comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in

university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college

life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library

and the others.

Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the

priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew

clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue

learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my

life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study

there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.

Secondly, student activities play an important role in our college life. To

be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social

skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For

example, I’ m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I

think it’s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some

jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling

papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences

for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of

books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this

way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons

.When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and

comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the

library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay

in the library.

Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate

parents’ burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn

money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. You can see that

study brings me knowledge, student activities improve myself, library changes my

horizons, the others things make me independent. They get all my abilities

trained. And I see that the chance will come only if you have a prepared mind,

so I’m sure that I can achieve my dreams in college life.

扩大年龄范围，当我们身处不熟悉的环境，又缺乏经验时，最好的方法便是顺应一般人的标准，直到我们自己有了足够的经验和勇气，才会按自己的标准与信念做事。我们总认为顺应人群大流是安全的，但事实上也是虚假的安全，因为此时我们很单纯，更易被人牵着鼻子走，于是人渐渐变为环境的奴隶，人真正的自由，是接受各种挑战，不断奋斗。

假如我们思想理性了，能称得上为“成熟”，我们便不再需要挤在大部队里面，说到底，跟随大潮往往是遭受到团队的排挤，而暂时不随大潮流的人却会被视作为古怪，另类的人。坚持一个不被人支持的原创或迁就一个支持的原则都是不容易的，愿意在反对声中坚持信念，的确需要极大用勇气。

大部分人都没有想到自己其实才是世界上最伟大的专家———在人们自己本身，家庭或事业的世界里，人们做某些事，只不过是因为某些“专家”这么说，或者那是一种流行，跟着做也只是为了凑个热闹。

我们这一代孩子，都是温室里的花朵，饭要父母做，衣服要父母洗，作业还得父母监督，但有一件事让我明白我们不能做温室里的花朵，要学会自立自强。

一天放学回家，咦!怎么开着门呀?妈妈呢?只见妈妈有气无力的躺在床上，看见我进了家门，就说：“仔仔回来了啦!哎呀，我还没做饭呢!”于是妈妈撑着有气无力的身子，准备下床做饭，我急忙说：“不用了，我吃方便面就好了，你还是休息吧!”妈妈实在没有力气起来又躺下了。我准备下楼买方便面，可是我吃方便面，那妈妈吃什么呢?方便面可没有营养，妈妈吃可不行，于是我脑子一闪，有了好主意，煮饺子给妈妈吃。

我走进厨房将锅里放好水，“啪”的一声打开煤气灶，熊熊大火燃烧起来了，不一会儿水开了，我从冰箱里拿出水饺，打开锅盖，沸腾的水让我感到有些害怕，怎么办呢?会烫到手的，但是一想到妈妈无力的呻吟声，难过的表情时，我鼓足勇气地，小心翼翼地把饺子一个个地放放锅里，没烫着手哩!真不错，我想起妈妈煮饺子的情景，便操起锅铲轻轻的铲动了一下饺子，再盖上锅盖，等待水再一次开，不一会儿水开了，饺子浮上来了，我朝里面加了一些水又再盖上锅盖，就这样连续加了三次水，最后一次水开后，饺子便熟了。我将热腾腾的饺子端到妈妈的面前，妈妈看着热腾腾的饺子，眼里闪动了泪花，激动得说不出话来。

通过帮妈妈煮饺子这件事，让我懂得一个道理：再也不能做温室里的花朵了，只有自己独立了，才能帮助更多需要帮助的人。

每周早上，除了周六周日，我总会自己在家， 虽然有点点陪伴，但是，我还是害怕，更何况它现在被人抱走了，我自己在家更是害怕。

以前的每天早上，小点点会和我玩乒乓球，虽然天天玩，但是，我们都不会烦。因为小点点很可爱，玩一次乒乓球，小点点就会出一次丑，还会做出各种“可爱表情”。玩累了，我们喝一口水，接着看电视，虽然小点点不会看，但是，我手里面拿着小饼干，它总是不断地管我要，有时还向我作揖，恳求我给它吃的，我们都特别开心。

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment. Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of self-teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Of course,it may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the study and life in college. However, we all have to accept constant challenges of new things in our life. 自立对于我们每一个小学生和中学生来说都是重要的，首先我们先来看一个小故事内容是这样的：一位六十岁的老奶奶去为名牌大学的儿子求职，儿子却整天无济于事的家里玩着电脑，结果次次失败，这个故事就提醒了我们每一个人不要从小依赖父母，到成年后你将会变得无法求职的失业者，我们做任何事情，都要用心去做，但是我所说的自立却不是像一些人所说的离家出走。

