正在这时，我又发现旁边有一棵桃树。那桃树上满是桃花，有粉色、红色和白色。我走近一看，那桃花粉里透红，五朵花瓣中裹着红色的花蕊，那绿油油的小草就像一位小绅士一样，风一吹那小绅士就沙沙地响，演奏出一道动听的歌曲，池塘边的柳树就像一个长发飘飘的小姑娘似的。许多植物、树木、小花都倒映在池塘里形成了一副五彩缤纷的图片。水里的小鱼有时跳出水面，又快速地游走，就像是在比赛一样，有的躲躲藏藏，就像是在玩捉迷藏似的，有的在游动时摆出一些奇特的动作，像是在举行演出似的。

由于春天的来临，温度也在慢慢地升高，人们也脱掉了厚重的棉衣。穿上了轻薄的外套，一群孩子们在那追逐嬉戏，小脸蛋像苹果一样红通通的。

通过这次观察我发现，在生活中有很多值得我们关注的事情，我们要养成善于观察的好习惯!这样我们也会从身边学到更多的知识。

实习日志一

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

实习日志四

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

August 12,2012 Friday

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

You know? Is tired, happy, is happy, because today I have a good spirit in class.

In the afternoon, I was very happy to answer the question, the teacher was very happy to boast of me. For a moment, when I was in math class, I was active. My teacher didnt call me. I was very angry. I would be very angry when I arrived in the afternoon. In the 3 or 4 class, I would answer the teachers questions in Chinese, math and Chinese classes. in the early morning, my sister went out and brought home a bunch of pretty flowers. right after my mother got up out of bed, we said "happy mothers day"! to her and gave her the flowers. my mother was very happy; she smiled and said, ‘how wonderful the flowers look! thank you! also, we told her we were going to do all the housework for our beloved mother, and she could take a rest for a day. in the beginning, we were excited about all the work we can do at home. before long, we found that the housework seemed to be endless, there was cooking and washing, and cleaning to do, and there was shopping to do, too . during the dinner hour, the kitchen seemed so busy. my father was making a salad, my sister was baking a pie for dessert, and i was washing rice and vegetables, and there were many other things to do. finally, the dinner was ready; it was two hours behind the usual schedule. the food was not as delicious as my mothers. nevertheless, my mother and father enjoyed it, and felt very proud of their daughter and son.

Saving Water

Water is the most valuable resource on the earth. Water is the necessity of

our life and we must drink it everyday.Now, many people can not drink clear

water, because many of them are badly polluted. So, in order to save water, the

first thing we should do is reduce water pollution. In addition, we should

develop good habits to save water. For example, turn off the tap after we use.

Or we should recycle the water to make it full use. In one word, water is scarce

for all of us and we should try our best to save it.

Everybody has own ideal, my ideal is works as an honorable peoples teacher. Teaches the students to study the cultural knowledge, is playing together with them, the life, lets their healthy development. I will use the knowledge rain and dew to moisten childs heart, with the warm compassion cared about that will cherish the children.

期末考试在学生、老师、家长眼中是很重要的!每当期末考试来到之前的一个星期，我们都抓紧时间，感激复习，争取取得一个好成绩，让这个寒假过得快乐一些!

在考试之前，我认真复习着，做好充分的准备，来迎接期末考试的到来。1月23日考试了!

上午考数学和英语，下午考语文。数学试卷我做完以后，就得还可以，有点简单，我便仔细检查。很快英语考试也过去了!下午，我们迎来了语文考试，是六面!同学们纷纷议论着……到了下午3;00，期末考试结束了!

期末考试结之后，魏老师告诉我们1月27日返校。

1月27日早上一来，我便跑到办公室问魏老师我考多少分?魏老师找了一下说：“刘妍，你语文考95.5分，还不错!数学考83分，英语考88分。”我一听，吃惊极了，头上直冒汗，想;我怎么只考这么低呀!回家怎么交代呀!数学卷子不是挺简单的吗!怎么只考83分!哎!

放学了，爸爸来接我，问我考的怎们样?我恨不得找个地洞钻进去!似乎爸爸已经知道我的分数说：“讲出来吧!我不会骂你的!我鼓起勇气，想大声说出来，可是，我似乎控制不住，吱吱唔唔小声地说道：“语文95.5分，数学83分，英语88分。”爸爸很伤心!通过这次考试我明白了：在考试之前，不要临时抱佛脚，临时抱佛脚是没有用的!我们应该平时就带着复习!每上一课就复习一下，千万不能等到关键时刻才来复习哦!这样是记不住的

During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. First of all we came to the childrens pool, where there are a lot of fun slides there are things, I did not even do not do the warm-up exercise could not help but jumped out of the pool, "wow, really comfortable." But the water there is too shallow , Do not move. Then we went to the fish treatment pool, I put the feet into, there are many small fish over my feet, very comfortable, but feel a little itch. Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip became boring and exhausting.

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有许多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。

I live very happily today! in the morning, it is very fine! then i climb

the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers

plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. in the afternoon,

i go to friends home to play, the friend entertains me warmly, show me a lot of

books of his , has listened to his cd for me , then also ask me to eat a

sumptuous dinner. coming back home in the evening, family and i sat and watched

tv together, we are returning and eating the fruit while chatting, the whole

family is happy and harmonious!

It is true that summer is hot, very hot. But the wicked summer sun is

nothing to me, for I dont usually go out. What I like to do best during the

long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read,

but during the school year I could hardly find a free moment for reading.

Endless assignments press down upon me like a mountain. I feel confined and

imprisoned. Once the summer vacation comes, however, I have all the time in the

world to read and read and read. I read everything I want to read. I read to my

hearts content. My room maybe small, and the sun maybe hot, but Im free, Im

As a middle shool studentfirst you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games running swimming and jumping rope.Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals Don’t eat too much meat and suger but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest . Nextkeep yourself happy.As people often say smiling makes younger.Last you mustn’t drink wine or smoke .They are bad for your health. That is my advice.

It was the eighth day of our summer holiday.I felt good.I felt I am free.My

parents went to camping.So I live alone but I dont feel lonely.I stayed at home

and watched TV.I wrote an English daily composition.It was my homework.Today, I

have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired.It was time for dinner.I must

go!I am very hungry.

I think my teacher got out of bedon the wtong side this afternoon as she

hasn’t cries.i went to office saw the boys unhappy.Because the students got

their teacher’s goat became they didn’t do their homework..I think this is my

teacher unhappy’s cause. Today, I saw a boy ,he played the handset.But didn’t

saw the walls so he Rnocked we laugh up our sleeve at he knocked ,but he hurt

his norse in the accident, and he was laying it on thick about how painful it

was .

It’s also a happy day, isn’t it ?

我想我的老师走出bedon的错误方向今天下午，她就一直没有哭.我到办公室看到男孩不高兴.因为学生得到老师的山羊成为他们没有做功课..我认为这是我的老师不愉快的事业。今天，我看到了一个男孩，他发挥了handset.但是没有看到这样的墙壁，他使我们笑了我们套在他撞倒，但他伤了挪威在这起事故，他就铺设厚如何痛苦这是。
