曾经说过：“世界上最坚强的人就是独立的人。”是的，因为自立的个人才会有所作为，自立的国家才会不受欺负，实现繁荣富强。陶行知先生也说过：“滴自己的汗，吃自己的饭，靠人，靠天靠祖上，不算好汉。”这些无疑说明了人要学会自立，更要懂得自立。因为总有一天我们会长大，许多事情都要自己解决，自己面对。我们不能事事都依赖于他人，因为不懂的自立的就会被社会所淘汰。据报道：山东济南市的一位母亲，因为有一次她的儿子上街迷了路，这位母亲找了很久才找到。她看着儿子说：“妈在也不让你出门了。”从此以后，她的儿子不能上学，就连吃饭、洗脸也只能在床上，所有的事都不让儿子干。现在她的儿子有30多岁了，但是智力还相当于7岁的孩子一样，根本无法自立。这则报告无疑说明了一个问题，人要学会自立。

《 鲁滨孙漂流记 》一书主要讲了这样一个故事：从前，有个英国人叫做鲁滨孙，他喜欢冒险，希望走遍全世界。有一次，鲁滨孙航海时遇到大风，同伴们都死了，只有他活着。但是他被大浪冲到了一个荒岛上。他又该怎样活下去呢?第二天，等到潮水退了，他看见了翻了的船有一半浮在海面上。他做了木筏，然后划到船边。鲁滨孙在船上找了很多东西，还带回一条狗，两只猫。之后他又搭了一个帐篷当做自己的住所。随后他就想法生存。然后他自己种植粮食解决吃饭问题。二十六年之后，他抵御野人，救助了“星期五”。之后，“星期五”成了他的好帮手。随后，他救助了停在附近岛上的船长，重返了英国。

从这个故事来说：独立是最最重要的，也是最最基础的，如果没有学会独立，那么长大后就很麻烦。

那我和鲁滨孙比，差距实在太大了。我什么事搜要依赖父母，连睡觉也不敢一个人睡。下次我一定改掉坏习惯，学会独立。

我学会了独立（一）

一个人一生能学会的东西有很多，但是世界上的东西学也学不完。我觉得人最重要的是要学会独立。

记得那一次，我妈妈去店里了，爸爸也去上班了。家里只剩下我一个人，刚开始我还有点不适应，一个人在那儿看电视，虽然没人跟我抢，但是我还是觉得很冷清。我脑海里就浮现了以前我和妈妈抢电视，和爸爸抢电脑的场景。我现在多么希望有个人陪陪我，有表弟，表妹陪我玩耍也行啊。可是就我一个人。

我呆呆地望着电视，忽然想起来妈妈临走前交代我要把自己和爸爸妈妈的房间打扫干净。我马上去阳台拿了一块抹布洗了洗，就开始干活了。我先把自己的房间打扫了下，擦完扫，扫完拖，很快一上午就这么过去了，我终于把两个房间都打扫地干干净净。看着自己的劳动成果，我满意极了，心想：爸爸妈妈回来，看到这一切，他们一定会很开心的，一定会把我夸一番的。想到这，我心里就美滋滋的。

干了这么多活，我也累了，正在这时我的肚子开始咕咕叫，于是我决定自己动手炒饭，填饱自己的肚子。我把准备材料都备好了，放入锅内炒一番，没过多久，香喷喷的炒饭就出炉了。不管那么多了，端起碗就吃了起来，真好吃啊。

下午我又睡了一觉，爸爸妈妈回来时，果然不出我所料把我好好地夸了一番。我这心里乐的啊，真开心。

我学会了独立（三）

在期末考试来临之际，所有人都在教室里奋笔疾书，而这时候的我却木然地看着桌面上的复习资料。教室里安静得能够听到闹钟在机械地走动，我瞬间没有了继续看下去的冲动。脑子里有那么一刻是白茫茫的空白，突然好想放纵自己，让自己在这种紧张的气氛下解放一直以来压抑的情绪和躁动的欲望。可是眼前却浮现了父亲的静默不语和母亲投射过来关切的眼神，我内心余留更多的是不知所措。

从小到大，我都在安分守己走父母早早就给我编排好的路线，以至于内心那沸腾不已的想法犹如浇了一盆冷水，逐渐平息下去。自己也很可悲地发现一个事实，我竟然习惯了这种生活模式，我远没有自己以为的那般坚强和独立。当困难迎面而来时，我就只能说，那时候的我不是自己终日吹嘘的王者，所有的自以为是都溃不成军了。

我想我给自己的定位还不够清晰，对自己的认识也停留在小时候的阶段。尽管现在的我在成长的路上跌跌撞撞，但我要清楚认识到今后的路不能继续依赖父母，都必须靠自己来走下去。

Apparently, physical and psychological memories strongly influence our emotions! Interestingly, we can create, store, and release emotion like energy. Moreover, if we do not process our emotions properly and suppressed for long time, they can find a way out violently and unexpectedly.

Unfortunately, we carry our guilt throughout our lives effecting ever-increasing burden on our shoulders. We become heavy with guilt and anger for things we could or did not achieve, for things we cannot have, to cite few examples. Evidently, everyone carry his or her own sack of guilt and anger.

Importantly, since our guilt and anger inside us neither addressed nor given attention, they are stored. Actually, we should process and address our emotions in order to remove from our system. We cannot just wish them away.