离家出走是自私的表现，让家长为你而担心再加上你还是未成年人因此也有必要在父母和老师的监护下去做事情，那么我们应该做什么事情呢?首先，我们必须学会自己折叠被子

，而不应该一味的依赖父母，这样等将来有了孩子你不能孩子面前表现出做父母的风貌，而且一味的让家长为你叠被子只会养成我们的懒惰心理，其次在我们空闲时要为家庭做些力所能及的小事如为家里拖一次地，为家里窗台擦擦灰等，这样既可以让父母休息一下，放松放松一周的心情，又可以学会自立，最重要的还是让家长体会到我们做子女的孝心，最后还可以为班级做一些工作，这样可以学会处理问题的能力。

自立，是每个人一生中最宝贵的财富也是我们一生中最值得拥有的财富，有了这些我们就可以解脱父母的管辖，用自己的实际能力向世人证明我能行，我不是最差的。而不是依偎的赖在父母身边样样事情指望父母，这样会让我们丧失自己自主选择的机会，让自己丧失工作的权利，让自己一生只可以依赖于父母，其他事情样样不行，这是自卑的表现，也是在向世人宣誓我不行，我要依靠父母，没了父母我就干不成事情了，现在的教育也在想我们提供自立的平台。

这个暑假，妈妈出其不意的为我布置了一个难题:学会独立。我望着妈妈，坚定地点了点头，心想:这个暑假我一定能学会独立!

今天爸爸妈妈不在家，爷爷奶奶也回了老家，家里只剩下我独自一人，嘻嘻，这可是我大展身手的好机会啊!说干就干。在卫生间里，我发现了自己满是汗水的睡衣还浸在水里，便把洗睡衣做为了学会独立的第一个目标。我打了一盆清水，把睡衣浸泡在水里，拿起板刷使劲搓起来。接着，我又学着妈妈平时洗衣服的模样，先在睡衣上抹上肥皂，再从睡衣领子开始一段一段地搓，一直搓到底。我不干不知道，一干才晓得:真累啊!只搓了一会儿，就腰酸背疼的了。脸上也流下了不少汗水，我大喘一口气，喝了一杯水，又干了起来。这次，我把盆里的每件衣物又是搓，又是抹上肥皂，忙得不亦乐乎。搓完肥皂，该到洗净的时候了，我把水换了一盆。涮了一遍后，水是浑的，涮了第二遍后水就清亮些了。到第三遍，衣物才算彻底干净。最后，我把衣服一件件拧干，晾在阳台上，才算完成任务。

洗完衣服，我开始合理安排自己的时间，做作业、看书、运动，一切都有条不紊的进行着。许久，抬头一看，已是中午11点，要煮饭了!我跑到厨房，从米缸里舀出一杯米，倒入淘米锅中，再倒入一些清水，用手使劲地捏啊捏，直到水变得浑浊了，再换一盆水。这样的动作重复三遍，米就算淘好了。接着把米倒入电饭锅内，插上电源，就开始煮饭了。利用煮饭的的空档，我拿出昨天晚上吃剩的菜肴，摆在桌上。可是太少了，有了!就做一个番茄炒蛋吧!我洗好锅，倒入少量的油，再把事先打好的蛋倒入锅内。等到蛋熟透了，再把切好的番茄和葱倒下去，翻炒几下。一盘香喷喷的蛋炒饭就出炉了!

傍晚，爸爸妈妈工作一定很辛苦，我就再实战一下自己的厨艺。爸爸妈妈一回来，闻到房间里四处飘着米饭的香味，就夸奖我:“千千，长大了!”我听着爸爸妈妈对我的夸奖，心里喜滋滋的。

独立，这个小朋友都想拥有，却都很难实现的词，今天我做到了，好想对着天空大喊：“我学会了独立!”

我的第一次军训是发生在五年级，也就是在2013年10月25-30日，为期六天，此次军训我觉得有苦有乐,有声有色。

出发前，我一直想离开家没有家长约束的六天，一定像春游一样，特潇洒，特美好，带着这样的心情坐上了大巴士，大约过了两个小时，我们到达了目的地，一下车被训练场地的严肃气氛惊呆了，身穿迷彩服的教官一脸的严肃，场地尤似在一个荒山野岭中，仅有一个大草场，面积不大的宿舍和餐厅，厕所很脏。

