一、人与交通

“衣”、“食”、“住”、“行”，是人们生活中的四件大事。“行”就是交通。当我们迈开双脚一踏上道路，就同交通发生了联系。所以，人是离不开交通的，人一离开交通，就会寸步难行。

人参与道路交通活动，可以走路、骑车，也可以驾车和乘车。由于他们采取的交通方式不同，称呼也不同。我们统称将走路的人称为“行人”;把驾驶自行车的人称作为“骑车人”;把开汽车的人称作“驾驶员”或“司机”;把乘坐车辆的人称为“乘车人”。

在交通活动中，行人、骑车人、驾驶员、乘车人，应该互相尊重，互相关心，互相帮助;还应该遵守交通法规，维护交通秩序，讲究文明，注意安全。

二、道路

早先，世界上并没有路，只是人走的多了，才踩出一条条小路。后来，人们为了生活，开始自己筑路、造桥、挖地下通道。久而久之，在我们的大地上形成了四通八达的通路网。

道路是专门给人和车辆通行的地方。它划分成人行道、和车行道两大块，车行道又划分为机动车道和非机动车道。人走路时，应该走在人行道上，没划分人行道的地方应靠路边走;机动车在机动车道上行驶;自行车、人力车等非机动车在非机动车道上行驶。这样各行其道，就能够避免人与车辆相撞的事故。

在市区车行道的交叉口上，有一条一条用白色直线连成的“走廊”，这是人行横道。行人要横过车行道时，应该从人行横道内通过。

人行天桥、人行地道，也是道路的组成部分，是专门为行人横过道路时使用的。

三、车

用轮子转动的交通工具，称为车。相传在我国古代，奚仲创造了“推车”，相土发明了“马车”，王亥制造了“牛车”。而发明第一辆汽车的是德国人本茨。汽车发明到现在已经有一百多年的历史了。当今，道路已进入了“汽车时代”，汽车是道路交通的主角。在我国，不仅拥有相当数量的汽车，而且拥有世界上数量最多的“自行车”，因此被称为“自行车王国”。

在道路上通行的车辆五花八门，式样繁多，但不外乎机动车和非机动车两大类。机动车是用发动机作为动力的车辆，如客车、货车、摩托车、拖拉机等等;非机动车是用人力(非机械为动力)来带动的，如自行车、三轮车、架子车等。由于它们的性能不同，所以道路交通法规规定：

机动车走机动车道，非机动车必须走非机动车道。

一切行人，都必须让执行任务的警车、消防车、工程救险车、救护车先行。这样就能保证在道路上互不干扰。

四、红绿灯

在繁忙的十字路口，四面或中心岗台上都悬挂着红、黄、绿三盏交通信号灯。车辆驾驶员和行人，就是从这三盏灯的灯色变化中获得能否通行和如何通行的信息，从而保证路口的交通畅通和安全。随着现代化科学技术在交通管理上的应用，交通信号灯正在逐步摒弃人工操作的方式，而采取“电脑”控制。这就是人们说的“自动信号灯”，俗称“自动红绿灯”。

红绿灯，其实是由红、黄、绿三种灯组成。它分为“车辆信号灯”和“行人信号灯”二种。“车辆信号灯”通过红、黄、绿三色灯的五种变化来指挥车辆行进、停止;“行人信号灯”通过红、绿二色灯的三种变化来指挥行人横过车行道。

