公共基础知识的写作技巧

一、从写作内容角度上看。

公基作文一般是议论性质的文章,字数一般要求在800--1200字之间。公基作文要求结合材料进行写作,属于材料作文类,考生不能脱离材料自行写作。此外,考生在写作的时候一定注意不要跑题,不要脱离总论点。因为作文的阅卷是先定档后给分,这就要求我们一定不能跑题,而且虽然都是议论文但是不能跟高中初中作文那样随意抒发议论,要找到自己的角度,站在报考岗位的角度去思考问题,不能盲目抒情、大发特发议论,此乃作文大忌。

二、从文章标题角度来看。

标题即论点,刚才我们谈到作文阅卷先定档,因此,如果能标题就是论点的话能够大幅度减轻阅卷人的压力,使得自己更容易获得高分。对于标题给大家简单提醒一下,通常情况下标题不建议大家使用标点符号。

三、从文章结构上来看。

一定要保证文章结构的完整性,在阅卷规则当中,有重要一条就是逻辑完整,因此适当运用逻辑结构词就显得特别重要。这里提示广大考生,我们的逻辑词经历过四个阶段,第一个阶段是第一、第二、第三、第N个,这种结构因为第多少个没有上限,因此不建议采用,第二个阶段是首先、其次、再次、最后,第三个阶段是一方面、另一方面、与此同时、此外、加之等。这里推荐大家使用第二第三个阶段,逻辑结构比较完整,第四个阶段是运用过渡句过渡段,这种逻辑不推荐大家使用。

四、公基作文一定要写对策。

考查公基作文的目的就是考查考生进入单位之后分析与解决问题的能力,因此,考生必须在文章中必须有所体现。从文章写作对策段落来说,建议大家在对策段落里面运用“结论+原因+措施”的写作结构,这种结构简单理解就是是什么、为什么、怎么办逻辑,比如说某地的某个行业出现一定的发展问题,那么对于这个行业的发展政府起主要作用,那么我们应该先说政府大概应该如何去做,如政府应该多渠道扶持,此即结论,接下来就应该叙述政府为什么要去扶持,也即原因部分,最后要写明政府如何扶持也即具体措施,如运用宏观调控、减免税收、提供政策支持等。

五、从结尾段落来说,结尾要做到与首段呼应。

浑然一体的结尾与开头要相呼应,写出既呼应开头,又不简单重复的语句,这种结尾方式是各类文章极常见的收束方法。这种收束方法能唤起读者心理上的美感,产生一种首尾圆合,浑然一体的感觉。

公共基础知识写作点拨

第一:理解、分析、研究文体。事业单位写作其实就是议论文写作,因为只有议论文这种文种才能够承载对一个事物的确定观点和论述。所以对议论文来说,要把握一点,就是议论文是围绕一个观点进行展开,这对议论文来说是最重要的,也就是要有确实的观点,即总论点,目前来看事业单位考试的总论点一般都是已经确定的。

第二:确定了总论点之后,再去议论观点。例如:上海是个好地方,那么整个文章展开的核心就是证明观点,也就是为什么说上海是个好地方,再比如:要勤奋,整个文章展开的核心就是论述为什么要勤奋。

近几年来公职类考试的写作命题有了新的变化。首先,会有给定材料,材料围绕着一个主题展开,主题通常是社会问题或者施政要点。例如:要推进民生改革;要提高政府公信力;要推进服务型政府建设;要勇于探路等。其次,针对这样主题的变化,论述的方向也随之有所变化。例如:要提高政府公信力。基于这样的总论点,文章展开的逻辑就是为什么要提高公信力、如何提高政府公信力。再比如:要勇于探路,那么文章展开的逻辑就是为什么要勇于探路、如何探路。通过以上事例,小伙伴们能基本理清两个最重要的内容:议论文就是围绕一个确定的观点展开,整个文章的核心要求就是把观点论述清楚。解决了这两个问题后,接下来就是填充内容了,在此根据情况来说明。