我们军训期间的生活很苦，每天六点起床，晚上十点睡觉，每次一个简单的立正、正确的站立动作都要练习几十遍、甚至几天。去之前，我们从来没有想过要我们自己用手去擦地，清洗自己油腻的饭碗，打扫我们的宿舍，自己叠被子等，这些我们在家没有干过或者说很少干的活在这里都是我们自己完成。每天晚上还要经受蚊子的叮咬，没有时间洗澡和穿上干净的睡衣睡觉。

虽然我们过的很辛苦，但是我们也有快乐的时候，有时训练的比较好，教管会教我们唱歌。晚上睡觉时，我们趁着教官不注意，我们在一起偷着说话，吃着从外面买来的零食，一起聊天，非常开心。

六天转眼就过去了，每天我们都过得很充实，一天的时间都被训练和其他事情安排得满满的，早上六点起床，十点才能睡觉。虽然很枯燥，回到校园，我们穿着迷彩服给家长们表演，得到了家长们的赞扬，都说我们长大了，心里美滋滋的。

军训生活让我学会了独立，让我明白了只要穿上军装就是一名军人，只有独立性强才能在社会立足。

那天，夜静悄悄的，月亮灰蒙蒙的，星星宝宝们似乎很害怕，都依偎在云奶奶的怀里，不肯把小脸露出来。窗外，吹来几丝凉爽的风。这种恐怖的鬼片情景似乎是老天爷早就准备好的。安静的家里，我紧紧地缩成了一团，不住地朝着四周围张望，嘭~什么声音，我朝着窗户望去，妈呀！鬼来了！我不禁大叫，只见一个妖魔鬼怪正手舞足蹈地向我走来。稚气的我连忙跑到阳台，拿来了金哭棒，装成孙悟空的模样，呆，妖怪，吃我一棒！正想朝妖怪打去，定神一看，竟然是挂在窗户上的猪脚，真是让我哭笑不得还记得当时，我做了一件很幼稚的事，睡觉前，我用彩色蜡笔在纸上画了栩栩如生的大老虎，还很得意地把它贴在了门上，这才安心入睡，因为我相信有大老虎保护我，谁都不敢来欺负我的！

第一次独自在家的情景仍然让我记忆犹新，因为那是我第一次学会了独立，也是我在坎坷的成长道路上成功的一步！

这个暑假，妈妈出其不意的为我布置了一个难题：学会独立。我望着妈妈，坚定地点了点头，心想：这个暑假我一定能学会独立!

今天爸爸妈妈不在家，爷爷奶奶也回了老家，家里只剩下我独自一人，嘻嘻，这可是我大展身手的好机会啊!说干就干。在卫生间里，我发现了自己满是汗水的睡衣还浸在水里，便把洗睡衣做为了学会独立的第一个目标。我打了一盆清水，把睡衣浸泡在水里，拿起板刷使劲搓起来。接着，我又学着妈妈平时洗衣服的模样，先在睡衣上抹上肥皂，再从睡衣领子开始一段一段地搓，一直搓到底。我不干不知道，一干才晓得：真累啊!只搓了一会儿，就腰酸背疼的了。脸上也流下了不少汗水，我大喘一口气，喝了一杯水，又干了起来。这次，我把盆里的每件衣物又是搓，又是抹上肥皂，忙得不亦乐乎。搓完肥皂，该到洗净的时候了，我把水换了一盆。涮了一遍后，水是浑的，涮了第二遍后水就清亮些了。到第三遍，衣物才算彻底干净。最后，我把衣服一件件拧干，晾在阳台上，才算完成任务。

洗完衣服，我开始合理安排自己的时间，做作业、看书、运动，一切都有条不紊的进行着。许久，抬头一看，已是中午11点，要煮饭了!我跑到厨房，从米缸里舀出一杯米，倒入淘米锅中，再倒入一些清水，用手使劲地捏啊捏，直到水变得浑浊了，再换一盆水。这样的动作重复三遍，米就算淘好了。接着把米倒入电饭锅内，插上电源，就开始煮饭了。利用煮饭的的空档，我拿出昨天晚上吃剩的菜肴，摆在桌上。可是太少了，有了!就做一个番茄炒蛋吧!我洗好锅，倒入少量的油，再把事先打好的蛋倒入锅内。等到蛋熟透了，再把切好的番茄和葱倒下去，翻炒几下。一盘香喷喷的蛋炒饭就出炉了!

傍晚，爸爸妈妈工作一定很辛苦，我就再实战一下自己的厨艺。爸爸妈妈一回来，闻到房间里四处飘着米饭的香味，就夸奖我：“千千，长大了!”我听着爸爸妈妈对我的夸奖，心里喜滋滋的。

独立，这个小朋友都想拥有，却都很难实现的词，今天我做到了，好想对着天空大喊：“我学会了独立!”

