historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

他就是我们的语文老师，一个哪哪都有个性的“怪”老师。

我们的语文老师是一位老教师了，是人老心不老的“老老师”。他梳着一头中分的短发，一双炯炯有神的眼睛，仿佛能看透同学们的内心，一口“铁齿铜牙”，同学们有任何情况他都无所不知。最个性的是他的“啤酒肚”，要多逗有多逗。

他是一位话匣子一打开便关不上的老师。他在课堂上“浪费”了我们许多的时间，每当看见同学有不好的表现，他便旁征博引一发不可收拾了。有一次，我们正在上品德课(他也教我们班品德)，原本这节课能讲完的内容却因为地上飘动的一点小垃圾而没有讲完，老师说到了良好的品行和习惯，讲到了南京文明城市的创建，强调了卫生习惯……

因为一个小垃圾老师便不厌其烦地讲呀讲，讲呀讲，直到快下课了，才关上话匣子。有时甚至因为同学们的一句话、一个动作，也要教育好长时间。不知怎的，虽然课好像上少了，但我们的习惯却越来越好了，成绩也提高了，你说怪不怪?

我们的语文老师还是一位爱管闲事、自找麻烦或找我们麻烦的老师。他虽不是我们的班主任，却可爱管闲事了，动不动就自作主张地安排同学、班干部去值日、去管理。选班干部时，他总不在，但选完班干部，他却随意再加，我们许多“平凡”的同学有了职位。

他常说：“人，在锻炼中成长嘛。”他还爱找麻烦，有时候甚至是“没事找事”地带着同学们浇花。同学们都笑他说：“老师，您都那么大年纪了，还天天带着我们做事，不累吗?”老师总是笑着回答：“不累，生命在于运动嘛。”如此种.种，只有我们想不到的，没有他做不到的。还别说，一个学期下来，我们的自理能力强多啦，集体观念也更强了。你说怪不怪?

这就是我们的“怪”老师，他使我们这学期大有进步，同学们都喜欢这位“怪”老师。

生活教会了我，要学会欣赏别人。 I taught me to learn to appreciate others.

在我的“学做人史”上，高高矗立着一块重要的里程碑，它的建成要感谢我的班主任兼英语老师，因为她的思想就是构筑这个里程碑的蓝图--她教我应该闭嘴!如果作为此碑的工程师，王老师，您能听见，我在此要像小品中的范伟一样对您说一声：“谢谢啊!”

我从小的时候就特贫，我一直错误地认为这叫“侃侃而谈”，觉得在聊天中把自己“伟大”的思想像英国传教士一样传给别人是至高无上的重要，但中学以来与我的思想发生碰撞的元素彻底改变了我--中学不像小学时的如此这般地闲，所以很少有人听我扯一些与学习无关，并且他们无兴趣的话题，另一方面王老师不止一次地对我说：“柏翙，你能不能别叨叨了，listeningislearning!(听着也是学习)起初，我认为这是完全错误的哲学，并且感到我幼小脆弱的心灵受到了强大的打击，伤口久久不能愈合……当然，小树苗的生成长大是需有一个在旁守候，随时剪掉歪枝的人。

王老师就像上一段的描写一样对我思想教育了整个初一，使我根深蒂固的“话多”思维渐渐动摇。但真正引发我的“思想”的导火索是一次偶然的机会读书时发现当听众原来更加伟大。这使我想起了我们班友好、有人缘的同学更多地在扮演“听众”这个角色。

与此同时，王老师的话又浮现耳畔：“柏翙，你是比较有知识的，可更应该多沉默，那样更让人觉得你稳重些。”“柏翙，如果你能管住你的嘴巴，你会更加有魅力!”“伯翙，你介意不介意坐下来倒口气，歇歇?你可以换一种方法成为此地的焦点。”……诸如此类，不胜枚举，以往的话我就闪，并且不对这思考过多，如今我真正理解了那句“listeningislearning”才明白。

在我顿悟的时候，我又想起了古时孔子不耻不问，活到老，学到老;伽俐略的“我们的知识是有限的。”当是时，吾深感惭愧，久久陷于往事的错误中沉思，不能自拔。拔出我的，是正觉百感交集时跳出来的王老师，她拍着我的肩，震憾着我：“历史不能改变了，你应该展望未来!”

