Now It’s time to introduce my tutor sally. It was she that led me to the right studying here. It was she that helped me deal with all kinds of annoying things. Santa, you are a magical person. Although I have never seen you, I can

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. While we may have previously regarded ourselves as equal to the trials that lie ahead, we reach a point at which they near and our anxiety begins to mount. We then become increasingly worked up, until the moment of truth arrives and we discover that our worry was all for nothing. We are almost always stronger and more capable than we believe ourselves to be. But anxiety is not rational in nature, which means that in most cases we cannot work through it using logic as our only tool. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. Our guides can aid us by providing us with a focal point wholly outside of our own sphere.

最近全世界都慌张起来，原因是武汉最近出现的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发，截止今天为止，已经有两千八百四十四人被确诊，五千七百九十四人疑似感染，死亡八十一人，治愈五十六人。这种病毒来源于武汉汉口的华南海鲜市场，据推测是来源于一些人非要去吃野生动物，比如蝙蝠、蛇、竹鼠等。我想一想这些人吃野生动物的时候就觉得很恶心，更不能理解为什么有人会去吃这些不是食物的动物。最开始的时候，武汉人也没有多么慌张，我还按照计划上完了寒假羽毛球集训班和书法班。

但现在，我非常的害怕，因为这是我第一次见到一个城市会"封城"，并且她就是我们的家乡——武汉！我还有一个害怕的原因，就是这次新型冠状病毒肺炎的潜伏期特别长，最长可达14天，并且在潜伏的过程当中病毒还会传染！换句话说，就是如果有人得了这个病，在潜伏期的14天当中，他可能自己也不知道，并且在不知不觉中感染了其他人！

大年二十九，武汉开始实施封城，所有的火车、飞机、公交车、轮渡和地铁什么的，都禁止通行。所有人都被要求在家隔离，不能出门，不能走家串户，感觉就像坐牢一样。

妈妈告诉我，这次的新型冠状病毒肺炎和2003年的SARS病毒非常相似。妈妈告诉我那次疫情全世界共有八千多人被感染，其中死亡七百多人，这让我感觉非常恐惧。因为就连SARS的时候，武汉也没有封城啊，难道这次的新型管冠状病毒比2003年的SARS还要严重吗？

I can always adjust my plan. On the contrary， in a package tour you‘re deprived of as much freedom as in a military base. At the sound of the whistle， you have to jump up from a sound sleep and， with heavy-lidded eyes， hurry to the gathering place where you are collected and counted to board a coach. At the sight of the little flag waving， you must immediately take yourself away from the scenes you are marveling at and follow the guide whose sole interest is to cover all spots according to him strict schedule， regardless of the weather or your health condition.

True，you may encounter inconveniences if you travel inpidually，for instance， getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals. But nothing can be compared with the freedom which is vital to a person who takes a holiday trip mainly to escape from constraints of his routine life.

于志强是马头镇的一位普通党员，疫情扩散后，他看着熟悉的街道被封堵，村里的党员干部不分昼夜的值守卡点，内心深受感动，在物资紧张的局势下，托临沂的朋友购买了100件棉大衣、44箱方便面、45把手电筒，带着妻儿一起送到附近8个村的路口卡点，送到奋战在一线的党员同志手中。他还利用自己搞建筑的优势，免费为各个卡点提供钢管围栏，先后捐赠近万元物资，他的初衷很朴实，他说：“俺就是觉得身为一名党员，做这些都是应该的。”

支部书记：勇担责任 坚定信心。

肖付权是镇里第一批纳入专业化管理的农村党支部书记，他所在的民主街回族群众多，又临近马头老街交通路口多，封村拦路工作难度大，他迎难而上，带领着村支两委成员第一时间响应镇党委部署，分配人员设立卡点封路拦车、分小组入户排查武汉返乡人员，为了广大村民的健康安全，他做通村里回族群众的工作，暂时取消了集中礼拜的习俗;族里有声望的乡老去世，他深入其家中，讲透县里的政策规定，只是简单地举行了葬礼;身为党员，他不忘自己的使命职责，个人缴纳3000元大额党费，他说：“身为党员，在国家危难时刻就是要挺身而出。”

人大代表：后方支援 不忘初心。

人民代表爱人民。赵文争是一名县人大代表，也是一名普通党员，他热心公益，多次捐款资助镇里贫困村民学生，资助村里修路建广场。疫情战役打响后，他也没落伍，第一时间上交了2000元大额党费，又捐款8000元用于疫情防控工作。作为一个种粮大户，他对社区书记说：“缺啥吃的俺给送!你们天天站岗巡逻都冻透了，老吃泡面哪能行。”这就是一位种了半辈子地的党员质朴的初心。

人民公仆：履职尽责 永葆恒心。

人民公仆为人民。吕博良一名基层社区党总支书记，已经连着7年没有回家吃过年夜饭了。今年除夕还没回到家就接到了辖区内村书记的电话，说有一户武汉回来的人员。他停下了回家的脚步，转身去了社区，落实情况，与返乡人员电话沟通，叮嘱他不要随意走动。他连轴奔走于各村的路口卡点，还记挂着那户武汉返乡人员，打电话再次核实，得知有发烧情况，他赶紧劝其去医院发热门诊，并告知了详细位置和电话，经医院检测，为新型肺炎阳性。他第一时间收拢患者行动范围和接触人员信息上报领导，并带领村干部封楼消毒。家中宝宝未满百天，他并没以此为由推脱工作，每天都能见到他在社区忙碌的身影，车库成了他第二个家。他最常说的话就是：“我自己的职责在那，我就得好好干!”

还有机关支部第四党小组主动缴纳“特殊党费”，还有“两新”党组织企业捐资捐物，马头镇还有许许多多的基层党员在抗“疫”一线用实际行动守护入党的初心，践行一名党员的使命，捍卫着群众安全，感动着群众。疫情无情，党员有情，待春暖花开时，我们再走上街头，不用口罩繁华与共。