第一:如果平时比较关注新闻、热点时事,自然有内容可写,而且能够做到内容充实、立意高远、理解透彻。如果是这样的情况,就摸索出适合自己表达的语言风格即可。

第二:如果是平时看书比较多,有自己对事物的思考。这样的基础能让写作体现出比较好的人文素养和知识储备,如果是这样的情况,就把看书多的优点发挥出即可。

第三:如果是既不看新闻、也不看书、学习马马虎虎或者工作后没有时间复习,这样的情况比较普遍,如果是这样的情况,就需要找一些捷径了,比如选择培训班等等。

一、语言要有趣

如习作《蚂蚁》。作者在写蚂蚊的独特功能时,是这样写的:“除了四周的景物能帮助蚂蚁辨别方向外,它们还有一个自身的‘法宝’,这就是在蚂蚁走过的地方都会留下一种特殊的气味,掉队的蚂蚁根据这种气味就能确定方向。倘若用樟脑丸一类的怪气味弥散在蚂蚁走过的路径上,那么后来的蚂蚁就会因找不到那种特殊的气味而迷失方向。”这是作者知识的积累与生活的积累相互融合的结果。

又如,习作《姥姥家的小黑狗》。作者在介绍小黑狗的外形特点时如是说:“(它)一身乌黑发亮的皮毛,就像黑缎子一样油亮光滑;雪白的小爪儿,俨如四朵梅花;那条翘着的小尾巴总是不停地摇摆着;特别是那对黑白分明的小眼睛,总是四处张望,充满着兴奋和好奇。”这里,作者用了生动的比喻,写出了小黑狗皮毛的油亮和爪子的厚实;又用“不停地摇”写出了小黑狗对熟人的媚态;还用“四处张望”来写小黑狗的警觉与好奇。语言富有生活的情趣,突出了小黑狗的漂亮与可爱。

因此,语言的理趣是知识性的体现,情趣是情感性的体现。只有结合为一体,方能显示状物类作文语言的知识性与趣味性。

二、观察要有序

有序观察是写好状物类作文的基础。一要按顺序观察,二要抓住特点进行观察,只有进行有序观察,才能写出条理清晰的文章。

如,苏教版六年级(上册)《麋鹿》。在介绍其外形时这样写道:“它的外形很奇特:角似鹿,面似马,蹄似牛,尾似驴,所以又被称为‘四不像’。”这里的观察顺序是:由上而下,由前而后。作者抓住麋鹿角、面、蹄、尾的特点,寥寥数语,却勾画得栩栩如生。

又如,苏教版五年级(上)“练习册”上有一段对熊猫的描写,形象逼真,凸现熊猫的生活习性。“熊猫睡觉时,腹部朝天。有时,它用前爪轻轻地拍着肚子;有时,它两腿一蹬,便翻了个身。”“它睡醒了就翻身起来,用手揉了揉腥忪的眼睛,好奇地望望人们。然后迈着蹒跚的步子走到栏杆的另一边,坐了下来,好像想清醒一下头脑似的。”这里,作者抓住熊猫嗜睡的特点,写得饶有趣味。

三、结构要有“形”

根据表达的需要,文章有纵式结构与横式结构之别。初学状物类作文,以纵式结构为主,以纵横交错式结构为辅。如“总分”或“总分总”结构。

例,习作《银杏》。可以先介绍它的外形特征,再写出它的价值或用途,诸如营养价值和药有价值等。从总体上看,全文为纵式结构。而在介绍其价值或用途中,又采用横式(并列式)结构。这样,介绍的内容尽管较多,但由于结构清晰,也就显得有条不紊。

又如,习作《猪》。作者从对猪这种动物的偏爱入手,开篇破题:“其实,猪是一种聪明可爱的动物。”接着,文章分别从猪的智力、嗅觉、起居、饮食等方面展现它的聪明可爱。这种“总分式”结构条分缕析,学生容易模仿。有的同学为了进一步突出家养猪的可爱,还简约地将野猪与家养猪作对比。这样,不仅丰富了写作的内容,而且凸现了文章的中心。