车辆信号灯，红灯亮时禁止通行;右转弯的车辆在不妨碍行人和其它车辆正常通行的情况下允许通行。

车辆信号灯绿灯亮时，准许车辆通行;转弯调头车辆在不妨碍直行车辆和行人通行的情况下也允许通行。

车辆信号灯绿灯闪烁时，表示信号灯即将转换称黄灯，这是已接近路口“停止线”或人行横道线的车辆可以继续通过路口，离停止线、横道线较远的车辆应减速慢行。

车辆信号灯黄灯亮时，各种车辆须停在路口停止线和人行横道线以内，已经超过停止线和横道线的车辆可以继续通行。

车辆信号灯黄灯闪烁，是一种警告车辆注意安全的信号，车辆经过路口应注意来往车辆、行人，小心通行。

行人信号灯红灯亮时，禁止行人横过马路，行人必须在人行道上等候。

行人信号灯绿灯亮时，准许行人从人行横道内通过。

行人信号灯绿灯闪烁时，不准行人再进入人行横道;已经在人行横道内的行人应加快步伐安全通过。

交通信号灯是交通管理的重要设施之一。遵守信号规定，服从信号指挥，是驾驶员、骑车人和行人必须做到的最基本的交通行为规范。随意闯越“红灯”，遇停止信号超越停止线或乱穿马路，都是违反交通法规的不良行为，必须坚决制止。

五、隔离设施

设置在道路上，用来分隔行人和车辆、车辆与车辆的物体，统称为“交通隔离设施”。这是公安交通管理机关为实行“分道行驶、各行其道”的通行原则而采取的一种带有强制性的措施。

交通隔离设施主要有行人护栏和车行道隔离墩二种。

人行道护栏，安装在人行道外侧与非机动车道相接界处。用来保护行人在人行道上行走的安全。同时也可以防止行人走入车行道，或随便横穿道路。

车行道隔离墩，安装在车行道上。用来分隔非机动车与机动车通行的，设置在机动车道与非机动车道隔离墩;用来分隔来与往的机动车，设立在机动车道中间的，称中心隔离墩。

道路上的隔离设施好比是一座座墙，一条条“分界线”，车辆与行人是不能随便逾越的。任意钻越和跨越隔离设施，是一种违反“交通法规”的行为，必须坚决予以制止。

作为一个守秩序、讲文明的人，应该按照“行人走人行道，过马路走横道线”和“骑自行车走非机动车道”的规定，严格“分道通行”，养成良好的交通习惯。

六、集体外出

上学、放学、春游、秋游和其他集体外出活动时，队伍应该怎样排列?走路应该怎样走?横过车行道应注意些什么?这些都是必需掌握的基本知识。

集体外出，要有教师带领。在没教师带领的情况下，要推选一位“路队长”来管理队伍;外出时要整好队，横列不宜超过二人;行进时，应靠右侧走在人行道上，不能走入车行道。队员应遵守纪律，不能随便离队，不能相互追逐戏闹，不猛三五成群地并肩行走或交通拥挤的地方聚集、停留，以免影响他人通行。

队伍横过车行道时，应走人行横道。在有信号灯的地方，要在绿灯亮时通行。在没有人行横道的地方横过车行道，要在暂没有来车时抓紧时间通过。如果来往车辆较多，应在人行道上或路边耐心等候，不要随便乱穿，更不要在车辆临近时急穿。

七、安全横过道路

上学、放学和外出活动，我们几乎天天要在道路上行走。走路要保证安全，这里面的学问可多着呢!有不少行人，因为没有掌握好安全横过道路的要领，结果丧身与汽车轮子底下。

横过道路时，要选择有人行横道的地方。这是行人享有“先行权”的安全地带。在这个地带，机动车的行驶速度一般都要减慢，驾驶员也比较注意行人的动态。在没划有人行横道的地方横过道路，要特别注意避让来往的车辆。避让车辆最简单的方法是：先看左边是否有来车，没有来车才走入车行道;再看右边是否有来车，没有来车时就可以安全横过道路了。

横过道路不走人行横道，随便乱穿，或者在汽车已经临近时急匆匆过道路，都是十分危险的举动。

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for taking time to read this letter. As the problem of food safety has been becoming worse and worse nowadays, I am obliged to write to you.

Several days ago, one of my classmates came back from supermarket with a large bag of food. Because of having found a new style of tinned?ish in the food store, she was very glad. Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the “mouth?atering chicken”. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. Due to sensitivity to that kind of tinned food, I escaped that suffer. At that time, my mind went blank. I dialed the emergency number with my trembling hand, therefore they were quickly sent to hospital. The doctor said they were lucky to be out of danger because they did not eat too much of that rotten fish and were hospitalized on time.
