“肺炎”，一个令人胆战心惊的词；“病毒”，更是令人害怕。最近，一种“新型冠状病毒”就开始从武汉慢慢扩散。

“冠状病毒”与“普通病毒”有什么区别呢？“冠状病毒”因其形态在电镜下观察类似王冠而得名，它不仅是主要病原体之一更是几起严重疫情的罪魁祸首。而此次在武汉发现的“新型冠状病毒”，先前尚未在人类中发现。“冠状病毒”在蝙蝠、骆驼、竹鼠等动物中很常见，只在极少情况下，病毒才会发生变异传染给人类，可引起人和动物的呼吸道、消化道和神经系统的疾病。

那么，此次新型病毒是如何传播的呢？虽然目前病毒的传染来源仍未找到，但是，有国家卫健委高级别专家组表示，从目前疫情的地理分布、感染人群来看，跟武汉华南海鲜市场关系密切。该市场除海鲜以外，更有野味售卖，初步经过流行病学分析，该肺炎较大可能是通过野生动物传染给人。此外，医务人员及患者家属的感染，证实了新型冠状病毒肺炎可以人传人。

另外，因新型病毒的感染，请大家一定要出门戴口罩、勤洗手；咳嗽或打喷嚏时捂住口鼻；避免与呼吸道感染者密切接触；避免与野生动物密切接触；不要去人要的地方；多喝水。

犹如当年的非典防治战，这场敌人为新型冠状病毒的战争，所挑战的不只是医疗机构，也是对全民共同体，乃至每个人的考验。

不少时候，碰到灾难等突发状事故，但就关联度而言，恐怕没有什么能够比得上“人传人”的传染病疫情，能让我们更真切的感受到——“我们都是防疫人”。

钟南山院士就建议，“没有特殊的情况，不要去武汉”。此类忠告和防控应对，需要每个人的配合，也必然会或多或少影响到不少人一时的便利、打乱原有的春节计划。像一些人原本约好的同学、亲友聚会，可能就得注意场合乃至取消，甚至一些商业行为也难免受影响。

必须承认，不少防控工作，尤其是涉及管控、监测、检查等，都是以削减民众的便利程度、牺牲局部利益为前提的。其中一些或可通过构建合理的机制来实现社会共担，但有一些可能注定需要个体的承担，这是必须接受的事实，也是非常时期的不得已而为之。

本质上，这次疫情也是对民众科学素养与公民精神的“拉练”。多相信科学，遵循那些科学的“自我保护指南”，别被那些蹭疫情夹带私货的“鞭炮防传染，吸烟能消毒”、兜售阴谋论的“生物战”话语所蒙蔽；多循守理性，不盲目不恐慌，服从防疫的管制安排，尽量避免成为交叉感染的一环……这些都是个体应有的“价值自觉”。

当无数的个体能真正依据科学精神、秉持公民素养，合理调整防疫期的个体行为，全社会战胜疫情的砝码就大一些，成本就更低一些，最终带来的公共利益增量，也将回馈给每个人更多的安全感。

病毒所挑战的是整个社会的应对系统。这个应对系统里面，没有人可以例外。目前病毒的传播和疫情发展，仍有诸多不确定性。但可以确定的是，不管是个体还是相关部门、机构，在应对上多一些“打提前量”和冗余准备，少一些盲目乐观和侥幸，多一些配合、公开，少一些自行其是，这样人们的从容就多一份，战胜病毒也能愈发可期。说到底，就是科学精神和公民素养越充沛，越能给战胜疫情增加砝码。

社区是疫情防控的主力军，党员是冲锋陷阵的先行者。某同志作为x社区党委书记，带领社区干部职工积极响应上级防控部署，第一时间筑牢社区防控安全线。

“两天内完成部署和工作人员培训，两周内完成所有住宅居住人员的排查和管理，做好充足准备迎接春节后的复工潮”，这是x在社区两委班子扩大会上对全体社区干部职工提出的要求。一方面，社区成立联防联控领导小组，街道挂点领导、挂点部门深入社区，两委成员担任网格长，对辖区网格进行责任包干，带领网格员与深入8个网格通过电话、微信、小程序、led显示屏等方式，与网格员一起宣传、排查疫情，切实做到外控输入、内防传播。截至1月30日，该社区4316名湖北籍人员已全部完成核查，其中1月1日后来深湖北籍人员179名，暂未发现疑似病例。

