Not long ago, our school organized a charity walk to raise money for

children in poor areas.

It was on Saturday, 23 rd October. We walked from the school to the centre

Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the “mouth?atering chicken”. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. 带血旧衣翻新成外贸尾单?广东:未发现非法加工场。近日，一则以“暗访：带菌带血旧衣翻新成外贸尾单”为题的视频在网上传播，其内容主要是曝光广东省陆丰市碣石镇非法加工经营旧服装现象。据陆丰市政府新闻办通报，1月13日至14日，碣石镇工商部门对当地城乡结合部进行了巡查监管，相关村居也对各自辖区进行排查，没有发现非法加工旧服装工场，执法人员对个别经营库存旧服装的“三合一”门店予以了取缔清理。

曝光视频触目惊心，除了肮脏的服装加工场景，从业者笑言“消个屁，消毒”的镜头更是令人心中苦涩。更惊悚的是有知情人士透露，不少洋垃圾来自国外停尸房及废品站，有的从尸身上扒下，还带血……无疑，这是一个看了很容易给人带来“不适”和担忧的新闻。食品领域的问题曝光过不少，穿衣原来也暗存这么大的风险，安全感何在?

还好，遭到曝光后，当地当即回应称“未发现非法加工场”，似乎给公众吃了一个定心丸。可细想却觉得有点不对劲——如果当地没有非法加工场，此前媒体暗访所拍摄的画面从何而来?并且，所谓巡查监管，是在事情被曝光、迅速形成网络热点之后进行的，有“马后炮”之嫌。会不会是非法加工场为了自保避风头，所以关门隐藏起来?事实上，碣石地区非法加工经营旧服装问题由来已久，曾多次受到媒体关注。非法之徒应对舆论监督和曝光的经验想必极为丰富，打一枪换一个地方的套路应该也无比熟稔。当然，风紧扯呼、风声一过卷土重来的现象，似乎也不止一次上演过。

非常耐人寻味的，还有“未发现”的说法。“没有发现”、“暂未发现”、“尚未发现”……类似的说法近年来颇受某些地方政府和部门的青睐，时不时就要拿出来用一用。“XX最牛夜总会”被查后，当地称“还未发现有公权力参与其中”;嫌疑人在看守所突然猝死，家属怀疑其遭遇刑讯逼供，专家调查后作出结论：“未发现死者生前有遭受刑讯逼供的迹象”……另外，“XX警方称暂未发现谋杀证据”、“广西北海称暂未发现公务员考试泄题证据”一类的新闻更是频频见诸报端。

上述说法和措辞很是巧妙，似应归入“外交辞令”和“模糊语言”之列。这种“模糊语言”的好处，就在于“进可攻、退可守”——如果舆论不再深究、可以蒙混过关，“暂未发现”理所当然就会变成“永不发现”;如果舆论穷追不舍、无法搪塞，也可以见风使舵，毫不脸红地将“暂未发现”变成“经过努力终于发现”。

翻新旧衣的问题，有就是有、没有就是没有，两者必居其一。非要拿“未发现”来搪塞，显得很心虚也很不负责任。纳税人养着“相关部门”及其工作人员，就是要让其“发现”问题并解决问题的。啥事你都是“没有发现”、“暂未发现”，又何谈解决?说难听点，如此滑头的部门和官员，是否有失职渎职的嫌疑呢?并且，之所以总是“没有发现”，某些时候并不是源于水平不够，而是“不敢发现”甚至是“不愿发现”。

“洋垃圾”服装产业在我国并不是新鲜事。据媒体报道，这一产业在国内至少已有18年历史，而且并不局限在某一地区。几乎每年都有类似新闻曝光，安徽、海南、广西、陕西、山东、福建等多个省份均现洋垃圾店铺。包括出入境检验检疫局、国家工商局和卫生部、医学专家在内的多方权威单位及人士均曾公开表示，这些洋垃圾来自日本、韩国、美国等国家的垃圾场、废品处理厂及医院、殡仪馆，有些是病人不穿的，有的甚至是从死人身上扒下来的。如此严重和普遍的问题，很显然一句轻描淡写的“未发现”是无法消弭公众疑虑的。

碣石镇党政办有关负责人表示，相关职能部门及地方党委、政府将继续加强日常巡查与监管，打击库存旧服装非法加工经营活动，防止非法加工经营旧服装行为出现反弹。态度很明确、话语很铿锵，下一步就要看实际行动了。如果总是“未发现”，以至于今后再被曝出同样的问题，必须“翻旧账”对工作不力者依法处置，看有无失职行为，查有没有人充当保护伞。
