曾看见过这样一幅漫画：一天下午，小红和小明放学了一起走回家，突然，他们看见了垃圾桶旁边的一大堆果皮，说：“这里怎么会有那么多垃圾呀？而且还是在垃圾桶旁边。”于是，小红走到那堆果皮的旁边，弯下腰，把果皮捡起来，再把它们扔进了垃圾桶，小明丛书包里拿出纸和笔趴在地上写字，不一会儿小红的垃圾也捡完了。小明拿起他写的字条把它粘在了垃圾桶上，看到“文明只差一步”这几个字两个人就开心的笑了起来，最后，两人有一起有说有笑地走回了家。

这幅漫画使我感触很深，还让我明白了许多道理。其实环保就是要从小事做起，而且现实生活中的一件事，更是让我加深了对它的理解。

记得有一次，我在清江边散步，在快接近长阳广场的时候，我注意到了我眼前的一对奇特的父子，这一对父子，一大一小手里各拿着一个饮料瓶，瓶子里透过光发现，饮料瓶里早已空空如也。

他们走着走着，在斑马线那儿停了下来，我估计他们是要过马路了吧。可是，这时候，那位爸爸向着四周张望了几次，这时正好四下无人，他顺手便将手中的塑料瓶扔进了江中，而在他身边的还很小的儿子，望了爸爸几眼，也把手中的塑料瓶子人进了江中。然后爸爸便牵着儿子的手，消失在我的视线内，他们的这个举动，瞬间将我对他们最开始的好奇心，变得烟消云散。

其实，垃圾桶离他们并没有好远。只需要走十几步就到了，可为了图方便，却直接丢进了江中，这样真的好吗？我们设想一下，如果世界所有的人都随手乱扔垃圾的话，那地球上将会堆积成一座座的垃圾山，那我们生活的环境将会受到巨大的破坏。我们在不知不觉中，对大自然带来严重的伤害。可偏偏有的人明明知道这样做不好，还不加节制地滥用，结果导致严重的生态灾难，人人都说：“我爱我们的地球！”既然爱，为何不让我们的行动来表示呢？人类的生活越来越好，难道环保意识就变浅了吗？
