Last week, my cousin was back at home from his trip. He had been away for

more than a month and he was a backpacker. I felt so envious, because he could

live the life he wanted. I listened to him and was so attractive by the scenery

My name is Huang Jun Bo. I’m fourteen years old. I live in San Wei. I live

in a house with my mother, father and brother. I have many friends. My best

friend is named Xiao qian, Hai bin and Zhi heng. They are in my class at school.

I am 1.56 mitres tall. My favourite foods are chicken and fish. My favourite

colour is blue.

Have you studied any other languages in school? I am learning English now.

But my English is bad. My teacher told me that to learn a language well. I need

to use it and talk to people in it. I need more than hard at English. I have

spoken English all morning today!

I wish you teach me some about English’s knowledge. I hope improve my

English. Can you help me?

我的语文老师叫吴叶梅，她今年38岁。教学经验非常丰富，被她教过的学生都是顶呱呱的。语文老师非常和蔼可亲，所以我们都亲切的叫她吴老师。

亲爱的老师，我们都知道我们一直都很调皮，让您操碎了心。我代表全班同学在这里跟您诚恳地说声“对不起”。亲爱的老师，感谢您给予我们广阔的知识;感谢您的细心教导，让我们懂得了许多人生的道理……我们和语文老师之间有一个故事。

有一次，在课间的时候，我们成群结伴地跑到老师的办公室门口，偷看您批改作业。老师握着一只红笔，正仔细地看着作业本里的内容。“吴老师批改作业的姿态真是太迷人了!”我不禁感叹道。其他同学也情不自禁地竖起大拇指来。我们都被老师批改作业的姿态给吸引住。渐渐地，我们没有听到上课铃声，就一直看呀看，看呀看。不知是不是老师累了，想伸伸懒腰，突然猛地一下转过身来，我们被吓了一跳，老师也被我们吓了一跳。老师说;“你们不去上课在这里干嘛?”我们都不知所措，不知该怎样回答。老师也不理我们，继续埋头批改作业。我们趁老师不注意，一哄跑回了教室。等我们跑回教室是，英语老师正在布置作业。我们都知道英语老师布置完作业就会走。英语老师走了，我们溜了进去。我们各自回到座位上，都心神不宁。我们害怕，害怕下一节课，老师会当众批评我们。直到下课铃声响时，我们就装做没事人一样去玩。

“铃铃铃”，上课铃响了，我们都怀着忐忑不安的心情进入教室。语文老师进来了，老师一进来就说：“这堂课我们评讲作文，接下来我念一下班长的这篇作文……”一直到下课老师对我们的事只字不提。这让我们忐忑不安的心才得以平静。

一连几天老师都没有提起这件事，也没有对任何人说。直到一天放学时老师悄悄对我们说了这件事，她说她希望我们不要再这样了，这样是不对的。老师的话我们每个字都铭记在心。我们对老师发誓再也不会这样了。

我想深情地对老师说声：“老师，您辛苦了。”

Dear Editor,

I’m a builder. When other builders and I laid a foundation of a building,

we dug out some ancient cultural relics.

At that time, some people suggested we sell them so that we could get some

money. But I didn’t agree with them because I think these cultural relics are

our country’s wealth.

As Chinese people, we should protect them. So I told the other builders we

shouldn’t sell them, because cultural relics represent a country’s culture and

history. Besides, we should donate these culture relics to our country in case

they might be sold abroad secretly. We shouldn’t lose them.
