英语老师从来不让我们默写单词，而是让我们背单词，一天背三到十个单词，我们觉得很轻松、也很快乐。老师要求我们快，还讲解了学好英语用速、效、雅三个要素(尊敬的老师对不起，我忘记了。)还讲解了这些代表什么，等等，很多很多，我们不知不觉喜欢上了英语。

英语老师很灵敏。一次出黑板报，由于一直没有画好灯笼，我就在英语课时不时地往黑板报看，可是我每次都是在老师转身写英语的时候才偷偷看的。“凌优！”英语老师突然的一声把我吓呆了，“你是不是再看后面还没有画好的灯笼？我宽恕了你好多次了……”我听着，脸羞红羞红的，不敢再回头看黑板报……

还有一次，我由于英语练习没错，老师就点名批评我，其实也不是批评，而是说读书不是为了父母和老师等道理。我很伤心，其实我不必去伤心，那只是英语而已，学不学好无所谓啊！但是我为什么这么伤心呢？

自从那几次教训起，我也不知道为什么，每当到英语课，我就异常的认真，动都不敢动一下，坐姿端正，读单词或句子的声音也是最大的，我也不知道为什么，也许是因为害怕英语老师，也许是因为为了弥补以前的过错。

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

可能是刚刚带学生，他有年轻老师的激情，为我们自费复印英语资料，很喜欢在读英语课文时，一边作着奇里古怪的样子，一边发出奇里古怪的声音。有时上课，讲着讲着就讲起了自己的自传，于是常常在自我的唾沫星子中陶醉得难以自拔。上他的课让我感到十分的快乐和高兴，只是因为成绩不好而十分愧对他。不知为什么，我学也学不好，只能在每次考完试以后都躲着他。很亏心很愧疚地面对他对我的微笑，但他从来不说我不好，一次又一次地原谅我。

又一次，语文老师让我们以描写一位老师的神态特征为作业，到了下节课是英语。他进来十分讨好的让我们写他。回家后我写了两篇，有一篇是写他的，到了教室，临交作业时我又拿回了，结果我的另一篇得了第一，上课时他说已看过，可惜不是写他的。到后来越到中考我觉得愧对老师，现在考完了，我却一直想着他，想着欠他的一篇作文。

我的家乡坐落在太行山脚下，一条小溪从村旁流过。从远处看，那条小溪像一条银丝带，缓缓向东流去；走近一看，小溪清澈见底，小鱼小虾在水中自由自在地游来游去。两岸山上的翠柏四季常青。我的家乡就像是一个大公园，一年四季都有数不完的美景。

春天，山上的迎春花，果园里的桃花、梨花都顺着时令开了。从远处看，山坡上一片红，一片黄，一片白五颜六色，美丽极了。各种鲜花把山坡全盖住了，走近闻一闻，花香扑鼻，令人陶醉，不时有几只蜜蜂在花丛中采蜜。一望无际的麦田里，农民伯伯正在劳作，更为春天增添了生机。

夏天到了，小鸭子在河里欢快地游着，不时潜到水下捕食。河面上小船来来往往，穿梭行驶。乘大人们不注意，孩子们偷偷跳到河里捕鱼捉虾，高兴极了。到了傍晚，每家每户都把饭菜端到门前的石桌上，坐上凳子，天高地阔地吃起来。天边的红霞，向晚的微风，头上飞过的鸟儿，都是他们的好友。它们和乡下人一起，绘成了一幅自然和谐的田园风景画。

秋天来了，凉气送爽。小河岸边的果园里，一片丰收景象。那金灿灿的梨子，红彤彤的苹果，还有像小灯笼似的柿子，挂满了枝头。秋风吹来，那熟透了的果子随风舞动，送来一阵阵迷人的清香。农民伯伯正忙着走进果园，去采摘那丰收的果实。他们小心翼翼地把果子摘下来，放在包装箱里，装到三轮车上，运到城市里，让城里的人们一起分享这丰收的喜悦。

冬天到了，洁白的雪花飘落下来。山坡上、田野里、屋顶上、院子里到处是雪，整个村庄仿佛进入了一个童话般的世界。村里的孩子们在雪地里疯跑着，有的在堆雪人，有的在打雪仗。大人们也开始忙家里的事，有的在打扫卫生，有的去购买年货，有的聚在一起讨论明年的致富大事。虽然天气寒冷，但每个人都觉得很温暖。

我的家乡，不论什么时候，不论什么季节，都有一道迷人的风景，我爱我的家乡！
