First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

这本书总共有十五课，每一课讲的都让我们刻骨铭心。这本书里讲到了我们中华名族古代劳动人民的勤劳与智 慧。在五千年多年的发展历史中，我们名族形成了以爱国主义为核心的名族精神，在我们国家危难的时候，更 加体现出“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”的精神，在历史上，那些伟大的古人如屈原、文天祥、岳飞等 都留下了一首首慷慨激昂的爱国诗篇。读着读着，我又读到了近代，了解到我们祖国近几年的不断发展和进步 。从1999年11月20日，神舟一号首发到2012年6月3日，搭载着我们‘蛟龙’号载人潜水器的“向阳红09’实验 母船从江苏江阴苏南码头起航，奔赴马里纳海沟区域，进行7000米级海试航任务。充分展现了我们伟大的中华 民族“可上九天揽月，可下五洋捉鳖”的伟大壮举，一种自豪感从我的心中冉冉升起，我又一次的感受到了我 们伟大祖国日新月异的变化和强盛。有一种想为祖国复兴作出贡献的念头，渐渐浮现在我的脑海里，感觉到心 口热热的!

说了这么多爱国的人和祖国的成就，可是，到底什么才是爱国呢?
