Dear Mr. Seaton， Thank you very much for taking me with you on that

splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or

any of the other famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly

as much, because I wouldnt have known my way about. The weather was splendid on

that day, which I thought was rare.

I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and

no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon,

shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was

lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive

for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to

Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never

欧阳老师是一位可亲可敬、关爱学生的优秀老师。我们班在学校算是很出名，每个老师来上课都会以笑脸而来，伤心而回。从此我们班在学校就出名了，每个老师都不愿意来我们班上课，只有欧阳老师依然不放弃我们。这也因为我们班的同学很调皮，经常为一两句不中听的话发生争执，为一两件微不足道的事情而打架，使到整个班变得很乱。

欧阳老师非常关爱学生。记得有一段时间，快临近期末考试，水痘传染很厉害，尤其像学校人多密集的地方，传染的更快。学校各班都有人感染水痘，我们班也有个别同学感染，一请假就是一两个星期，对学习影响很大。欧阳老师为了防止传染水痘的同学成绩下降，就叫一些基础好的同学帮他们补习，一有不明白的问题欧阳老师就耐心的讲解，直到同学弄懂题意，有时还印一些练习卷来做，然后根据同学容易做错的题目，在仔细地讲解，直到同学做对为止，她才慢慢地离去，做自己的工作，老师的付出让同学们对考试也更有信心了，果然在期末考试中，我们拿到了好成绩，算是给欧阳老师的惊喜吧！

有一次，我们上体育课时，有一名女同学跑步时不小心跌倒了，把脸上的皮都弄掉了，特别疼，我们跑去跟郑老师汇报时，郑老师一听拿着衣服就去了操场，一到操场郑老师就跑着她赶紧去医务室，校医说没什么大事，就是弄破了点皮，跟她贴几个创可贴就行了。等校医说完，郑老师才安心。郑老师看每次那个同学受了伤，就把我们当自己的孩子一样的照顾，鄢老师也是，我特别喜欢鄢老师和郑老师。

Our new English teacher of this term is called Miss Li who is about 25 years old.She is very thin and about average height.She has a pair of big eyes which will narrowed into lines when she smiles though.

我的班级有六位老师，我最喜欢的是英语老师，何老师。她是一名年轻的女老师，大概二十五岁左右。我最喜欢她，因为我觉得她是一位好老师。她很认真、耐心地对待我们学生。英语课总是很有趣的，因为她尽最大的努力上好课。何老师有丰富的知识，她也总是和我们说她学习英语的经历和经验。她鼓励我们努力学习。

在这六年里，我们学到了很多，也懂得了很多。在您的指导下我们学到了有用的知识、应用的技能、做人的道理。我记得您为了我们这班差班费尽了心血，可是得到的回报却是那么的少。您无数次的鼓励过我们，可是不争气的男生们却总是惹您生气，也不体谅您的良苦用心。还一次又一次的让您伤心，就算是这样您也从未放弃过我们，继续鼓励我们前进。

我以前在老师、同学们眼中是“调皮鬼”。极爱搞恶作剧，每次使得原本平静的教室应为我而别的“热闹”起来。上课不听讲，学老师走路的样子。一天单老师把我叫到办公室跟我说：“袁立超，你为什么老是这么的调皮捣蛋呢？你就不可以变成好同学吗？我希望你可以变成好孩子。”从此我决定学先进。我上课认真听讲，下课不横冲直撞，也不和同学打闹，不随地扔垃圾，不踩踏花草。终于改变了我在同学们心中的形象。

我以前的字也非常的别提有多难看了，因此经常在课堂上批评受到老师的批评。有一次老师在班上举行了一个评比评字最好的同学和字最差的十位同学。我就是写字最差的十位同学之一。我因此下定决心，要把字给练好。在这个星期六，我到书城去买一本字帖。每天做完作业就练一页。经过一个暑假地练习，我的字终于练好了。

我以前的成绩一直是班上那个的危险分子。一不小心就会在50-60分之间徘徊。记得有一次，我在一次考试之后的分数才61分。单老师看到我的成绩后，立即把我叫过来更我谈心，并在每次上课时耐心的指导我，经过一个多月的努力，我的成绩终于上升到了90多分。

Our English teacher, Ms Huang, came to our school in 1980. She has been an English teacher for more than 30 years. She works hard and has been a model teacher for many years.

She is kind and friendly to us after class, but She is rather strict with us in class. She always encourages us to speak and read more English. She often says,"Practice makes perfect." She is good at teaching and tries her best to make every lesson lively and interesting. She often gives us slide shows, teaches us English songs and helps us to put on short English plays.