四、方法要有变

状物类作文的写作方法也不是一成不变的。仅就叙述的人称而言,就有第一人称与第三人称之异。当然,各有各的妙处。例《钢笔和原珠笔》,叙述时采用第一人称,既显得亲切,又便于介绍。为了行文需要,人称也可以转换。如,《铺路石》。从整体上说,用的是第三人称,“它来自大山之中,它是大山的儿子。为了人类的需要,它离开了母亲的怀抱,来到了繁华的闹市,来到了宁静的村庄……”而在文章的结尾,为了礼赞的需要,转为第二人称。“铺路石,你是山的精灵,你是大山的忠实儿子!你默默无闻,但大地没有忘记你,高山没有忘记你。看,高山顶上的巨石,不正是大地母亲为你树立的丰碑吗?”这种第三人称与第二人称的交替作用,使知识性和情感性得以和谐统一,叙的是“铺路石”,颂的是“劳动者”。

现代写作学认为,写作是一种观念形态的活动,是客观外界事物在头脑中加工制作的过程。从这一意义上来说,状物类作文的指导要以有序观察为基础,情趣表达为载体,有形结构为借鉴,行文有变为方法,经典引路,以读促写。实践证明,这是一条行之有效的写作途径。

说话风趣幽默也能使平淡材料生动。如文章开头,小作者在交代了外号“骄傲将军”的来历后,便写“我”这个象棋高手在上星期却“演了一场‘关云长败走麦城’的悲剧”,这比写“这一次比赛我却输了”要生动多了。又如,当炮“吃”掉了对方的一个“象”后,小作者写道,“我”的“炮”被他的“车”压得成了“闷炮”,“转眼就去向阎王爷报到了”,这比直接说“我的‘炮’被他的‘车’吃掉了”生动得多。

运用生活中常用的熟语(包括歇后语、谚语、成语、格言等)也能使平淡材料生动。如写到“……我正得意”之时,小作者笔锋一转,引用了对手所说“天堂有路你不走,地狱无门你偏行”这一俗语,真是恰到好处,意味深长,读来也琅琅上口,把人物的形象、个性勾画得十分逼真,让读者如见其人。

会计基础工作管理制度是企业对会计核算和会计管理服务的基础性工作做出的规定。会计基础工作是一个比较广泛的概念,它会随着会计职能的扩展而不断发展。因此,企业会计基础工作管理制度是要结合企业内部管理的需要和会计管理职能的发展来确定的。

技巧

制度的写法是条文式,即把制度内容分条款逐一写出,其结构可分为标题、正文和结尾3部分。

1. 标题。由制定单位、工作内容和文种3部分组成。有的制度标题中不写制定单位,而将它写在结尾。

2. 正文。这是制度的主体部分。写条款前可加一小段引言,简要、概括地说明制定这项制度的原因、根据、目的等情况,接着逐条写各项内容。一个企业内部的制度也可以不写引文,直接写条款。条款写完后还要写明此项制度从什么时间开始执行。

3. 结尾。条款写完后要写明制定单位、公布日期。企业内部的制度行文不必盖章,如是政府机关或某个系统制定的需广泛下发执行的制度,必须在落款处加盖公章,以增强其真实性和严肃性。

会计基础工作管理制度的制定应当遵循三个原则:

1. 应当体现本企业的生产经营、业务管理的特点和要求;

2. 应当科学、合理,便于操作和执行;

3. 应当根据管理需要和执行中的问题不断完善。 会计基础工作管理制度一般包括以下内容。 原始记录管理制度:会计凭证、会计账簿、会计报表、会计档案等的格式设计、填制方法、审核要求、移交手续、销毁程序等。 会计人员岗位责任制度:互相牵制的会计机构的设置,会计人员的配备和分工,会计人员的职责和权限。 定额管理制度:制定和修订定额的依据和程序,定额的执行方法,定额的考核和奖惩办法等。 计量验收制度:计量检测手段和方法,计量验收管理的要求,计量验收人员的责任和奖惩办法。 财产清查制度:财产清查的组织,财产清查的范围,财产清查的期限和方法,对财产管理人员的奖惩方法。

学生写作时,如果语句平平,只选用一些普通的、直截了当的词,那么,这样写出来的文章根本没有可阅读行,就像是一碗没有油盐酱醋面条一样,让人提不起一点精神和看下去的欲望,呆板、单调,没有可读性。如果一篇文章要让读者有可读性、有深度,同学们更应该掌握一些高级点词和语句来装饰你的文章,突出这篇文章的彩头,使文章增添文采,给读者以不一样的感受。具体方法可以参照下面的语句:

1. 画龙点睛,一篇文章的开头很重要。

在通常情况下,英语句子的排列方式为“主语+谓语+宾语”,即主语一般都会在谓语前面。但若根据情况适当改变句子的开头方式,比如在文章的开始的时候写一些倒状语句或以状语为起始语句的开头,这样子的文章更具表现力和感染力。如:

(1) There stands an old temple at the top of the hill.

