回家以后，我们在家里吃了一顿酸汤火锅。在锅里烧开水后，倒入用西红柿熬成的底料，再根据个人的口味加入配菜。酸汤颜色鲜红，寓意着来年的生活红红火火、热气腾腾。酸汤并不辣，反而酸酸甜甜的，只要一凑近，这酸汤浓郁的香气，就会从锅中倾泻而出，闯到鼻孔中，让人沉醉在这香气中。这酸汤里煮出来的东西，也被这酸汤的酸甜给“渲染”了，在自己的本味中掺杂着酸汤的气味，使得整个酸汤火锅更加开胃可口。
