以上就是我的寒假生活计划，怎么样？我的寒假计划不错吧！我不仅要完成寒假作业，也要帮爸爸妈妈做一点事情，这样爸爸妈妈才会高兴，而且这样过得才有意义。最后，快要过年了，这是我们中华民族的重要传统节日，我在这里先祝大家心想事成，万事如意！

I have a long vacation. I am very happy because the holidays in one day is my birthday. My grandmother, father, mother, sister, and I climb Mount Tai. Took a lotofpretty pictures. 如何过好一个月的寒假生活，一直是困挠家长们和学生们的难题，这次由市教委发起的“三会”假期倡议，使我在快乐中渡过了假期生活。

“三会”，顾名思义，就是会休息，会学习，会健体。

会休息：遵循着青少年身体成长特点，保持健康的生活规律，养成良好的学习习惯，保障充足的睡眠，并在学习时安排一定的休息时间。每天安排好作息时间，因为保证好充足的休息时间，这样才能使我们有精力去完成作业和玩耍。为了放松和调整，我安排参加了两个冬令营活动，通过旅游和参观，在游玩中获取一些课外知识。一次是赴上海的科普知识主题冬令营，一次是赴太湖的水资源保护主题冬令营，通过边玩边学习，让我了解了更多的科学普及知识和水的生产过程。这可是上课学不到的呦。

会自学：也就是针对自身的实际需要，合理制定学习计划，明确假期的自学重点，做到预习与复习相结合。假日虽然是用来休息的，可也不能玩过头。“那除了完成假期作业，我们还能干些什么？对，自学。”首先，我对下学期教课内容进行了初步预习、了解，并巩固和复习以前掌握的知识，为下学期开学打好了基础，不懂得可以问一问比自己高一级的哥哥姐姐们。在假期里，我阅读了一些中外名著，如《西游记》，《儒林外史》，《封神演义》，《三国演义》等文言文版的类型，这样可以增加我们对文言文兴趣，使自己更加地去了解它们，通过阅读会让我们拓宽知识面，提高自己的文学修养。

会健体：在假期生活中，每天都会有一些空余时间，这些时间可以用来锻炼身体，时间

为一小时左右，可以跳绳、跑步、仰卧起坐，踢毽子……，这样可以使同学们变得强壮起来，增强免疫力！我每天晚饭后，都会同爸爸妈妈一些去散步，在护城河边走上一圈。夜晚的护城河，在霓虹灯光的映衬下，时而有几艘古舫（游船）开过，飘过评弹悠扬的旋律，分外迷人。这样既可以欣赏美景，又可以消化晚餐。你们也可以试试哦，但最重要的是锻炼一定要持之以恒，可不能“三天打鱼，两天晒网”，但一定要学会劳逸结合，使自己变为一个既聪明又健康的合格中学生！

在假日的学习生活中，我们需要使用正确的学习方法来帮助我们预习复习，合理安排时间，运用科学方法，提高学习的效率，假期内全面快速的超前学习！

我认为三会计划的实施，全面，有效地规划了中学生在假期内的生活，使我们的假期生活变得高质量，高效率。它不仅对学习方面进行了要求，对健体和作息方面也提出了建议，让我们的生活变得更健康，而且井井有条。

这个假期我要过的很有价值，很有意义，希望同学们也能专门为自己量身定做一套合理的假期计划，让今后的每一天变得更愉快，更充实。

只要我们掌握了“三会”，就能使假期生活变得既充实又有意义。

I like traveling on foot With my brother in holidays.

At the very beginning, I felt very tired. I got out of breath so easily.Then my brother started to tell me some interesting stories.We walked and walked while he didnt stop telling stories. We walked a long way without knowing.

Then my brother asked me, "Are you still feeling tired?" The feelings of tiredness were already out of my mind.

我喜欢在假期跟哥哥一起徒步旅行。刚开始的时候，我还真有点吃不消，没走多远就累得上气不接下气。

于是哥哥就给我讲动听的故事。他一边讲我们一边走，不知不觉走了很远。哥哥问我：“你还累吗?”呵呵，我早把“累”这回事忘到九霄云外去了。

要放假了,真是期待呀.想象暑假没有约束的日子,那叫一个爽啊,不要上课,不要写作业,不要上自习.呵呵.

不过我不打算回家了,为什么呢?想学点东西啦,所以就要牺牲自己逍遥自在的时间了,哎!么得办法啊,就要毕业了,要抓紧学点有用的,给自己充点电,不然什么都不懂,是吧?

还剩下两门课程,我打算暑假好好看哈,然后下次一次考完了早点毕业,然后我就可以学点别的了,那样岂不是蛮好.然后我还准备考个证书,所以暑假就有得忙了.不过想哈自己的未来,相信自己现在的付出肯定是有用的,所以只能委屈自己咯!
