山上有很多猴子，很多游客慕名而来，想看看什么叫“猴急屁股红”。

游客经常给猴子喂东西吃，如果猴子配合游客，做几个规定动作与自选动作，就会得到更多的奖赏。

猴子越闹，游客越欢。

尽管猴子可以吃到游客送的食物，但是它们保持了“自力更生”的好传统，头猴经常带猴子上山摘果子。猴子爬的山路崎岖险峻，有一段路非常狭窄，只能容一只猴子通过。每次猴群“组团”采购，都是头猴在前，样子威武得很。

游客看了，说，猴如人，看那只头猴多威风呀，什么都占先，找母猴占先，上山摘果子也占先。

有一次，一只倒霉催的猴子黑着猴脸，跳到头猴前面，想领猴群上山摘果子，结果把头猴的“小宇宙”给引爆了。只见头猴跳到那只猴子身边，抡圆胳膊一阵猛打，一边打嘴里还“吱吱”叫个不停。打完了，“骂”完了，头猴又摸摸那只倒霉催的猴子，好像在安慰它，而那只犯错的猴子则低着头，一副很委屈的样子。其他猴子大眼瞪小眼，没一个敢吱声的。

这一幕把游客逗得前仰后合，这哪是猴子呀，分明就是人嘛。头猴用的是“打你一棒给你个甜枣”，真是个优秀的管理者，能让下属输得心服口服。

头猴领着猴群上了山，回来的时候，也是头猴领路，它手里抱着两个果子，表情很是凝重，其他猴子跟在它屁股后面，屁颠屁颠直乐。

游客说，当领导就是威风啊。

可是，游客们不知道，猴子上山十分危险，稍不留神就会失足摔下来，跌落山下必死无疑。头猴之所以在前面是为猴群探路，有危险自己先担着。它知道自己是领导，有责任保护猴群的安全。而山下有很多猴子的尸体，都是曾经的头猴。