此后，我学会了沉默，学会了欣赏别人。欣赏别人，是善待他人的一种方式。是以人之长补已之短的明智之举。就在我欣赏别人的同时，这个世界在我的眼中也变得更加美丽。

“我说你是人间的四月天，笑响点亮了四面风……”伴随着李宇春温润的嗓音，低回婉转的旋律在整个教室回荡。这可不是什么音乐课，而是货真价实的语文课。为什么要在语文课上放音乐呢?自然是为了更好地把握这首诗——《你是人间的四月天》。效果很明显，不能准确理解林先生作诗跳跃式的结构，以及轻灵用词的我们，通过歌曲窥到一丝母爱的期待与喜爱，也在朗朗上口的旋律中理解了诗歌学会了背诵。

语文课堂原来也可以有音乐!

“大雪三日，湖中人鸟声俱绝”。刚学习这篇充满中国山水韵味的文章，实是难解其中意。理解意思又能如何，还是无法把握作者想传达的情感，只觉“此篇真如画般”朦胧难懂。这时写作背景与作者生平就尤为重要了。“写于1647年”，又不懂这个年份是为何故，可若稍微回到明朝“1647年，明灭三年之时”，这就更能理解了。这篇并不只是绘美景，也不只是痴人大雪观美景，而是对故园痴心不改的眷恋。文史不分家，没有历史功底，如何理解中国三千年的文化?

语文课堂原来还需要历史!

浩浩汤汤的洞庭湖旁矗立着壮丽景观的岳阳楼，迁客骚人有的感极而悲，有的则宠辱偕忘。古仁人却能怀有“不以物喜，不以己悲”的豁达心理。我们真的能通过一篇文章理解“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”的广阔胸怀吗?这种说起来容易、遥不可及的伟人之志岂是我们背诵下来就能指导人生?语文课堂允许你在经历起伏后回首恍然再悟。而老师您，则更没有逼我们马上理解必须掌握，而是给我“位卑未敢忘忧国”的座右铭，读书的目的不是考宝中，读书人胸怀国家国家才有未来。

语文原来也需要时间的淬炼。

通过九月份的学习，我对学习与语文的理解进一步加深。老师您说要有长远的目光，不要拘泥于眼前小小的挫折;你还说连您都可以跟上时代的潮流，又何况我们!是啊，古时游侠都多为少年。正处于青春的我，又怎能将眼前的小事视为全世界呢?眼里有诗，更应心在远方。

你们怎么那么吵!屋顶都快被你们掀翻了!一听这声音，不用说，一定是我们的班主任东老师。

我壮着胆子往窗外一看，东老师正用怒气冲冲的眼神看着我们。如果眼神能杀人的话，我们都难逃一劫。教室里立刻安静下来，连一根针落在地上的声音也能听见。其它几个班都那么安静，就我们班这么吵，每人练十分钟字!好吧，我们只好乖乖服从。

虽然东老师批评我们的时候像暴怒的狮子一样，不过我个人认为东老师还是很温柔的，也很会安慰人。

一天早上，我找各种理由不想去上学。虽然被妈妈强拉硬拖地来到了学校门口，可我就是不肯进校门，妈妈各种哄骗外加威逼，对我都没效果。没办法，妈妈只好把我带回家中，然后求助东老师。正当我暗中高兴今天不用上学时，东老师打电话过来了。我吓死了，紧张地接过妈妈的手机。没想到，东老师一点都没有生气，她温和地问我：于浩琪，你为什么不来上学呀?我没办法，只好硬着头皮说：我怕考试，不想去学校。东老师居然非常理解我，她轻声细语地说：没事的，谁不怕考试呀?我小时候也害怕考试，还因为不会写作文经常哭呢，但是害怕解决不了问题呀，学还是要上的。你有什么困难和老师说，老师帮你解决。你吃了中饭睡好午觉就来学校，好不好?我听着东老师那温柔的声音，都不好意思拒绝了，只能说：那好吧。

刚放下电话我就后悔了，心里非常着急，我本来是不想去学校的，怎么就这样答应了老师呢?妈妈看出了我的犹豫，就对我说：既然答应了老师去学校，就一定要做到，这是对老师最起码的尊重。

下午，我怀着忐忑不安的心走进了学校。很快，东老师把我叫到了办公室，她仍然和蔼地跟我说：不想上学很正常的，怕考试也很正常，我四年级的时候数学还考过不及格呢!后来通过努力，成绩就上去了。老师相信你，你也可以的。说完，东老师还为我找了一位小老师，让她平时多关心我的学习，有什么不懂的就请教她。直到现在，我每次想起东老师为我做的一切，心里都甜滋滋的。

这就是我的老师，时而严厉时而温柔，还处处为我们着想的班主任东老师，我非常喜欢她。
