The weather was cloudy but dry and as we were both a bit out of condition after a long winter lay off we took the easy option of taking the train to Shiyan to get us on top of the ridge with an easy start for the trip.

A long coast down to Jiangtan and straight on to Mount End saw us climbing up to Zhongshan Park. The climb got stiffer but still Tom kept on riding. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .

俗话说，人生得一知己足矣，千金易得，朋友难求。朋友是人的精神生活中一个重要的组成部分，没有友谊的人，就像生活在寂寞的荒野;缺乏朋友的人，就会感到人间的孤独。所以说我们需要友谊，是因为真诚的友谊，可以使人奋发，使人欣慰，使人快乐，使人向前……

不要用眼睛去看人，而是要用心。只有用心去交友的人才能获得真正的友谊。视友谊为交易者，既不可能产生真正的友谊，更是经不起时间考验的，它害人又害己。

朋友，是你快乐时与你分享快乐;是你幸福时使幸福增倍;是你困难时使困难化解;是你孤单时使你不再孤独;是你落魄时给你鼓励的那个人。

朋友，是每个人都想拥有的人，是每个人都想变成的人。要让大家成为朋友，使朋友的关系不断巩固，需要一种叫友情的东西去浇灌。

其实，无所求的朋友很难得，不妨闭上眼，将有所求的朋友一一删去，想想最后还有几位?因为真正的友情是“无所求”，她不要求什么，不依靠什么，拒绝一切契约，总是既纯净又脆弱。因此总是那么容易的被搅浑、打碎。各种书籍也常常介绍各种防止友情破碎的方法，但那些方法都是技术性的。一旦技术性手段进入感情领域总没有好结果。友情需要用心浇灌，用生命来培养，才能开出灿烂的友情之花。

其实，友谊很简单。

We have enjoyable classes in the school.we would also have many kinds of

extra-curricular activities.We could go skating and swimming and join other

popular sports with teachers.Every year we would go camping with our classmates

at least twice.Students could help each other either in study or daily

life.Sometimes,when we were having a big problem and could not solve it by

ourselves,we would go to find our teachers.Teachers would listen to us patiently

and help us to solve the problem.The school should have a big garden so we can

plant flowers and take care of them.
