他下葬的那天正是我参加竞赛的时候，我没能参加老师的葬礼，但我却用成绩回报他，那次竞赛我得了一等奖。但我把那张奖状烧了———我想用这种方式把它寄给我已在天堂的老师。我想要老师看看：他的学生没让他失望!

整体来看23 班的学生，大多数还是比较聪明的，不同的学生可能在智力上有所差异，但这不是主要的，也不是一个人在今后的生活和事业上能否成功的决定因素。至于没出现几个尖子生的问题，我想可能是缺少正确的学习方法和思维方式，这就需要老师和家长去正确的引导和开发。许多家长在这方面没有经验，这就需要老师费心了。可以让全班的同学多互相探讨、多交流一下自己的经验，或者让其他班级比较优秀的学生介绍一下经验，争取每个同学都有一套适合自己的学习方法，这样学习成绩才会有质的飞跃。

从我的经验来看，正确的学习方法就像是利器，可以起到事半功倍的作用，可以弥补学生在智力上的差异。许多优秀的学生，往往并不是班里、年级里最聪敏的，而是最会学习的学生，因为他有正确的、适合自己的一套学习方法。其他同学我不好妄加评论，就李婷来说，我就感觉他的学习方法不太正确，思维方式单调，尤其是在复习阶段，抓不住主要问题，西瓜芝麻一起抓，综合考虑问题的能力欠缺，这就是她成绩没有实质性提高的主要原因。

多给学生自己的时间。现在的学生是不是作业都是那么多。每天完成作业以后，时间就很晚了。留给学生自己支配的时间不多了，这样也就没有时间复习和补漏了。我记得有位名校的老师说过，要想让学生从题海战术中解脱出来，老师应该先在题海中战斗。老师把各种有意义的典型题型提炼出来，再传授给学生，应该不失为一种好的方法。

现在讲究素质教育，我认为素质教育的实质就是培养学生正确的的思维方式和学习方法，教给他们遇到问题、发现问题，又怎么去正确的理解、解决问题的能力。在生活、事业中是如此，在学习考试中又何尝不是如此呢?知识是有限的，学生在学校是学不完的，老师也是讲不完的。只有掌握了正确的学习方法和自学能力，学生在出校门以后，就可以自己去学习了。一个人能否成功，关键就在于此，这是考察一个人水平的关键因素。现实当中有好多学生，在学校里学习很好，出了校门，没有了老师的引导，反而不知道如何学习了，结果一事无成。这就是没有培养好学生的学习方法和思维方式。师者，传道、授业、解惑也。作为人师，主要的在于给学生传道。传给他们正确的学习方法和思维方式。对于他们在生活和学习中遇到的惑也要解决。

我是一个大学的教授，这几年我就感觉现在的大学生学习方法，尤其是思维方式很差。进了大学还是高中的那套学习方法，对老师的依赖性很大。对他们来说大一、大二就是高四、高五。这不能不说是中学教育的失败。但是现在虽然讲的是素质教育，可是整个社会还是以应试教育为基调。虽然学校给减负了，但家长却在给学生增负。干什么事情都不让孩子输在起跑线上。因此，我们不得不面对现实，在应试教育上走到底。当前的问题是不管他什么教育，只要学生成绩好了，考虑上了理想的学校，走在了同一条起跑线上，就是好的教育。
