Hello, everybody. Im Li Hua.Today my topic is how to eat in a healthy way.

Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, try to eat more vegetables and fruit.Because they can make us become much healthier.

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.

I hope everyone can eat in a healthy way.

After you come back from guilin to play, in order to let me have a full, and happy summer vacation, I made a plan.

In the aspect of learning in the first place. Because I read too much time, so in the summer vacation I want to read some books more, ensure to read 1 hours a day, and to "engagement" and the book. Every day recite an ancient even, to write a diary, practice calligraphy for 20 minutes. In order to let my English improved, I will read English for 15 minutes. As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can’t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating “Zong Zi”. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn’t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn’t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine’s day, April Fool’s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it’s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch’s Day in Czech. People burned the witch’s puppet so as to welcome spring. 对我初中生涯影响很大的老师就是阎丽老师，她的姓很恐怖，她总是自称自己是阎罗王，要管住我们这群小鬼。

她是个很美的老师，有一种古典美女的气质。记得我刚进安外的时候，第一次离开家去外面读书，刚开学军训的时候，阎老师总是对我慈爱的微笑，她总是担心我们这群孩子军训累了，热了，时常跟着我们军训的列队，教官下命令休息时，我一个孤零零地坐在草地上，阎老师和教官聊天，然后我听到他们的交谈，阎老师对教官说我很像她之前认识的一个孩子，然后就朝我笑笑，当时心里说不出的暖，也许阎老师不曾记得，但我至今难忘。

因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

每天，我会去运动一小时，这可以让我有个强壮健康的身体。我还会安排两小时做老师布置的作业。看书一小时，看书可以让我知道许多课外知识，向全面发展。看书时还会积累一些好词好句，提高我的写作水平。
