1、动词变为动名词的规则：

动词变为动名词，即是动词加ing。一般要遵循以下三条规则：

然而对不同句子的不同成份提问时，还要注意以下几点：

(1). 如果句子的划线部分是主语，只找出相应的特殊疑问词，用来代替划线部分即可。如：

1)He teaches us English. Who teaches us English?

2)My mothers clothes are over there. Whose clothes are over there?

(2). 如果句子的划线部分是谓语(包括谓语动词)，不论原来的谓语动词是何种形式(时态、语态)，都要将谓语动词变为do的相应的形式：不论原来的谓语动词后面跟的是人、物还是地点，一律用What来代替。如：

1)They are playing football.

①They are doing what. ②Are they doing what? ③What are they doing?

2)They wolf is going to kill that man.

①They wolf is going to do what. ②Is the wolf going to do what?

③What is the wolf going to do?

(3). 如果句子的划线部分是定语，并且在谓语部分，这时，需将特殊疑问词和紧跟其后的名词一起提到句首。如：

1)That is his pen.

①That is whose pen. ②Is that whose pen ③Whose pen is that?

Dear Mr. Wang,

I am pleased to invite you to a luncheon, to be held by the Monterey Institute of International Studies on October 12, 2006 at noon, commemorating the 75th anniversary of the death of General Stilwell and in honor of his daughter, Mrs. Nancy Stilwell Easterbrook. Mrs. Easterbrook was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Monterey Institute and founder of the Stilwell Scholarship, which is dedicated to supporting students from China.

For many years until she passed away, Nancy had served as a goodwill ambassador of the American people who made unremitting efforts to promote exchanges between the United States and China. The Stilwell Scholarship she founded helps support deserving students from China who have come to the Monterey Institute to pursue professional degrees in translation and interpretation, international policy studies, language teaching and business management.

I hope you will be able to join us. Mr. Chuanyun Boo, Dean of the Graduate School of Translation and Interpretation, will be calling you soon to discuss this event further.

Nowadays, Hollywood movies dominate the market and many young people take

these superheroes characters as their idols. So some people start to feel

disappointed about the local culture, because they havent seen its essence. As

the world gets globalization, it is in need of building peoples sense of local

cultural heritage.

The preservation of our cultural heritage is the necessary task. The

culture contains the essence of Chinese peoples spirit, which has been tested

by time. When people admit our culture, we will be proud of being part of the

country, so as to enhance the unity and have the desire to make a contribution

to the society. The loss of cultural heritage will destroy a country, which can

be seen in history.

As the young generation faces the cultural shock in the globalization, so

they are easy to deny the local culture, because they know little about it. Thus

school should implant the education of culture and the government has named a

day called Chinese Cultural Heritage Day, in the purpose of advocating the

essence of local culture. When children grow up, they will fight for protecting

the culture.

Friendship is, lock, lock two people tightly together; Friendship is, candy, let two people taste the taste of happiness, friendship is priceless, and everyone needs it.

Friendship this lock, lock me with another person together, care about each other, help each other.

Friendship, it is like the red sun, lighting up our growth path; It is like sweet dew, thirst for us; It is like the flash, the brightest star, every night, always silently bless us in heaven.

Friendship, high-sounding name! It with our growth, accompanies us to play... Friendship is priceless, how much money can not buy back.

I like eating fruit. Watermelons are my favourite fruit.

Watermelons are big and round. In Cixi, watermelons are very sweet, because they grow on the salty ground.

During summer holiday, I can eat watermelons every day. After eating, I often make a watermelon lantern with my friends. In the evening, we often take the lanterns and play in the park.

My grandmother uses the watermelon peel to make pickled food.(酱瓜) It’s salty, but very tasty.

Watermelons are so useful! Do you like them?

There are four people in my family， my father， my mother， my sister and me. My father likes reading. My mother likes cooking. They both work in Leliu. They always go to work by car. They work hard.

My sister and I are pupils. I study in the primary school affiliated with Shunde No.1 Middle School. My hobby is collecting coins. My sister studies in Xishan Primary School. She likes watching TV. We love our family very much.

