Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the “mouth?atering chicken”. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. 我经常发现有一些人不遵守交通安全法规，乱闯红灯，不走人行道，这是不对的。《道路交通安全法》规定，未满12周岁的儿童，不能在道路上骑自行车。我想：如果我们不遵守规定，就会给自己和他人带来不便，或者造成无法预料的伤害。

一、行路常识

行路是中学生最基本、最常见的交通方式。因此，应该加强这方面的安全教育，掌握如下一些常识。

1、路上行走要走在人行道上，没有人行道的要靠路边行走;群体行进要列队，横排不要超过两人。

2、横过车行道，须走人行横道、人行过街天桥或地道，在没有这些标志、设施时，须直行通过，不要在车辆临近时突然横穿;长队伍横过车行道时可视情况分段通过，有条件的可佩带明显标志，如小黄帽等;不准横过划有中心实线的车行道。

3、行路时要注意各种信号灯的指示，尤其是路口红绿灯、人行横道信号灯和车辆转向灯的变化。

4、当公共汽车站设在机动车与非机动车隔离设施上时，上下车要避让车辆，并直行通过非机动车道。

5、不要在车行道、桥梁、隧道或交通安全设施等处逗留;不要在路上玩耍、抛物、泼水、散发印刷广告或进行妨碍交通的活动。

6、不要穿越、攀登或跨越隔离设施。

二、骑自行车常识

目前我校学生上、放学绝大多数以骑自行车为主，加强骑车的安全教育，掌握骑自行车的安全常识尤为必要。

1、不满12周岁不能在道路上骑车;没有刹车或没有安全保证的自行车不能上路;不要在人行道、机动车道上骑自行车;不要在车行道上学骑自行车。

2、要在非机动车道上行驶，在混行道上要靠右边行驶，不能在机动车道和人行道上行驶。

3、如过较大陡坡或横穿四条以上机动车道时应当推车行走;雨、雪、雾等天气要慢速行驶，路面雪大结冰时要推车慢行。

4、转弯时要提前减速慢行，向后了望，伸手示意，不要突然猛拐;超越前方自行车时，不要与其靠的太近，速度不要过猛，不得妨碍被超车辆的正常行驶。

5、不要手中持物骑车，不要双手离把骑车，不要两人骑一辆车;骑车不要曲折行驶，不要相互竞驶，不要两辆以上并排行驶。

6、两辆车行驶时，两人不要相互勾肩搭背，相互挤抹，相互追逐。

7、不要骑一辆车，再牵引一辆车，不要紧随机动车后面行驶，不要手失机动车行驶。

三、乘机动车的常识

乘机动车是学校师生外出活动的主要交通方式之一，也部分学生上、放学或出行所选择的交通方式，因此要教育他们掌握乘车的一些安全常识。

1、要选好车，特别是学校组织学生的集体交通活动，要取得与交通管理部门的联系，并在他们的指导下，确认驾驶人员的准驾资格后，选择有交通管理部门认可的有准运资格的，质量优良的客运车;发现驾驶员患有妨碍安全行车的疾病或过度疲劳的，不要乘坐该车;发现驾驶人员无驾驶证或饮酒的不要乘坐该车;发现机动车不具备载客的准运资格或明显质量问题的不乘该车;不乘超载车。

2、不要在机动车道上等候车辆或招呼出租车，应该在车站台上或指定地点依次候车，车来后，待车停稳时，再按顺序先下后上;不要携带易燃、易爆等危险品上车。

3、上车后，应找座位坐好，没有座位时，应抓好把手站稳;乘坐小型客车，坐前排时要系好安全带;不要乘坐货车或拖拉机;乘坐二轮摩托车必须要12岁以上，并戴好头盔，在驾驶员身后两腿分开跨坐，不能偏坐或倒坐。

4、在车辆行驶中，不要与驾驶员闲谈或妨碍驾驶员操作;不要随意开启车门、车厢，不能将身体的任何部位伸出车外，不要向车外抛投物品;不要在车内随意走动、打闹。

The publication of the draft regulations indicates that our government has realized how serious the situation is and that it is taking effective measures to ensure the safety of the school bus.

In my opinion, the draft regulations reflect a deep concern from our government as well as from the public about students’ lives. When put into effect, the regulations will surely help reduce the number of accidents and benefit schools and families as well. Also, they will be of vital importance in stabilizing the society.

“民以食为天”，这说明食品对于我们来说是多么的重要!不过，你在饮食过程中有没有注意饮食卫生呢?如果你不注意，卫生就可能因为一点儿小小的疏忽而丢失宝贵的生命。

"Hunger breeds discontentment", this shows how important it is for us the food! However, in the process of eating you have pay attention to food hygiene? If you do not pay attention to health, may be because of a little careless and lost the precious life.

虽然我还是一个小学生，可我懂得的关于食品安全的知识可不少呢!比如说不能在小摊上买东西、不能在没有卫生许可证的餐厅吃饭、不能吃过期、变质、“三无”食品、不能吃未煮熟的东西等等。我还知道在购买小食品时，注重查看以下几个方面情况：一是要选择信誉好、质量稳定的知名品牌;二是要注意查看产品包装上的厂名、厂址、食品生产日期和保质期，拒绝购买“三无”产品;三是检查食品和合格、所含的营养成分、色泽新鲜程度;四是注意质价相符，对超低价格的小食品不要购买;五是注重检查该食品的食品商标标志等等。

今天，我和爸爸妈妈学习了《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》。

开始的时候，爸爸妈妈没有给我讲解，让我自己看。这是我第一次学习法律，看这一条一条的规定，我眼都晕了，一个小时过去了，我只看懂了行人要走斑马线，红灯停绿灯行黄灯请你等一等……于是我请教爸爸妈妈，爸爸妈妈耐心地向我做了讲解，虽然大部分内容我还是不很明白，但是我还是知道了一些我过去不知道的东西，特别是爸爸妈妈说的“以人为本”的立法思想就是非常关注于人的生命和行人要自觉遵守交通规则让我记忆最深。

爸爸妈妈说：过去《条例》是这样规定的，行人在横过道路时要注意避让机动车，这就是人要让车;那么今年“五·一”之后呢?行人横过道路的时候机动车驾驶员遇有行人横过道路时，应该避让行人。驾驶员不避让行人这个行为以及在人行横道停车的行为按照新的法律规定会被处以二百元的罚款，这个处罚足以震慑驾驶员应该让行人先行。爸爸妈妈在讲解行人要自觉遵守交通规则时，我想起了在网上看到的一个交警叔叔的介绍：他曾经问过行人方向为红灯的时候过马路的行人，他问这些人为什么已经红灯了你们还要过马路?行人说：难道信号灯对行人也起作用吗?这位警察叔叔说，行人在横过道路的时候要遵守交通信号的规定这个概念在我们行人头脑里太淡薄了。新的交通安全法规定了行人的义务，就是行人你在横过道路的时候要走过街的设施，包括人行横道、过街天桥和地道，如果你不这样做也要承担法律责任。这让我想起了电视上播放的一个公益广告，一位老奶奶不遵守交通规则，横穿马路，差一点被车轧着，多危险啊!

每天上学和放学回家的路上，我经常听到妈妈说又堵车了，真烦人。我觉得只要大家遵守新的交通法规，互相谦让，互相体谅，我相信济南的交通会畅通的。

同学们，让我们和爸爸妈妈一起认真学习新的交通规定，和爸爸妈妈约定决不违反交通规定，让我们的道路更畅通。
