There are many festivals in China，During these holidays, my favorite holiday is Chinese New Year.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. August 7,2014 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to

grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions.

Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

河源基地保安队有两个班，一十九名队员，上班时为增强上班人员的责任心和防止他们无聊、打瞌睡，三个小时必须要转一次岗(12小时制)，每转一次都要写交接记录及每个岗位在不同的地方放置有一小时签一次到的签到本，所以每位队员都配发签字笔，以前签字笔放在保安大门抽屉里，谁要谁拿，没有人管理，一个月下来要用掉一百多支笔，平均每位队员要用6到7支笔，有的基本没写完他们就丢掉，有的上班人员坐在那里没事干拧着玩拧坏了，有的把里面的笔珠弄丢了，所以浪费很严重。

针对这一问题，行政主管相当重视，专门召集队员讨论这事，决定由专人负责，一次一次地发给队员们用，经过一个月的管理，发现原来一个月用掉6---7支笔现在一个月只用三支笔，节省了一半。虽然一支笔要不了多少钱，但节约无大小，就从最基本的小事做起，让每位队员知道“节约莫怠慢，积少成千万”，养成不浪费的好习惯，为公司节省一点点开支。

I like to eat different kinds of delicious food , however, my favorite

food is dumplings. In my spare time , I like to make dumplings with my mother .

I think home-made dumplings are more delicious than those in supermarket .My

mother knows I love to eat them ,so she makes dumplings at every weekend . I

古人说：言行可模可范者，人师也。一个父亲不诚信，影响的只是自己的孩子，而一个老师不诚信，影响的却是一大群孩子。我在读小学的时候，老师喜欢在讲课时问学生是吗？，开始很多同学当作笑话模仿，久而久之，有几个同学也染上了这个怪僻，一说话就不停地是吗？。可见，教师对学生的影响毋庸多言。孔子曰：人而无信，不知其可也。因此，作为诚信教育主体的教师应从我做起，从身边的小事做起，为人师表，以身作则。

一次上体育课，班上一个比较活跃的男生向我提了个建议，能否让他们踢一次足球比赛，我一口答应了下来，行，但不过要到下节体育课，这一节课有训练。几个男生一听，欢呼雀跃，立即奔向四周告知每一个男生，然后挤在一起计划着他们的足球比赛。当然我没能明白他们心中的那份喜悦的心情。很快，又是一节体育课，我按照惯例，跑步训练以后，整队，准备进行今天的训练内容广播体操，因为不久就要广播操训练了。刚要开始，我就发现几个男生不安分，在下面嘀咕着什么。他们班向来很听话的，今天怎么了，我没有多想，随即我用严肃的目光扫视了一下他们，声音嘎然而止了。声音虽然没有了，但我隐约能感受到学生眼神中流露出的不信任。此时，我竟然没有意识到男生们的细微的变化，竟然还没意识到上一节课对我们班的男生们所作的承诺。接着，我们就开始了我们的广播操训练，当然女生们做的很认真，但我始终觉得所有的男生都做得心不在焉。我又想，今天男生们怎么了，他们原来都是生龙活虎的呀。在休息时，原来和我打成一片、天南地北、海阔天空、无所不谈的男生们把我抛在了一边。这下，我可更纳闷了。我忙把体育委员找来了，怎么回事呀？你们男生都怎么了？体育委员闷闷不乐地说：你怎么会不知道呀？到底怎么回事？你言而无信，你不是说今天举行一次足球赛吗？体育委员终于鼓足勇气气愤对我说。哦，足球赛，我终于记起来了。我是多么地没把它当一件事来看，我不禁默默地责备自己,怪不得这些男生看，失信于人了。失信易，取信难啊！我深知这样的道理。怎么办？但我立即想到了弥补的办法，即刻举行足球赛，女生当啦啦队员，立即所有的同学沸腾了，欢呼雀跃20分钟后，足球赛在快乐的气氛中结束了。虽然只有短暂的20分钟，但它所给我们的教育远远不止这20分钟。

试想如果我仍然按部就班地上完这堂课，作为教师的我何以取信于我们的学生，恐怕失掉的不仅仅是诚信这两个字，而是一大群的学生。诚信，我们每个人都拥有着它，但稍不留意它就会被丢弃。而现实社会中诚信渐远，千年前的圣人们给我们留下的自古皆有死，民无信不立，仰不愧于天，俯不怍于人，索物于暗室者，莫良于火；索道于当世者，莫良于诚的美德却快被遗失殆尽了。这何尝不是一个大大的悲哀呢？作为肩负着培养新世纪接班人的教师，我们有必要让诚信归来，因为它比荣誉更长久，它比金钱更珍贵，它比美丽更厚重。

从这个小小的事例中，我要说，诚信教育是不能空喊口号，光说不做的。身教重于言教。教师应首先做到诚信，从教师自身做起，从身边的小事做起，并持之以恒。以自己的一言一行履行诚信，把诚信的种子播撒到学生的心田，才有望看到满园诚信之花，收到满园诚信之果。
