一、指导思想

目前初三的英语教学中，因种种因素，造就了相当一部分英语学习比较困难，并伴有的差生。因此对这部分学生加强心理指导，培养培养的心理素质，帮助他们尽快走出困境，成为学习的主人，就显得十分必要。学科教学是学校教育的主渠道、主阵地，学科学习是学生的主导活动，学生大量的心理困惑都产生于学习过程中，各种人格品质也在学科的学习中得到发展。英语作为语言学科，在教学中加强德育及心理方面渗透工作，坚持以人为本，坚持教育创新，坚持______，坚持内涵发展，以行为习惯养成教育为重点，以加强细节教育。

1、认真回顾课本知识

这个阶段过程主要是用于高中三年全部课程的回顾。这时候希望大家在回顾的过程中能够找到自己知识遗漏的部分。

这个阶段相当的冗长，最主要的是要会学回归课本。无论如何，高考绝大部分内容都贴近课本的。高考试题的80%是基础知识，20%是稍难点的综合题，掌握好基础，几乎能上一个比较不错的大学。因此高三前期，希望同学们老老实实把课本弄懂。弄懂课本不是光记住结论，而是要通读。即理科全部的原理要弄清、语文课文内标注的字词句摘抄、英语课文至少要达到念的通顺、文史类知识主线及同类型知识要素要学会整理等。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

很多学生因为在复习过程中跟不上老师的节奏，导致前面部分没弄懂，后面部分更是拉下，学校在教学节奏控制上又不能根据学生本身制定。

因此建议学生一定要提高自学能力，如果实在跟不上节奏，就先关注最基础最简单的题目，将遗漏的课本部分做好画线标记，或将页面折起做标记，以利于及时的回顾。

在处理作业上，千万不要死磕题目，记住两个原则：

一、不要和自己过不去。第一遍做不出来或做错就直接先放弃，但是要保留这道题，每天抽1——2分钟看下这类不会做的题，无论是看课本也好，听老师讲解也好，做到一眼看出这题怎么做时，再动手做，并将这类题型留好。

二、要加强互动性。不仅是和同学之间的互动，还要和课本进行互动。做完作业不要看对答案，留到第二天把有困难的和同学交流，或第二天看别人怎么做，然后问他怎么想的。

当基本弄懂一个章节后，一定要定期回顾，如一周的时间后，翻一下课本，这周学了什么，然后给自己限制时间做几道题，用以验证自己哪些内容真正是明白了。通过这么练习，远远比大量做题效果好的多。

4、如何利用每一次考试

处理考试上，要认同自己。分数很重要，重要的是你得到的那些分数和你得不到的分数，毕竟不是高考，当前阶段分数的高低没有任何意义。你只需做三件事：

一、根据你所获取分数的部分，整理你当前会的知识，会做的题型。

二、根据你所丢的分数，立即回归课本，看完课本后再做一遍。

三、拿着卷子问自己，当时做对的题自己是怎么想的，不会的题当时是怎么想的，现在会的题和当时不会做时差距在哪里。

努力完成老师布置的各项作业，争取做到字迹工整、页面整洁。至于最让我头疼的字帖，我也找到了解决它的办法。那就是：把一个个小字看成一个个红红的、诱人的小沙果，写一个字，就像吃到了一个小沙果。这个办法很灵验，一百多个字，我还不到十分钟就写完了。

二、练琴

这个暑假，我就要考级了。所以，我得进入备战状态。老师对我进行了细心的辅导，并指出了我的不足。在家我也要认真练习。每个曲子要不下十遍地练习，而且要做到“五到”，即：心到、眼到、口到、手到、耳到。

三、娱乐

每天写完作业，弹完琴后就是我的“快乐时光”，我把它塞得满满当当的。拍皮球、画画、玩芭比……啊，还有看书与唱歌。其中，我最喜欢看英语老师给我们布置的动画片，有《狮子王》、《丛林有情狼》、《里约大冒险》。听到这些有趣的名字，没看过的人也肯定想爽快地大声尖叫吧！

四、打工

在这个暑假，我计划给妈妈打工。妈妈给我的报酬是：拖地，一块钱；擦桌子，五角钱；扫地，一块钱；洗碗，三块钱。所以，我多做了家务，就可以积攒下很多的钱。当达到一定数目时，就可以买一些我所需要的东西了。

总之，我要充实、有意义地度过这个暑假。

Im extremely excited now ,In face of new envirenment of study and life ,I must make a good plan for it .我现在感到无比的兴奋，面对的学习和生活环境，我必须为此做个好的打算。

Study comes first so I should make new goal and improve my study method.Hard will I study in the college as I do now.It is also important to learn how to live by myself . Whether teen should make their own decisions?I think we can talk about this question from two ways. On the one hand ,Although teen are young ,they have to make many important choices by themselves .such like making fiends ,wearing what kinds of clothes…… ,Teen should learn to plan things for themselves ,they need some skills to make a living in the future.many parents care about their children too much.
