When doing the same thing, some people success but some fail. There must be many factors leading that result. In my view, the most important factor is the difference of confidence, determination and sociability are the foundation and condition of success.

近日学习韩愈之《马说》,感触颇深,作此篇,赠与诸位不遇伯乐之千里马。

千里马这个称号是必须和伯乐联系到一起的，因为即使有千里马，也只是辱于奴隶人之手，骈死于槽枥之间，有了伯乐，才有所谓的千里马。文章巨公韩愈是如此认为的。我以为不然，如果确是千里马，那么一定与众不同，无论它是在奴隶人的手里还是和普通马在一个马厩，它都有日行千里的能力，它与别的马相比一定闪着金光，是不会因为身处一个不利的环境而贬低了它的价值。我们假设这匹千里马现在在奴隶人手下受屈辱，没有遇到伯乐，难道它只能骈死了吗?其实未必，既然他是千里马，就一定有着特殊的本领，这种能力是自身的，为什么要指望别人来发现呢?假如这匹千里马能够不灰心不丧气不悲观，在干活的时候拼命表现自己，多做一些事做好每件事让主人满意，让主人认为它与常马不同，那么主人一定会对它特殊待遇，关注它，赏识它。何来“食不饱力不足才美不外见”之言。

韩愈认为“世有伯乐，然后有千里马”是十分正常的。我们看看韩愈这一生。《马说》大约作于贞元十一年至十六年间(795-800)。其时，韩愈初登仕途，很不得志。曾三次上书宰相求擢用，“而志不通”;“足三及门，而阍人(守门人)辞焉。”尽管如此，他仍然，他仍然声明自己“有忧天下之心”，不会遁迹山林。他这一生郁郁不乐,所以有“伯乐不常有”之叹。韩愈有这样的思想便不足为奇。和他几乎同处一时期的孟浩然比他幸运多了，却更让我们同情。孟浩然这一身才华横溢引得皇帝欣赏，可他虽想求仕却用“不才明主弃”来表明自己的心声，让人哭笑不得，从他的“欲济无舟楫，端居耻圣明。坐观垂钓者，徒有羡鱼情”我们可以看到他既恋清高又想求仕而难于启齿以及心焉向往又怕无门的复杂心理。

这两个人，一个没有遇到机会，一个没有把握机会。在人才济济，竞争激烈的今天我们是否能从古人身上得到些什么?我们在同一片蓝天下，同在一个集体，共同沐浴在老师的关爱下，可一些同学总认为自己不遇伯乐，不受老师重视，而其他同学更受老师的关注和重用。这种思想的产生是多方面的，但必定有一条路能够让阳光照进他们阴暗的内心。试想，一个班级人数之多，老师不能一一了解关注，只有那些积极表现自己，敢于展现自己才能的人才会让老师赏识，而偏偏那些认为自己不受重视的同学却不愿表现自己的才能，这也就不足为奇了!
