除夕夜，街上“劈劈啪啪”的鞭炮声接连不断，空中闪烁着耀眼的火花，家家户户灯火通明，金黄色、黄绿色的窗户，在忽明忽暗、忽燃忽灭花中，好象同时打开的电视机，在播放精彩的节目。

我站在六楼的阳台上，放眼望去，除夕夜晚的天空格外亮，许多色彩缤纷的烟花在天空中闪亮着，有的时候好像还要把天笼照住似的，常常是这里炸开了，还没等落下就又升起了几个，然后再炸开、再升起……有的烟花以闪电般的速度，十个十个的往上蹿，在空中炸开，倾泻而下，好像在下一场美丽的流星雨，又好似一条大瀑布，还真有点“飞流直下三千尺”的感觉呢!我的心情格外爽朗，这真是“爆竹声声辞旧岁，家家户户迎新春”。

道德像一股清泉，流进我们的心间，滋润心田，冲去我们心中的污点；道德像山野中的小草，需要我们一点点去积累；道德像空气，随时随地伴随你，只要你用心去观察就会发现。

在某单元楼上的人，居高“淋”下。住在四楼某房间的人，拿着水壶给自家的阳台的花浇水，浇了一会儿，水就哗啦啦地往楼下，滴到二楼阳台晒的衣服，弄脏了。二楼的人就朝上面骂了：“喂，住在四楼的人，怎么浇水下来了，弄脏了我的衣服了，小心点得吗？真缺德！”楼上的人回答：“我不是也没注意到吗？以后我会小心的。”从这件事情中可以看出是没有道德的。

在崇左的公路上，清洁工人把大街打扫得干干净净，阿姨是那么地辛苦。而在不远处，几个小朋友吃完零食，把零食乱扔，就走了。他们真是没看到阿姨辛苦扫大街的那一幕。

可在离他们不远处，明明有几个垃圾桶嘛。我扭头对妈妈说：“清洁工阿姨太辛苦了，我去帮忙把那几个垃圾袋捡走。”当我把垃圾扔进垃圾桶的时候，看着清洁工阿姨的背影已远去了。当时我心里想：离垃圾桶不过几步，他们走几步，清洁工阿姨就少扫一些，可为什么要扔在已扫干净的地面上吗？从这里也可以看出一个人的道德修养有几多？

在我的家乡，曾经有一个小女孩帮不相识的老婆婆卖菜。那个老婆婆的菜有点烂了，但是她把烂菜叶都挑出来了。小女孩见老婆婆卖菜那么辛苦，决定帮老婆婆。小女孩勇敢地向过往的行人吆喝：“叔叔、阿姨买菜吗？新鲜的蔬菜！”过了一会，老婆婆对小女孩感激地说：“你真是个好孩子，虽然卖出的菜不算多，但真的谢谢你了！”这是我亲眼看到的令我感动的一幕，她们不是亲人胜似亲人啊！可能有的人会说：“这样的小事我也会做。”但是你有勇气去做了没有啊？勿以善小而不为，但不积跬步，无以至千里，不积小流，无以成江海。我们要努力去做那不足挂齿的好事，慢慢地积累起来。

很多人口口声声说：“我要做大事!”于是从不屑于小事。孰不知，大事都是由小事堆砌起来的。

想想看，若你是老板，你怎么敢把大事情交给一个连装订都做不好的人呢?做小事其实就是“打地基”，没有地基何来大楼?没有小事又谈何“大事”?!小事都做不好，又怎么会有人敢把大事托付给你呢?!所以，要从小事做起，千万不要忽略小事，往往是小事决定了一件大事的成败。

就像某公司很著名的一次面试，面试者成千上万，竞争非常激烈。当时在面试室门口边，有一把倒在地上的扫把。。。。。。面试结束，最后公布被成功录用的，只是一位不怎么起眼的小伙子，公司给出的理由很简单：他把扫把捡起来了。一个注重小事的人，必然能成大事。一把小小的扫把，一个简单的动作，一件小到极点的“小事”，竟成就了这位小伙子的“大事”!

火箭在升空中爆炸，可能只是因为一颗螺丝松了;房子着火，也许只是因为某条铜丝短路了;强壮的人生病，只是因为那些用光学显微镜才能看到的病毒种种现象，从自然到社会，都告诉我们：千万不要忽视小事，想做大事，就必须从小事入手，从小事做起，才可以完成自己心中那份伟业!