→ At the top of the hill there stands an old temple.

在小山顶上有一座古庙。

(2) You can do it well only in this way.

→ Only in this way can you do it well.

只有这样你才能把它做好。

(3) A young woman sat by the window.

→ By the window sat a young woman.

窗户边坐着一个年轻妇女。

2. 避免重复使用同一词语

为了使表达更生动,更富表现力,同学们在写作时应尽量避免重复使用同一词语来表示同一意思,尤其是一些老生常谈的词语。如有的同学一看到“喜欢”二字,就会立刻想起like,事实上,英语中表示类似意思的词和短语很多,如 love, enjoy, prefer, appreciate, be fond of, care for等。如:

I like reading while my brother likes watching television.

→ I like reading while my brother enjoys watching television.

我喜欢看书,而我的兄弟却喜欢看电视。

3. 合理使用省略句

合理恰当地使用省略句,不仅可以使文章精练、简洁,而且会使文章更具文采和可读性。如:

(1) He may be busy. If he’s busy, I’ll call later. If he is not busy, can I see him now?

→ He may be busy. If so, I’ll call later. If not, can I see him now?

他可能很忙,要是这样,我以后再来拜访。要是不忙,我现在可以见他吗?

(2) If the weather is fine, we’ll go. If it is not fine, we’ll not go.

→ If the weather is fine, we’ll go. If not, not.

如果天气好,我们就去;如果天气不好,我们就不去了。

(3) She could have applied for that job, but she didn’t do so.

→ She could have applied for that job, but she didn’t.

她本可申请这份工作的,但她没有。

4. 适当运用非谓语结构

非谓语结构通常被认为是一种高级结构,适当运用非谓语结构,会给人一种熟练驾驭语言的印象。如:

(1) When he heard the news, they all jumped for joy.

→ Hearing the news, they all jumped for joy.

听了这消息他们都高兴得跳了起来。

(2) As I didn’t know her address, I wasn’t able to get in touch with her.

→ Not knowing her address, I wasn’t able to get in touch with her.

(3) As he was born into a peasant family, he had only two years of schooling.

→ Born into a peasant family, he had only two years of schooling.

他出生农民家庭,只上过两年学。

5. 结合使用长句与短句

在英语写作中,过多地使用长句或过多地使用短句都不好。正确的做法是,根据实际情况在文章中交替使用长句与短语,使文章显得错落有致,这样不仅使文章在形式上增加美感,而且使文章读起来铿锵有力。如:

At noon we had a picnic lunch in the sunshine. Then we had a short rest. Then we began to play happily. We sang and danced. Some told stories. Some played chess.

→ At noon we had a picnic lunch in the sunshine. After a short rest, we had great fun singing and dancing, telling jokes and playing chess.

中午我们晒着太阳吃野餐。休息一会儿后,我们唱的唱歌,跳的跳舞,还有的讲笑话、下棋,大家玩得很开心。

6. 适当使用短语代替单词

(1) He has decided to be a teacher when he grows up.

→ He has made up his mind to be a teacher when he grows up.

(2) He doesnt like music.

→ He doesnt care much for music.

他不大喜欢音乐。

(3) He told me that the question was now under discussion.

→ He told me that the question was now being discussed.

7. 恰当套用某些固定表达

(1) He was very tired. He couldn’t walk any farther.

→ He was too tired to walk any farther.

他太累了,不能再往前走了。

(2) The film was very interesting. Both the teachers and the students liked it.

→ The film was so interesting that both the teachers and the students liked it.

8. 尽量使句子带点“洋味”

9. 综合使用各类所谓的“高级”结构

(2) We had to stand there to catch the offender.