另一方面，由于x社区毗邻东莞，x辖区内共设置3个防疫检查站，其中2个由坂田、布吉两个街道负责，叶书记发扬主人翁精神，第一时间为检查站接通水电，并带队到防疫检查站关心了解检疫人员需求，送去热水壶、矿泉水、帐篷等应急物资，并且每天上午10：00和下午5：00为检疫人员送上姜茶，驱寒保暖，解除他们的后顾之忧。

社区办公大楼是疫情防控的大本营，只有自己“干净”了，老百姓才能放心跟你接触。叶书记要求社区办公场所一定要做好防护，要求每天对办公楼进行消杀，电梯按钮贴上保护膜并定期更换，一楼设置统一的废弃口罩垃圾箱等，同样的要求也传达到各企业和居民小区。

为了更好地做好疫情防控工作，叶书记还经常带头深入企业、网格、居民楼等，一线防控工作虽然有危险，但作为一名党员，在危难之际就要挺身而出，担起守护家园的责任。

疫情防控工作中最大的困难，就是口罩、消毒液、体温测量仪等防控物资不足。x以身作则，在办公室等相对简单、安全的环境时主动不佩戴口罩，节省下来确保一线人员的使用。同时，叶书记还积极联系社会资源购买口罩，“即使我自掏腰包，也要尽最大力量保障一线工作人员的物资供应。”

过了一段时间回到家，我打开新闻发现，上面全都是武汉封城、疫情严重的消息，并告诫我们不要出门，要好好呆在家里。因此，我早上起来第一件事就是关注疫情实时情况，惊讶于它指数型增长的速度。在国家危难之际，我们能做的只有依照专家说的那样，不出门，不聚餐。此刻，最大的爱就是即使再想念，也不相见。

没有被禁锢的城，只有不离开的爱。在疫情面前，依旧有许许多多的勇士，不怕自身被感染，无怨无悔地坚守在一线。

作为山东中医大二附院呼吸内科主管护师，孙宪洁已经连续五年春年值班。今年临时接到通知：“立刻回到济南，支援武汉”，她二话没说立刻奔往济南。武汉一位出租车司机接到一位特殊的乘客，这名护士是主动请缨到金银潭医院救护前线的。医生陈东升在高铁站公交站等公众场所，自费万元为工作人员和市民发放口罩。他们原本可以团团圆圆和亲人在一起过一个幸福年。可现在，国难当头，他们放下了心中的思念，放下了身上的疲惫，放下了回家的行李，奔赴抗击病毒的大前线。几天几夜不合眼，只为多救治一个鲜活的生命。他们是最美的天使，最帅的英雄。

To tell you the truth, Fathers Day has been in my heart for many years. In

the past, I only knew about Childrens Day, and I didnt even know when Fathers

Day was coming. But this year, I suddenly wanted to celebrate this festival for

my father, so I secretly decided to give it to my father. A happy Fathers

Day.

After eleven oclock, I quietly got up and stared at the alarm clock,

waiting for twelve oclock. At twelve oclock, I rushed into Dads room and

pushed Dad. Dad turned around with difficulty, and before he could ask, I said

My favorite holiday is New Year. It is a very important festival in Chinese culture. In fact, its the highlight of the year. Everyone returns home for a family reunion. We have a big feast and chat about all the things that have happened in our lives. People also visit each other. We exchange gifts and good wishes for the next year.

New Year is especially fun for kids. Thats because we get

宅在家里的这些天，村里的干部，志愿者每天都会来发口罩，宣传防护措施，志愿者叔叔阿姨告诉我们不要害怕，只要我们做到他们说的防护方法，乖乖呆在家里，病毒很快就会被消灭了，看到他们穿着的红马甲，我觉得那是我看过最美的衣服，等我长大，我要做一个能帮助别人的人。看着新闻里的医生护士，为了此次病毒，他们离开孩子、家庭，奔赴在一线，他们是值得我们敬重的，看到钟南山爷爷疲惫的面容，花白的头发，坚定的眼神，好想给他敬个队礼！好想对他说句“南山爷爷谢谢您，您辛苦了”……我们一定能打赢这场病毒战役！武汉加油！中国加油！
