这一天，正是小白兔6岁的生日，它邀请了森林里的一些动物，有可爱的小熊、老实的山羊、聪明的小白兔、改邪归正的狐狸……它们正在开生日会呢。在狐狸的建议下，它们围着小白兔，唱起了生日歌，唱完了，小白兔准备把小熊送来的生日蛋糕分给大家吃。啪啪啪，啪啪啪，突然几声枪响，一场悲剧发生了，小松鼠、小狐狸、小山羊还有小熊都相继倒下了，只有小白兔被围在中间，它反应特快，赶紧躲进了草丛里。小白兔惊魂未定时，便听到了两个猎人的对话：“老兄，今天收获不少嘛，你看，又捉到四只动物了，可惜，让那只小兔子给溜走了。”另一个说：“我们呀，今天总共抓到了10只松鼠、5只狐狸、1只小熊、6只山羊、8只山鸡，和5只野兔，把这些拿去出卖，肯定值不少钱。”小白兔听了，气愤地自言自语说：“人类真不讲理，你们这样赶尽杀绝，还让我们怎么生存下去呢?不行，我得通知其他动物赶紧搬家。”小白兔一路躲躲闪闪，终于来到了狼家门口，只见大门开着，却不见狼先生，地面上还有一些血迹，它知道狼也遭不幸了。

这时候，小白兔一片茫然，它伤心地哭着说：“人类啊!现在有些动物已经频临绝种，你们这样破坏生态平衡，其实是在缩短自己的生命。”就在这时，一位小天使来到小白兔身边，她安慰小白兔说：“小白兔，请不要伤心，现在国家已经在加大力度，禁止人们滥捕滥杀野生动物，并在许多森林地区建立了自然保护区，相信在不久的将来，人类会还你们一个美好的家园。”听了小天使的话，小白兔自我安慰地说：“哎，我只好暂时躲起来，期待这一天的到来吧。”

是啊!保护野生动物，建立更多的自然保护区，维护生态平衡，刻不容缓!

鸟儿们见此情景，也跟着起和:“是啊大王，我们每天都有不少的兄弟姐妹落入残忍的猎人的网中，您要帮帮我们呀!”我听到这里，吓坏了:人类怎么这样残忍!他们不知道动物是人类的好朋友吗?难道他们的善良都被无知和金钱埋没了吗?“大家静一静!”狮王一声利喝，把我的思绪打断了，“作为大王，我是很明白大家悲痛的心情的，既然人类这么残忍，从今天起，动物学院不教捕食生存的本领了，要教防范人类捕杀的本领，保卫我们的安全!”动物们纷纷鼓起掌来……