→ What we had to do was (to) stand there, trying to catch the offender.

→ Her pronunciation is as good as, if not better than, her teacher’s.

一、词汇选择——标新立异

在写作中“较高级词汇”的使用主要是指使用《大纲》上没有的词语、使用通过构词法变化来的新词、使用同(近)义词或反义词等来代替常见词语。

1)这栋房子在芳草街的一栋楼上。

A: The flat is in a building on Fangcao Street.

B: The flat situates in a building on Fangcao Street.

分析:is in是常见词语,而situates in则是《大纲》上没有的,属于高级词汇。

2)在周末我们做很多作业。

A: At weekends, we have a lot of homework to do.

B: At weekends, we have endless homework to do.

分析:B句在表达时没有使用过于直接的a lot of,而是使用了endless。endless就是由《大纲》词汇end加后缀-less变化来的。

3)洗澡间和厨房都很好。

A: The bathroom and the kitchen are good.

B. The bathroom and the kitchen are well-furnished.

在表达要点时,B句使用了well furnished,这比good语气强,也显得生动。

在造句时,“较高级词汇”如能运用贴切自然,哪怕整篇文章只用上一个,也会使你的作文显示出与众不同。

二、结构造句——与众不同

在造句时,既要使句子生动,又要使其简明扼要。

1、使用与人不同的表达方式,特别是提倡打破汉语句子结构的束缚而重组的句子更受欢迎。

1)唐山曾在二十世纪八十年代发生过一次大地震。

A: There was a strong earthquake in Tangshan in the 1980s.

B: A terrible earthquake hit/struck Tangshan in the 1980s.

大多数同学使用了there be结构,这是对的,但是B句却摒弃了常见句式。另辟蹊径而使用了“主语+谓语+宾语”结构,且使用了terrible,hit/strike这样的词汇,更是难能可贵的。

2)你八月十五日的来信我今天早晨收到了。

A:I received your letter which was written on August 15th this morning.(多数人使用的方式)

B: Your letter of August 15th reached/ got to me this morning.(与多数人使用的方式不同,简洁)

2.使用一些强势句式,如强调句、感叹句、倒装句等,增强语句的表现力。如:

3)阿福救了我妹妹。

A: Ah Fu saved my sister.(一般句式)

B: It was Ah Fu that saved my sister.(强调句式)

4)我们看到庄稼和蔬菜长势喜人很是高兴。

A: We were glad to see crops and vegetables growing well.(一般陈述句)

B: How glad we were to see crops and vegetables growing well.(感叹句)

3、句式多样,复杂得体。在写作中应避免使用相同长度的相同句型,而应注意句式的变化,如长短句结合,简单句、并列句与复合句共用,还可使用简化句等;一些较复杂的结构如独立主格,分词结构等也可使用。下面的表达中A句简单句多,而且多处使用there be结构,显得单调、乏味,而B句就有自己的特色(请同学们自己分析)。

5)这是一套25平方米的住房,住房里面有卧室、有洗澡间、有厨房;卧室里有床、沙发、桌子和椅子等。

A: Its a flat of 25 square metres. There is a bedroom in the flat. There is a bathroom and a kitchen in it, too. In the bedroom, there is a bed; there is a sofa, a desk and a chair as well.

B: Its a flat of 25 square metres, with a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. In the bedroom there is a bed, a sofa, a desk and a chair.

三、布局谋篇——独具匠心

在写作中,我们可按时间、空间或其它逻辑顺序来安排各要点,同时为使主题突出,结构严谨,我们应注意学习和使用交代句以及段落的主题句等。在布局谋篇上,NMET2002范文堪称典范。请看:

Opinions are divided on the question.

60% of the students are against the idea of entrance fees. They believe a public park should be free of charge. People need a place where they can rest and enjoy themselves. Charging entrance fees will no doubt keep some people away. What is more, it will become necessary to build gates and walls, which will do harm to the appearance of a city.

On the other hand, 40% think that fees should be charged because you need money to pay gardens and other workers, and to buy plants and young trees. They suggested, however, fees should be charged low.