Gooda fternoon,teachers! My name is XuLulu. I`m 11. I come from Class1 Grade 5 of TongPu No.2Primary School. There are 4 people in my family. My father is tall. My motheris pretty.My sister has a long hair. And I`m a good student. However, my homeis near the school, I often get up early. Because I must work hard. afterschool, I like playing computer games and reading books. I`d like to eatapples. They are sweet and healthy. And I like Tuesday best. We have English,music, computer and P.E. on Tuesdays. My math teacher is Miss Huang. Her classis so much fun. So my favourite class is math. And I like Chinese and English,too. This is me. Betty is a lazy girl. She doesnt study hard, and she doesnt help her mother with the housework, either. "What are you going to be when you grow up, Betty?" Mother asks. "Youre too lazy. No job will ever fit you."

"But I know one," says the girl, "Im going to be Father Christmas," "You want to be Father Christmas?" Mother is surprised, "But why?" "Because he works only one day in a whole year."

In this summer vacation, travel to my knowledge, learning greatly inspired me.

生活中，我们迎着微风乘车去旅行，让我看到了一望无垠的大海，绿树成荫的森林……仿佛走进了仙境一般。一天，我们来到了十里荷塘，那时正是荷花盛开，我们看到了在水面上亭亭玉立的荷花，无比娇艳，像一位骄傲的公主。我们又去了繁华的都市——上海，夜晚，繁华的上海滩成了光的海洋，霓虹灯闪耀的东方明珠塔，堪称上海的地标建筑。

In life, we meet the breeze bus to travel, let me see the boundless sea, green forest...... Just like entering a wonderland general. One day, we came to the ten in the lotus pond, then it is the lotus in full bloom, we see a stand gracefully erect on the surface of the lotus flower, very beautiful, like a proud princess. We went to the bustling city -- Shanghai, the bustling night, Shanghai Tan into ocean of lights, neon lights shining in the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, a landmark building in Shanghai.

学习中，我学到了许多，尤其是写作、阅读、奥数都能得到老师的表扬，所以在暑假中，我的学习收获也是满满的，我对学好阅读与写作更有信心了。

In the study, I learned a lot, especially reading, writing, math can get the teachers praise, so in the summer vacation, my study is full of harvest, I to learn reading and writing more confident.

小队活动中，我去了污水处理厂、滨海的向日葵基地、十里荷塘、袍江的国家电网公司，我在实践中学到了很多课外知识，受益匪浅，同时也增进了同学之间的友谊。

Group activities, I went to the ten sewage treatment plant, the sunflower base, pond, Paojiang China State Grid Corp, I learned a lot in practice of extra-curricular knowledge, benefit, but also enhance the friendship between the students.

这个暑期，我收获很多，我觉得过了一个有意义的假期。

This summer, I learned a lot, I felt a meaningful holiday.

Yesterday is my six-year-old birthday. It is important to me as I can go to

primary school after my birthday. It means that I grow up. I got up very early

at that day. My mother just smiled at me and said nothing. I felt a little down.

But I recovered with excited soon and then I went out to play. Everything in my

eyes is so beautiful. When I got home about five o’clock, my mother gave me a

surprise. She prepared a party for me and invited all my friends. She also gave

a lovely schoolbag to me as my birthday present. I’m so happy that day.

Every year, Spring Festival makes me happy, because I can spend a long

holiday to stay with my families. On the New Year’s Eve, all the families got

together. We woke up early in the morning and then my mother started to purchase

some food to prepare the big dinner. I helped my mother to bring the food.

Before dinner, there was a tradition in my hometown. We needed to bring the

chicken to take a bow to our ancestors, showing our respect and gratitude. When

the dinner’s ready, we ate happily and talked a lot. Then at night, the families

pasted the New Year’s scrolls and decorated the house. What a harmonious

environment and we enjoyed the family hour. In the next few days, I visited a

lot of relatives. It was a good chance for us to communicate with each

other.