每个人都有自己独立的一个过程，而今天我要和大家分享一下我的独立过程。

这一天，爸爸妈妈都要去出差2个多月，没办法，我只好自己在家里了。俗话说：“山中无老虎，猴子称霸王。”我早早起了床，梳了头刷了牙洗了脸，就开始做饭了，首先我打开手机美食餐饱这个应用，我看了一些做菜的手法，但是我还是不会，所以我就定了外卖。我先打开外卖，我定的是一个披萨。我先看了一下披萨的外形和需要的食材，然后我跑下楼去超市买了那几样食材，我把煤气灶的火打开，首先我放上一层，不是很厚的面饼。然后把所需的食材放在上面，和摆成的一个小猫的形状。用大火煎。一会儿，一个好看的披萨出锅了。吃过了饭，我就开始把我和爸爸的张衣服洗了些，我先打开的洗衣机，给洗衣机倒上适当的水，然后把脏衣服放在里面，再放上洗衣粉，然后打开洗衣机，很快，我把这些脏衣服都给洗干净了。然后我把地拖了一遍感觉非常的累。我终于体会到爸爸妈妈的那种辛苦。很快到了中午，我去王奶奶家吃了饭。然后我就去睡了个午觉。我觉得爸爸妈妈非常辛苦，所以我要好好学习，听爸爸妈妈的话。我每天煎熬等待爸爸妈妈的回那一句，我从来都没有说过的话。来。终于两个月很快就过去了。爸爸妈妈回来了，我一把抱着爸爸妈妈说那一句，我从来都没有对他们说过的话。那句话就是：“爸爸妈妈，你们辛苦了，我爱你们！”爸妈，我爱你们。

这就是我独立的过程，我终于体会到爸爸妈妈的辛苦了，以后我要好好学习报答爸爸妈妈这种辛苦！

今年寒假我学会了一项运动——滑冰。一进冰场，我就看见了许多人在滑冰，男女老少。有的滑得飞快，仿佛一阵风吹过似的;有的才刚刚会在冰上走路，不过走得又快又平稳;还有的一滑就摔跤，几乎就不会滑。一看见这场景，我便迫不及待地上前滑了起来。不仅没滑起来，还摔了个跤。教练看见了，连忙扶我起来，并严肃地说：“滑冰虽然简单，但是不能急于求成啊!还有我有一个小办法，以后再告诉你。你先穿好冰鞋，然后……”话还没说完，只听“扑通”一声，我又摔倒了。教练一笑，二话不说，就把我拉了起来。虽然那时我心里非常紧张和害怕，因为我害怕摔跤，但是我用了我的老办法——坚持。试了几天，我发现根本没效果，我自言自语道：“原来的成效挺好的，怎么现在不管用了?”教练好像看透了我的心思，说：“你应该动脑子学滑冰，这就是我要告诉你的小办法。”我听了教练说的这番话语，就照着教练说的那样果然结果出乎我的意料，没几天就学会了滑冰。

我告别了依赖，走向了独立。还记得月考之前，老师给了我们足够的时间在家复习，但妈妈却让我到单位的图书馆，当三天的管理员，这可是前所未有过的，足够的新奇。在正式“上岗”之前，我先了解了图书管理员的职责，并为自己设定了一系列要求，要耐心、要细心、做事要有条理。图书管理员的生活就这样开始了：

第二天，我像昨天一样努力工作，正帮一个阿姨找书呢，只听安静的图书馆发出一声巨响，我急忙从梯子上下来，循声跑去。天哪!靠墙的一排书架倒了下来，地下全是零散的书，原来是两个小朋友在打闹时碰倒的。这可是我昨天辛辛苦苦“加班”三个小时整理出来的，被一瞬间就碰倒了，想到这里，眼泪似乎又迫不及待地想出来玩了。我刚想去找其他管理员来帮忙，又想：不!我已经是一个初中生了，不能再依赖他人了，不能丢脸!况且都是小孩，也是无意，训斥他们会使图书馆暂时没有秩序的，考虑到大局，我还是和颜悦色地对两位小朋友说：“小朋友，吓到了吧，以后不要在这里玩，很危险的，你们出去玩，好不好啊?”看着两个小朋友走去的背影，我又重新拾起书本，把它归回原位。经过了这件事，第三天的工作受到了大家的支持，因为我宽容，因为我处事冷静，因为我无需他人帮助能够独立解决事情。

我告别了依赖，学会了冷静处事。更新了自我，改变了自我，我骄傲我告别了依赖于父母的影子。

我有一位老师，她和其他老师不同，不教我课文，教的是让我学会独立、坚强、勇敢、感恩。她的名字叫——妈妈。她教我的东西中让我记忆最深刻的是独立。

记得我九岁之前，每次上学都是妈妈接送，好像我一步也离不开妈妈似的。但经过了那一件事后，我再也不用妈妈接送了，也不准妈妈接送了。

记得那一次我是要和妈妈去上羽毛球课，但是天空布满乌云，感觉就要下大雨了。妈妈要赶回家去收衣服，所以我要一个人去上学。一开始我是怎么也不情愿的，但后来妈妈说我迟早有一天要独立的，早独立肯定比晚独立好，我才抱着试一试的心情来到了车站。

一辆又一辆的公共汽车在站台上停下，我终于在车子中找到了T55路公交车，我随着人群上了车子。在车上，我既高兴又害怕。高兴是因为我勇敢的走出了第一步，害怕是因为没有人陪，就我一个人坐车好寂寞。随着一个急刹车，我到了水仙路口，可是人太多了，我怎么也到不了出口，这是我想出了一个好方法——走前门下。我通过自己的努力胜利到达了上课的地方。下课的时候，我自豪地对妈妈说：“妈妈，我已经可以自己上学了，你不用送我了，我已经独立了!”

妈妈的一次次放手让我慢慢的学会了独立。上学不用送了，睡觉不要人陪了，书包不要人帮我清理了。

独立就是让我离开父母，离开那堵永不倒塌的墙，走进自己的人生，用自己的力量解决所有的问题。
