现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

在接触时间管理理论后，我就觉得应该把每件事都尽力做到最好，虽然我几乎没有做到过，比如，每次出差回来的工作报告，最终都流于表面;比如每次开完会的会议记录，一共也没写几篇;比如每年要写一篇论文都没有实现…其实说白了，还是我的态度不够坚决，执行力不够，就像笑来老师说的：如果你在原则上不够执拗，不够决绝，你的大脑就会走捷径，因为走捷径是大脑会的、擅长的唯一的东西，你争不过它。这么多年你就是因为不够执拗、不够决绝而被它一路牵着走到这里的。是啊如果当初我坚持了自己的想法，我的模型应该都画好几个型号了，每个之间的差异肯定也了解的很清楚了，可惜，我啥也没做。

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

所以我想，在我心里，也许早就把这份工作当成了我的梦想，我梦想着有一天像师傅那样运筹帷幄，梦想着像大师兄一样有自己的见解，梦想着像二师兄一样进步成长的那么快…虽然我现在没有喜欢上我的工作，但我可以把她变成我的爱好，至于吃喝玩乐，这并不妨碍我把工作做好啊!我可以在向师傅学习的路上，将旅行当奖励，可以在每一次有进步时，奖励自己一顿大餐，我要充分享受以后的工作和生活!

看到这篇文章一堆的感叹号，说名当时鸡血被打的挺足的，还好现在走的方向与当初依然一致，只是“吃喝玩乐”已经不是我的追求了，我现在只盼着能多些时间、快些成长。

英语写作对许多考生来说是令人头痛的难题。究其原因，造成写作困难的因素很多，根据我们对考生的了解，可归结为以下两个主要方面。

第一，在外语学习五项能力――听、说、读、写、译――的训练方面，学生从中学到大学在听、说、读三项能力方面得到的训练比较多，而在写的能力上得到的培养最少，有时最基本的写句训练都是靠做选择项的形式来完成的，很少有真正动手写的机会；因而很多学生在做语法题或改错时有敏锐的辩别力，能够找出很复杂的语法错误，可是一旦自己真正动笔写，却错误多得不得了，而且很多都是最简单最基本的语法错误。所以，平时写的少，练的少，是构成写作困难的主要原因。

第二，不少学生缺乏对写作知识和写作技巧的了解和学习。他们一写作文，就感到脑子空空，不知如何下笔，写起来也是想到哪儿，写到哪儿，有时还东拼西凑，因而写作文时，常常是低水平上的重复，提高不快。如果能了解和学习一些英语写作知识，加上适当的指导和训练，写作水平会很快得到提高。考生要根据所给题目、素材、写作提纲、规定情景或图表等在40分钟内写出不少于150词的短文。要求内容切题，表达清楚，意义连贯，语言比较规范。根据大纲的要求，考生要想在短文写作中取得高分，首先要具备两方面的英语基本功：一是较强的句子表达水平，句子要写正确、表达准确到位，要有一定的英语修辞知识。二要具备英语语篇写作知识，这样才能适应不同类型的命题，主动灵活有条理地运用自己的语言知识和能力写好短文。此外，考生还应对作文考题有一定的了解，知己知彼才能稳操胜券。

考题特点

(1)作文选材均为热门话题并贴近生活作文选题范围均为当今社会的热门话题，从电视广告到希望工程，从父母与子女的关系到拥有健康的重要性，从世界烟民现状到近年盛行一时的“承诺”，环境保护，无不反映了当前公众最为关注的事。

(2)文体多为说明文与议论文说明文和议论文用途较广，我们平时接触的文章、报纸、信件等等多为这两种体裁。在工作岗位上所撰写的材料大多也是说明文或议论文。因而考这种体裁的写作比较符合实际需要。

(3)出题形式趋于多样化。这一变革显示了对提高考生的实际运用语言能力的重视，同时也要求考生要在多写多练上下功夫，这样对才能在作文考试中夺取高分。提高笔头表达能力是关键：我们希望广大考生要在切实提高英语写作水平上下功夫，不能靠扣题、押题或背诵一些短文应付考试，其结果必然与希望的相差甚远。背诵是学习英语的一种好方法，但仅靠背诵来提高英语写作水平是不够的。写作水平的提高还是要靠亲自动笔写，多写多练，把学到的语言知识运用到写作中去。

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! Last night, I had an interesting dream.In the dream I accidentally got a

magic pen with which I could write beautiful Chinese characters.Then I took part

in a calligraphy competition.With the help of the pen I got the first place. I

became famous soon and a lot of people came to beg me for some characters.I felt

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. It was found that the eaves of a unique Pavilion were flying, the pillars were beautiful, and the chairs were exquisite, so that people could not help sitting down and resting for a while. 格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。
