【我心中的唐老师】

人们赞扬鲁迅文采好，赞美黄继光勇敢。而我要赞美的是我的班主任——唐老师，她是一个善良，懂人心的一位老师。

唐老师长着一双能读懂人心的水汪汪的大眼睛，微挺的鼻梁，鲜红的嘴唇，嘴巴经常保持着标准微笑，对我们也是一笑便成了：“一”字，让人感到温暖。

Every time when summer comes, I am so looking forward to summer vacation, because I can make many plans in the long vacation. Last summer, I spent a month to stay with my uncle and his family.

They live in the north. When I got there, I found the weather there was not that hot and I liked the coolness. In the daytime, my cousin and I played on the beach, because we lived near the beach. I would paint pictures and wait for the water to wash they away. Sometimes my uncle would take his boat with us. We floated on the sea and appreciated the beautiful nature.

This is the best summer for me. I wish I could have chances to spend some time with them again. I will never forget those happy days.

虽然马老师长得清眉秀脸的，但是我们的马老师那可是会跟你玩儿战术的!比如马老师的拿手好戏----笑里藏刀。

每当在预备铃响起的时候，我们班的‘小开心果’定会逗得我们哄然大笑，老师通过他的‘千里耳’就启动了他的‘风火轮’，快马加鞭的赶到我们班级上，他用他严厉的，像饿虎盯着一只待宰的羔羊一般冷勾勾的看着我们，我们就一眨眼的功夫就安静下来了。

但是谁说马老师没有一面积极阳光又快乐的一面呢?

有一次我们快把老师的内容给学习完毕了，老师就给我们高歌了一曲《芒种》，不知为何，霎时之间。感觉老师像开了原唱一般流畅，甚至比歌手唱的都好听。

这就是我的一位多才多艺幽默感十足的音乐老师!

有这么一个人，他出现在我的生命里，使我发生了很大的转变，给予我深刻的影响。他就是我的班主任——宋老师。

说实话，刚开始与宋老师接触的时候，我真是特不习惯。以前我的班主任大多都是女老师，即使我平时犯了错误，她们也都是和风细雨地批评，非常温柔。但是这个老师就与众不同，甚至与我的前任班主任简直就是天壤之别。有时候我们犯错了，他会严厉批评教育，不给我们留情面。

如果僅仅是严厉倒也罢了，他还有很多繁琐的规矩，什么“走路抬起脚，轻声慢步上楼梯”啦，“读书声音要响亮”啦，“食不言，寝不语”啦……唉，当时我觉得自己可能是做了什么坏事，才遇到了这样的老师。

那天中午，我多点了几个馒头。可最后一个馒头实在是吃不了了，于是我蹑手蹑脚地走到了垃圾桶旁，准备偷偷地把它扔进去。这一幕偏偏让老师撞见了，他把我拉到一旁严肃地说：“这个馒头这么好吃，你为什么要把它扔了?”我一脸不屑：“不就是一个小小的馒头嘛!又不值钱，需要这么小题大做吗?”我小声嘀咕着。

谁知，被老师听到了：“这仅仅是一个馒头的问题吗?这个馒头从生产再到加工经过了多少道工序，多少人的付出和努力才将它生产出来，你说扔就扔了，这就是不尊重别人的劳动，是否还有做人的底线?”想一想，老师的话确实没错，这使我感到很愧疚。从此，我的盘子里再也没有一点儿剩饭，不仅仅是我，全班同学都自觉地做起了光盘族。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”，古人都明白这个道理，何况是我们呢?

老师不仅是一个严厉的人，他还特别温柔。在一次升旗仪式上，可能是因为时间太长或者是没吃早饭，我前面的那位同学身体有些晃动，就在她要倒下的那一刻，一双大手把她扶住了，是老师!老师轻轻地扶着她坐在了地上，并关切地问：“你怎么样了，是否哪里不舒服?今早上是否吃过早餐了?”看着老师关切的眼神，听着老师温暖的话语，我的心里也暖暖的。

我渐渐和您熟了，我发现您是那么的爱笑。上课时，您脸上总是挂着一丝笑，那笑，鼓励我们回答问题;那笑，让我们感到课堂的轻松愉快。若有同学回答错了，您总是一笑，说：“哪位同学会，快来帮帮他呀!”于是，许多只小手举了起来，此时，您的脸上露出了欣慰的笑……下课了，您笑着听同学们问问题，笑着告诉我们答案;笑着和大家一起谈着校园趣事;笑着在作业本上打上一个个“优”……

您的笑，不但能鼓励我们，还能树立我们的信心。我不是个爱动脑筋的孩子。有一回，我遇到了难题，像往常一样，我没想多久，就跑去问您。可您还是一笑，说：“遇到了难题要认真思考，我可不愿意把答案轻易告诉你哦!”没法子，我只得回到座位上继续思考。终于，我想出了正确答案。我当时真是从心底感谢您：是啊，如果您直接告诉我答案，我会有这份成功的喜悦吗?我能懂得“遇到难题要独立思考，不要轻易请教别人”这个道理吗?

去年，我们班来了位实习老师，您同样是笑着把她领进了教室，介绍给我们。让我们和她好好相处。您是那么的关心她，下课时，笑着和她讲怎样上好一堂课。并告诉她怎样让同学们喜欢上这门功课。可还是有一天，那天您不在学校，由实习老师独立上课，我们的纪律差极了。这事很快传到了您的耳朵里，您来到班上，第一次把我们狠狠地训了一顿，您对我们说：“难道你们只尊重我，不尊重其他老师吗?韦老师刚刚走上工作岗位，你们更应该体谅她，配合她才对，可你们都想想自己这一天做了什么?”同学们低下了头……后来，类似的事件再也没有发生过。

您的工作是那么辛苦，认真备课，批改作业，耐心辅导，耗费了您多少心血!为了使我们能在快乐中学习，您认真准备每一节课，翻阅资料，虚心学习，经常熬夜到深夜，所以，您的课堂也就成了我们学习的乐园。有时，周末，您还到校布置班级文化，指导学生出黑板报。升入三年级后，可能是因为我们太不听话了，我发现您甜甜的笑减少了，您常语重心长地对班上一些学习成绩不理想的同学说：“学习的结果并不重要，主动认真地参与学习的过程是最精彩的!只要你努力了，你就会得到大家的支持!可得加油啊!”每次看着您耐心指导他们的画面，我这才明白，您的微笑虽然减少了，可您对我们那浓浓的爱却依旧不变。

First of all, I wish you all the best in the new year. After such a long

holiday, where are you going to play? We went out on a big cruise ship. The

cruise ship is like a small city with everything! Im very excited! I brought a

book "understanding Chinese traditional festivals" on my journey. This book

makes me really understand the meaning of the Spring Festival. Let me also tell

you about it to Mr. Cao!

This book is full of rich cultural atmosphere. The text interprets the text

with pictures and notes each other. It vividly shows the general situation,

origin, celebration activities and various folk customs of traditional Chinese

festivals such as the Spring Festival, the Lantern Festival and the Dragon Boat

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article, together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.
