马云之所以要办翻译社，主要是基于三个方面的考虑：1.当时杭州很多的外贸公司，需要大量专职或兼职的外语翻译人才;2.他自己这方面的订单太多，实在忙不过来;3.当时杭州还没有一家专业的翻译机构。

海博翻译社给马云最大的启示就是：永不放弃。

没有钱，只要你永不放弃，你就可以取得成功。