1)该文使用Opinions are divided...作交代句,开门见山,随后两个段落均使用了主题句(见黑体字部分),使全文结构紧凑,表达严谨。

2)在表述要点时范文还对要点出场顺序作了调整,如“40%的同学认为应收门票,但不宜过高。”前部分作为主题句放在句首,而后部分另起一句放在句末:They suggested, however, fees should be charged low.这样就分清了轻重缓急,主题突出,条理清楚。

3)范文使用了and, what is more, however等连词,在段落之间使用了on the other hand(说明前后两个观点是相悖的),这些连接手段的运用加强了句子之间、段落之间的联系,使文章表达连贯,浑然一体。

4)范文在第二段为说明不收门票的“原因”时增加了Charging entrance fees will no doubt keep some people away.等细节,这也是解决句与句之间缺少连贯性的常见方法。

写作技巧:

一、要善于模仿

对大多数学习英语的同学来说,英语的词汇量、句式的积累还极其有限,远不能达到用英文流畅表达,挥洒自如的境地。在这一阶段进行创作是不合时宜的,如果非要创造,只能写出“long time no see”这样的文字来。因此,模仿是这一阶段的必经途径。

谈到模仿,一些同学的办法就是背一堆范文,然后再到考场上进行一个“剪切”、“粘贴”的工作,效果可想而知。这不是真正意义上的模仿,充其量算是默写课文。如何模仿呢?

首先,模仿的目标要明确。模仿的重点永远要放在一定的句式结构上,而非个别的词汇。道理很简单:一个词,随着文章内容的变换,可能就不能用了;而句式结构是放置四海而皆准的东西,适用的范围广,学来对写作的帮助也就明显。

其次,模仿的材料要地道。像新概念英语这样的教材就提供了很多原汁原味的英语表达法。盲目选择文章学习,记一些不中不洋的句子,以讹传讹,浪费时间。

最后,模仿要体现在实际动笔上。比如说,新概念第三册有一个句式说:“…for the simple reason that…”表示某种现象的原因是什么,用在大学英语考试中,我们就可以拿来解释为什么自行车在中国如此的流行,表达为:“the bicycle is very popular in china for the simple reason that…”。然而,很多同学经常背了这些句式不用,一谈到原因仍然是“…because…”,等等。

二、要灵活变通

在批改英语作文的过程中,经常能发现一些将中文生硬地翻译成英文的表达法。由于中英文之间的差异和词汇量、表达法积累的不足,出现难于表达的情况是十分正常的。关键问题在于如何处理。有一句话叫做“立志如山,行道如水”,套用在这个问题上就很合适。写英文作文,一定要有决心把它写好,有信心把意思表达清楚,这是“立志如山”;但关键是遇到问题时要有个灵活的态度,能像流水一样变通解决问题。

有个翻译界的故事说:在某大型国际会议的招待会上,一道菜是用鸡蛋做的。与会的客人问翻译:“what is it made of?”本来是非常简单的一个问题,结果翻译太紧张,忘了“egg”这个词,但是他急中生智,回答:“it is made of miss hen’s son.”这里,就是一个灵活变通的范例。绕道表达,是写作中应该常常运用的一种方法。

三、要细心观察

要写好英语作文,还要带着敏锐的目光细心地观察,注意英语中一些表达上的习惯。

比如说,在正式文体的写作中,很少用 “it isn"t”这样的略缩形式,而往往是一板一眼地写作 “it is not”。同理,在正式文体中的日期一般不缩写,阿拉伯数字一般会用英文表达(特别长的数字除外)。

再比如说,翻翻新概念第三册所有的课文,会发现凡是一段文章的段首句出现转折时,转折词however都放在句子结构中的第二部分,以插入语的形式出现。分析原因,是因为段落一开始就用转折词,会时转折显得较生硬、突兀。

最后,许多同学在写作文时,习惯于把 “since” “because” “for”这样的词放在句首引导原因状语从句。事实上,在我们见到的英语报刊杂志文章中,这样的从句一般都是放在主句之后的。另外, “and”也常常被误放在一句话的开头,表示两个句子之间的并列或递进关系。其实,经常留心地道的英语文章能发现,如果是并列关系,完全可以不用连词;如果是递进关系,用 “furthermore” “what is more”更为普遍。
