春节，我和妈妈回家乡玩了几天，虽然时间很短，但我玩得非常开心，尝了家乡很多的传统节日的美食，并学习了一些家乡食品的作法，享受了很多在城市没有的乐趣。

我们住在舅公家，我们每顿饭都有鸡，因为是自己养的，且舅公厨艺了得，特别好吃。晚饭后家家户户就会做点心，叫“油糍”，它是用糯米粉做的，样子好像汤圆，搓成鸡蛋大小，再加芝麻，我跟着舅婆学，她说我做得像模像样，全部做好后，再放到热乎乎的油窝里炸，时间很重要，要把握得很好，可惜这一步我还没学会。

早上，我们吃的是云吞，这里的云吞是出了名的皮薄馅少肉滑，所以皮都是从专门店买回来的，只要把肉往一放一捏就行了，我很快学会了，舅婆还夸我做得好，吃着自己包的云吞，高兴极了。

到了晚上，表叔带着我们去放烟花，这里可热闹，到处都听到爆竹声，在空旷的田地上还看到有人在放烟花，年味很浓，在广州一定不能玩这些，我迫不及待地叫表叔放烟花，我们几个小朋友越玩越开心，很快就结为好朋友了。

这次回家乡让我尝到了美食，学会了包云吞，结交了朋友，真是一个快乐的假期啊!

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as well asfocus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the mostimportant in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoymentduring the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shoppingwith my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. Myparents prepared the big dinner and I could only act as assistant. The dinnerwas so delicious that I ate so full. In the next several days, my parents and Ivisited our relatives and friends or they visited us. Sometimes, we went outfor fun together. We children were always the most excited. Now, holiday iscoming to the end and I will go to school soon. I am so happy that I have awonderful winter holiday.

My vacation

As the winter vacation is drawing near， I have a plan about my vacation. Im going to do what I want to do. Im going to study harder in order to get good grades in the following term. After finishing all my homework， Im going to enjoy myself in the sea of knowledge. Reading must be a good idea. Im going to keep fit at the same time. Ill get up eary in the morning everyday and play sports. I really love sports. Besides that， Eating a balanced diet is also good for my health. Im going to help my mom and dad with the housework as well in the vacation.Ill learn to cook. As for travelling， Im planning to go to Hainan. I went to visit the Great Wall this summer.Last week ,my mother took me to Beijing by train,the city of Beijing was really nice,we visited the Tiananme and took some pictures,then we came to a resturant to have dinner,at the table,I met some Forigners,we became friends and they left their E-mail to me ,I enjoyed this trip very much!
