暑假里的一天，我与叔叔、婶婶和堂妹一起来到乡下干活。我们一进村子就看见大人小孩都在田里干活。中午，在我的催促下，大家终于动身一起去干活了。这时，骄阳似火，我们被这毒辣的太阳晒得满头大汗。到了田边，我们的第一件事就是插秧。只见叔叔左手拿着一捆秧苗，右手插秧，看上去好像很熟练的样子，一下子一排，一下子一排，他不仅速度快，质量也很好，看上去很整齐。

我看他们干的热火朝天，我的手也痒痒了，就迫不及待的要下去。这时，叔叔就走过来一步一步地教我：首先两脚张开，大约张的比肩膀宽一点，腰大约弯下45度;其次左手拿一把秧苗，右手准备插秧，每两颗秧苗的间距大概是15厘米，每两排的行距大概是20厘米;再其次插秧深度，插太浅秧苗会被风吹浮起来，插太深秧苗长不茂盛，谷子不饱满。明白基本要领后，我学着叔叔的样子左手拇指食指中指分秧，右手一棵一棵的插，虽然插得不够好，但我一直在很努力的干。干了一会儿，我已经满头大汗 、腰酸背痛了，虽然我很累，但我还是把我要做的事做完了。这时，我想起来一首诗:“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”。所以我们要多节约和爱惜粮食，要知道农民伯伯的艰辛。

在回家的路上，我一直在叫累，叔叔笑着跟我说：“今天插秧只是种田的开始，后面的工作更加辛苦，要浇水、杀虫、施肥等等。”

这次活动虽然很累，但我觉得很有意义。

Winter holiday is coming,and I have a plan about it.

I get up at 8:00,then do the morning exercise in the park which is near my home,then do my homework,sometimes I watch TV,sometimes I play computer games,I think it is very good.

一、首先我要每天帮妈妈做一件力所能及的事，而且还要做一件让爸爸满意的事。让爸爸妈妈都能高高兴兴得度过每一天！

二、学习也不能落下，每天听磁带10分钟，认真完成作业，如不认真，重写伺候。每天读课文30分钟，做5道练习题。

三、自己叠被子，饭前便后要洗手，自己剪脚趾甲和手指甲。坚持每天早上洗手洗脸刷牙。

四、吃饭时不说话，见到老师要问好。少说脏话，少骂人。

五、坚持做俯卧撑和仰卧起坐。每天蹲马步两分钟，跑步20分钟。

六、不可以偷玩电脑，也不可以买通（给好处）监督者（姐姐），好玩电脑。

七、如不遵守，3天不玩电脑。

但愿有了这七条守则，我一定会更上一层楼！

When summer holiday comes, I always go back to my hometown and spend the time with my grandparents. I like the life there, it is so simple and happy. 在接下来的关键一段时间里,要对 自己有信心

中考还是以考察初三内容为主的,所以重点要放在初三的知识上，但也不要忽略以前的知识因为通常是相结合的。

具体方法：

上课一定要认真听讲(这是做多少题都无法代替的!!!!)

各科买一本专门针对中考复习的书，要那种答案详尽的，既有按知识点，考点划分的专题训练又有最后套题的(个人觉得《点拨》的中考复习的那套很不错)

从现在到4月份都可以做专题训练，4-5月份就要开始注重对套题的训练，对考什么，怎么考大概有个映像。

中考前的2个星期尽量不要做新题了，回归课本，狠抓基础!!比如说背背课文，古诗，单词，公式，方程式之类的。 再看下以前的错题!!如果都能做到错过的题不在错那一定能考好!!!

重视模拟考试因为中考和它的模式差不多的，题型也可能雷同，所以可以根据它做一些有针对性的练习，一定会有帮助的

要跟着老师所说的走，毕竟他们很有经验，熟悉中考的许多事情。认真跟上老师的复习进度

最后在考前的那几天一定要平稳心态，不要临时抱佛脚了，保证充足的睡眠，提前做好考试的准备。

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

My summer holiday started from July.In July,I always stay at home,reading books and watching TV.I borrowed some books from the library of the city.They are about English and Maths.Because I am not good at English and Maths,I need to study hard on them.In the next month,I traveled with my parents to a few of beautiful cities.They are Yangzhou,Lianyungang,Chengdu and so on.I like these cities.They are beautiful cities.I had a wonderful summer holiday.After the holiday,I will study hard and try my best to become a member useful for the society.

On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look.

5.每天看课外书，报纸，还可以看看动画片，但时间不能太长。

第二，生活计划具体如下：

1.培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮父母干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给父母捶捶背，帮父母买点东西等等。

2. 要注意个人安全等方面问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出 ，不做危险违法的事。

3.要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去游泳馆游泳一次。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果父母不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话.。见人要有礼貌。

这就是我的暑假计划，我相信只要认真执行这些计划我就一定能过一个美好，愉快的暑假！
