下午，我早早来到学校，看到操场上画着几条白线，就知道这是接力赛的赛道。

还有十分钟就开始比赛了，此时的操场上已经人山人海，小观众们把跑道围得严严实实的。不一会儿，运动员出场了，先是学前班的小朋友比赛。小同学在老师的带领下进行比赛。小运动员们个个昂首挺胸，好像有十足的把握夺得第一名。

好不容易道了我们五年级的同学赛跑，我们每一个都精神抖擞，都想夺得“第一名”这个桂冠。我们站在第四条跑道上，第一个起跑的是小进。

“砰”的一声，发令枪响了。运动员犹如离弦的箭，一个个拼命往前跑。传到第五棒时，小诗的手一滑，这一棒没有接好，我们落后到了第四名，传到小锋时，小锋一点也不慌，脚下像生了风似的，终于超过了第三名。轮到我时，我只觉得两耳呼呼地响，此时此刻，我又听到“加油，加油”的喊声，我更有信心，使出全身的力气，扑了出去，但还只是跑了个第三名。

运动会在同学们的欢呼声中结束了。

Today is Friday. It is my thirteenth birthday. I got up very early in the

morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes

as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before.I invited many of

my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening.

记得有一次，我走在了人行道上。两旁的花花草草吸引着我，于是我便坐在椅子上欣赏风景。不远处有一位头戴鸭嘴帽的叔叔在道上卸货物，他做得气喘吁吁，豆大的汗珠往下滴。“哒哒哒”这时不远处响起了一阵声音。我闻声望去，一位眼带墨镜，手握拐杖的老爷爷走在盲人道上，向这儿走来。就在我望见他的时候，我猛然间发现一对货物堆在盲人道上，而老人正一步步向这儿走来。“撞到货物可怎么办？”我想着。就在老人还有几步之遥时，叔叔急忙推开货物，避免了一场小事。这时我砰砰直跳的心顿时平静下来，叔叔也叹了口气。

一句古话说得好“爱人者，人恒爱之；敬人者，人恒敬之。”文明美德就像一眼清泉，滋润了我们的心灵，给予我们喜悦，它就如同一棵小树，只要你注重它，从点点滴滴的事去表现它，它就会在你的心中扎根，成长。

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free.
