The issue of food safety is so important that we cannot afford to ignore it. For one thing, food safety concerns the well-being of all the people in the country. For another, failure to ensure the safety of food causes damage to the image of our government, especially when such food is exported to other countries. Furthermore, unsafe food can undermine consumers confidence in the food industry, which may cause disastrous effect to our economy. Therefore, our government should take all measures to make sure that all the food in our country is safe to eat. The government must strictly carry out food safety standards, and impose severe punishment on those who violate them.

最近，食品安全问题吸引了公众的不少关注。上千名喝过有毒奶制品的婴儿被严重健康问题困扰的新闻震惊了每个人。 食品问题如此重要我们无法忽视。其一，食品安全关乎于全国人民的健康;其二，政府无法确保食品安全会使他们的形象大大受损，尤其是有些食品是被输往其他国家的。再者，不安全的食物会让消费者大大降低对食品产业的信心从而对经济产生灾难性的影响。因此，我们的政府应该想尽办法去确保我们国家的所有食品都可以安全食用。政府必须出台严格的食品安全标准并对违反它的人施加严厉惩罚。

交通事故时时刻刻都会发生，它就像颗威力十足的炸药，一时大意，这颗埋伏在我们生活中的炸弹就会爆炸，炸的家庭破碎，炸得人心悲苦。安全，随时随地保护这我们。

最近，“中国式过马路”传的沸沸扬扬，因“中国式过马路”引起的交通事故也不计其数。

所谓的“中国式过马路”就是凑一撮人就可以走，与红绿灯无关。我原认为在诏安不会有这种事发生，大家都遵守交通规则。然而，就在昨天下午放学时，触目惊心的一幕发生了：我放学时间是这时也是下班的高峰期。我正要过十字街口的时候，我发现绿灯还没亮，就站在指示灯下面等。这时，我发现许多人没等绿灯亮，只是看看左右没来车，凑一撮人急匆匆地走了。我心想：我原认为诏安不会有人用“中国式过马路”的。一看，有这么多人，真是没素质。突然，“砰”的一声巨响，眼前的一幕把我惊呆了：这撮中笑着一个跟我一样大的小学生，他一边过马路，还一边玩着悠悠球。突然，一辆大卡车疾驰而来，旁的人快速的躲闪，躲闪过后还一直拍着自己的胸前，好想在说：想这样过马路，也需要很大的勇气哪！当大卡车驶到那个小学生面前时，他只顾着玩悠悠球，没注意到，大卡车的司机来不及刹车，重重地地把那个小学生撞倒在地。很多人纷纷围了过去。人们的惊呼声，喊叫声，悲叹声，响成一片，我看着躺在地上那个血肉模糊的身躯，吓得灵魂出壳了。周围的打人赶紧打了110和120。直到救护车赶到，围观的人才慢慢散去，我却呆若木鸡地站在那儿，看着地上的一滩红色。那红色是那么抢眼，那红色好像在诉说着一个悲剧，诉说着一个血的教训……

据统计，仅仅在我们诏安每月因“中国式过马路”引起的交通事故就高达十起。有多少个生命受到伤害。由此可见，交通事故随时随地都可能发生，交通安全隐患时刻跟随着我们。作为学生，我们更应该遵守交通法规，拒绝“中国式过马路”，为了自己以及他人的安全。

车让人，让出一份文明；人让车，让出一份安全；车让车，让出一份秩序；人让人，让出一份和谐。让我们一起自觉遵守交通规则，分享交通文明的快乐吧！

所谓食品安全，就是食品里不含任何对人体有害物质。如果食品变质或者含有毒物质，就会给我们身体带来危害甚至危及生命。食品安全关乎人的生命健康。劣质食品极大得危害了人的健康，轻则拉肚子腹泻，重则中毒昏迷，更有甚者可能会引起死亡。的确，食品安全直接关系着群众的身体健康和生活质量。学校周边有许多小店，那诱人的“美食“发出阵阵香味，同学们抵挡不住零食的诱惑，你五角，我一元地买了许多零食，结果有些买零食的同学都因为买了不卫生的食品而拉肚子。

记得有一次我在电视里看到了一个新闻:某一知名酸奶品牌因为某种原因，把过期的酸奶重新包装了一遍，还好食品质量监督管理局及时发现，不然后果不堪设想。看看这些厂家，多么毒辣，为了市场上的竞争，竟不顾消费者的健康。

以上事例都足以证明食品安全的重要性，食品不安全的事件给人们的生活造成了很大的影响，食品监管部门也一直很重视这个问题。相信有关部门能够严肃处理，严格管理，给大家一个放心的食品食用环境。而我们作为一名小学生，作为社会的一份子，我们也应该要不断提高自我保护能力和自我保护意识，以及尽自己的绵薄之力配合监管部门工作。

Thank you for taking time to read this letter. As the problem of food safety has been becoming worse and worse nowadays, I am obliged to write to you.

Several days ago, one of my classmates came back from supermarket with a large bag of food. Because of having found a new style of tinned?ish in the

food store, she was very glad. Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the mouth?atering chicken. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. Due to sensitivity to that kind of tinned food, I escaped that suffer. At that time, my mind went blank. I dialed the emergency number with my trembling hand, therefore they were quickly sent to hospital. The doctor said they were lucky to be out of danger because they did not eat too much of that rotten fish and were hospitalized on time.

Campus Security

Security issue may sound clichéd, but when it comes to the campus security,

we have to take it seriously. Nearly every day, there are reports to the

security office on campus that valuable things are stolen away.

A surrounding with stealing, mugging can’t be worse for studying. In such

cases, what measures should be taken to improve the campus security?

On the one hand, we students should strengthen our security awareness. Once

we smell out something unusual, we should report it to the campus guard

immediately. On the other hand, more equipment such as monitors should be

installed on campus so as to detect crimes as soon as possible.

Besides, a proper amount of security guards should be arranged to patrol

the campus。

In my opinion, campus security will be improved as long as efforts are made

on campus. Therefore colleges and universities should try their best to make

everyone on campus safe and sound。

People know the dangers of fires. Its good for us to know how to protect us from fire.

Firstly, get a smoke alarm in the house. It can make a loud sound. The sound tells everyone to leave the house immediately in case of emergency.

Secondly, have an escaping plan. Make sure we all know where is the safety exit of your house. In case of fire emergency, everyone should follow the right way to escape.

Last but not least, it is necessary for every family to buy a fire extinguisher, better safe than sorry. And also make sure that every family member know how to use it.
