我是杭州天地实验小学四年级二班的同学，我叫胡心怡，我在天地小学已经度过了三个春秋了，给希望小学小朋友们的一封信作文。在这三年中，我们不仅学到了许多知识，还开展了各式各样的活动，丰富了我们的课余生活。

我们学校有个特色，每个星期四都有外出活动。记得在我们一年级的时候，全校组织去了吴山广场。我们在吴山广场进行了一场别开生面的比赛，比赛项目有挖地雷、跑步、登山等等。最有意思的是挖地雷。老师们在吴山广场“埋”了许多“地雷”，让每个班的同学都去“挖地雷”，然后把“挖”来的“地雷”交给班主任老师，看看哪个班“挖”得多，哪个班就获胜。开始，同学们都“挖”得很仔细，一个角落一个角落地“挖”，不肯放过任何一个细小的角落，有时，两个同学同时发现一个“地雷”时，还要抢呢！可是到后来，“地雷”的数量渐渐地少了下去，同学们“挖地雷”已经不像开始那样认真仔细了，都觉得“地雷”已经没有了。最后，这场比赛结束了，同学们竟然有好几个“地雷”都没有发现。比赛结束后，我们懂得了：做事要认真仔细，绝不能马虎。登山比赛也很有意思。同学们你追我赶，不分上下，有的同学走台阶，还有的同学走斜坡，走斜坡的同学跌跌撞撞，步伐有时快，有时慢，所以，到最后，走台阶登山的同学赢了走斜坡的同学。登山活动，不仅锻炼了我们的身体，还增强了我们的毅力。

从三年级开始，我们班又建立了雏鹰假日小队，每个星期都有活动。一次，我们雄鹰假日小队和太阳花假日小队联合起来，搞了一次有意义的活动。我们在海军疗养院举行了一次小小运动会，运动会分两个队举行，比了迎面接力，“烤小猪”等各种各样的比赛。经过几轮激烈的比赛，我们选出了优胜队，并颁发了奖品。

英语作为一门新兴的综合性课程，走进了小学课堂，要学习它就如同幼儿学习母语一样，一切要从头开始。教师不仅要懂得课堂教学规律，掌握一定的教育学、心理学知识，还必须关注每一位学生，运用一定的组织艺术，努力调动学生的有意注意，激发学生的情感，使学生在愉快、轻松的心境中全身心地投入到学习中去。在课堂上，应注意以下几个方面：

1、良好的课前准备习惯。上课前，要求学生把课堂上要用的东西如教科书、练习本、笔、纸放在桌上一定的地方。预备铃响就自觉地安静下来，收心，唱唱英文歌或chant，造成英文气氛。

2、课堂尽量英语化。

尽量避免用母语进行教学，是进行外语课堂教学的原则之一。语言是思维的工具。为了使小学生的思维尽快地与英语联系起来，在英语课堂组织教学中要尽可能使用英语，做到课堂英语化，以排除对母语的依赖和母语的干扰。小学阶段是学习英语的关键期之一。尽管他们刚涉及英语，掌握的单词和句型甚少，但我们应该从第一节课起，坚持用英语组织教学。由于这时所学一般都是词义具体的单词和简单句子，教师完全可以借助于直观手段来教，帮助学生尽快对内容的理解。在课堂中教师可以充分运用眼神、手势、动作、表情等形式。以此来培养学生直接理解、直接学习和直接应用英语的习惯，初步形成直接用英语的思维能力。

3、教学做到情景化。

小学英语课堂教学必须尽最大限度地引起学生的学习兴趣，为学生提供足够的机会用英语进行活动，让学生感受到运用所学语言成功地达到某种目的后的愉快。这是小学生的年龄特点和英语学科的特殊性所决定的。要使小学生能够在 40 分钟的时间内保持良好的学习状态，教师必须根据不同的教学内容创设各种情景，做到教学情景化。

Failure is so common in our life. No one can avoid it. When we fail in

doing something, we often feel so depressed that we have no interest in other

things. Sometimes failure can also make us lose heart. Therefore, no one wants

to be a failure.

Success is what we all hope for, because it can bring us a sense of pride

and a good reputation. The moment we succeed, we always feel so proud, as if

having everything in our hands. If one enjoys his continuous success in his

career, he will be famous and worshiped by others.

However, failure is the mother of success. One failure doesn’t mean you can

never be successful. It depends on what we do to deal with failure. Those who

are always afraid of failure and can’t go through it will never win. But as long

as we can get some lessons and experience from our failure, we’ll be sure to

succeed.