孔子曾说：“学而不思则罔；思而不学则殆。”意思是指，如果学习书本知识而不思考，就会不辨真伪，更不能融会贯通，学以致用；如果只是苦思冥想却不认真读书，就会孤陋寡闻，才疏学浅，更不能做到博见约取，标新立异。孔子的这两句话阐明了学习与思考的辩证关系。

学习与思考是人们在获取知识过程中，两个相辅相成，密不可分的思维活动。只学习不思考不行，只思考不学习也不行。只有将二者正确地结合起来，才算真正懂得了学习与思考的辩证关系。

这里所说的学习，主要指从书本上汲取间接经验。古今中外，凡成大学问者，无一不是博览群书，读破万卷的。人非生而知之，只有不断学习前人的经验、成果，充实自己的头脑，才能进一步有所发现，有所创造。革命导师马克思为了完成资本论这一巨着，曾在大英博物馆潜心研究，留下了深深的足迹。可见认真读书是成才所不可缺少的。要勤于学习，必须博览熟记，持之以恒。鲁迅先生说：读书“必须如蜜蜂一样，采过许多花，才能酿出蜜来，倘若叮在一处，所得就非常有限，枯燥了”。另外，学习还要持之以恒，要“戒怠荒，戒无恒，戒躁急，戒泛杂”，只有这样，才能学有所成。

然而，学习本身并非目的，学会举一反三，灵活运用知识才是真正的目的。为此，就必须发挥主观能动性，进行积极、认真的思考，弄清知识的来龙去脉以及知识的有机联系。如果学到的东西不经头脑加工，就好比吃下的食物未经口腔咀嚼、肠胃消化，即便是美味佳肴，也不会被身体吸取一样，非但无益，反而有害。法国作家伏尔泰对此有着十分精辟的论述，他说：“书读得越多而不加思考，你就会觉得你知道得很多。而当你读书思考得越多的时候，你就会清楚地看到你知道得还很少。”可见善于思考是多么重要！

要善于思考，就需要有蜜蜂酿蜜的精神。每一克甜美的蜂蜜不知凝聚了那小生命的多少的心血。思考也需要我们下苦功夫，以“打破沙锅问到底”的探索精神去钻研，切不可不懂装懂，浅尝辄止。

学习是思考的基础，思考是学习的升华。在学习的基础上思考，思考才能深入；在思考的前提下学习，学习才有效果。同时对所学的知识必须结合实际反复运用，知识才能巩固，技能才可纯熟，这就是我们掌握知识的必由之路。

愿我们大家都能勤于学习，善于思考，去勇敢地攀登科学知识之颠。

生活中充满着无限的寂寞，在寂寞中要学会独立。

长亭依依，古道遥遥。如今芳草碧连天。旋律悠扬，悠悠诗境中，填写一首寂寞曲。每当寂寞时，我总会想起海子的诗歌，“从明天起，做一个幸福的人……我只愿面朝大海，春暖花开。”让我学会重拾希望，从寂寞的生活中学会独立。

当冬天来临。古树长青，花却已衰落。长青的古树在寂寞中伫立。

再次品味你在寂寞中酝酿的诗歌，那伤感的文字又加深了你的寂寞。你曾有美好的梦想，却卧轨而去，一身压抑也随风而去，那寂寞的生活已故去。海子!如果可以重新来过，你是否还会面朝大海，看春暖花开?也许你的品性不易改变。

翻开史册，无数名人保持自己的生活方式。苏轼被贬黄州却仍有“一蓑烟雨任平生”的豁达胸怀，感念天下苍生;庄子宁可尾于途，做守护月亮的孤树，也有“微妙元通真君”的情意;屈原遭子兰谗言，郑袖内惑，怀王放逐仍爱祖国，心系祖国兴亡，后自投汨罗江……

寂寞中，看文人豪气;孤独中，品历史豪杰。

李煜的寂寞在梧桐树下，往事缭绕而起，看燕子归来，晚霞笼罩皇宫，雕栏玉砌……这已成记忆，李煜啊!做回你自己，别在唱《后庭遗曲》可好!寂寞中要学会独立!

Protecting the Environment

With the improvement of our living standard, more and more people can afford a car. As a result, our roads are more often than not crammed with cars. However, with more and more waste gas being discharged by the cars, the problem of air pollution becomes even more serious. So nowadays we advocate to lead a low-carbon life.

My suggestion is we should ride bikes more often instead of driving cars.By riding a bike, we can not only exercise our body but also protect our environment. Why not have a try, my dear friends?
