I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year.Playing

In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like

french fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and

fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Taking exercise every day helps us build

a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.

The summer vacation had come again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot
