最后就是英语，英语应该是外语中最简单的语言，因为它是一种拼读语言，几乎与汉语拼音相似。所以说审题应该不成问题，作文其实也十分简单，只不过可能词数上有些困惑，常常跨不过50个词这一大关。在此，我向大家推荐一种实用的方法，写作文时，写到形容老人时，可以用上They are old ，but they are healthy。等修饰性的句子；形容cousin或brother/sister时，完全可以用cute来形容；或是介绍他/她的年龄、姓氏等。这样一来，英语作文也就变得十分简单。

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

就从考试说起吧！考试的时候因为我没认真检查解决问题，所以解决问题的最后一道题因为没有把余数计算在内而出错。还有一道判断题我不明白错在哪里？回家问爸爸后才明白分数乘分数积比因数小。下次考试不管什么题我都要认真检查。还有上学期我不爱举手发言，没有和大家一起分享学习的快乐！这学期我一定多举手发言。上学期上课的时候，我有时专心致志，有时分神，有时还粗心大意，到学年.月.日的知识时，我经常没有进入状态，所以没有掌握，多亏陈肯我才学会年.月.日的基本知识。今后上课我每次都要专心致志了!

“万岁！万岁~！终于考完了！”这是我在期中考试结束后发出的感慨，这次的期中考试因为偶们是毕业班的缘故所以学校相当的重视，搞的跟平时的期末考一样，在经过三天的“煎熬”之后，终于迎来了胜利的曙光。先不管那么多了，给自己轻松一下吧……

打打篮球吧，好几天没挨篮球了，先是搞足球比赛，然后又是期中考。篮球技术现在也不知道咋样了，找几个好友PK一下吧！打了一个下午的篮球，大汗淋漓的，还好技术已经恢复了，三分！两分！上篮！哈哈，还真有点科比的味道啊。对了，NBA的新赛季已经开始了，本人是个狂热的NBA球迷，今年也刚好是NBA与CCTV合作二十年的纪念年，也看了四、五年的球了，又是感慨啊~！

玩会电脑吧，上上QQ，跟好友聊聊天。上上“创网”，看到自己的文学社发生了翻天覆地的变化，想着刚加入文学社时的情景，从“一无所有”到已有一百多篇精华。自己也从跟社长死磕要一个房间，到现在一层二号的“黄金地位”，真是笑时间过的太快了……再玩一会《街头篮球》网络游戏，关心关心自己的号吧，看看战绩，讲的过去。在玩电脑的时候，时间比任何时候过得都要快，不知不觉……

“同学们，下面发卷子！”什么？发卷子？啊~！不会吧，时间过的这么快啊！卷子一发下来，一看，晕倒~！语文：100分、数学：100分、英语：100分！天哪！天哪！再世神童，再世爱因斯坦，再世牛顿！哈哈，真是超级天才啊，这么高智商的人，长大后没有哪个大学敢要啊，智商太高，超过老师所教能力啊，我正在超级得意之时……

“懒鬼，起来听英语啦，那几个单词还没背呢！”俄，原来是做梦啊，郁闷啊！那么高的一个分数就这样“泡汤”了吗？呵呵，看来这个期中考试的成绩真是令我魂牵梦绕啊~！

课快学完成一半了，也就快期中考试了，这几天，所有副科全不上了，光上语文、数学、英语。把同学们都愁死了，我也是。

今天，王怡赫说：“大下个礼拜二就考期中试！”我们心里怀着害怕和憧憬。害怕考不好，大人训；憧憬能天天睡懒觉，玩。但不是还没考试吗？脸上的笑容凝固了，真希望今天就考试！

这几天，妈妈领我复习，烦死了，我正是左耳朵听，右耳朵冒了，妈妈唠叨的话语在我耳边游荡，我根本就听不进去，妈妈让我死记硬背，真的，好烦啊！我不禁叹气。

妈妈总是拿我和别人攀比，说：“你看徐佳、王怡赫她们，您家都上补习班了，咱在家更得加油了，知道吗？”不是我说，这句话我听了800回了，妈妈真唠叨，每到学习，她都会说这句话，真烦！

不过，期中考试要来临，我还是加油！加油！再加油！记住鼓励自己的话：保住前五名，争取前三名，最好第一名！

背世说新语背了整整65首，印象深刻，只不过班上的人除了王佳颖以外别的人都没饱尝过这种滋味。

说得都心酸，因为我即使是这么辛苦地学习，还终究是不如意。

因为我不知道自己的成绩是否还能在班集体中跻身前五名。我依旧可怜着我那白白失去的仿句的2分和作文的6分。但毕竟别人和我的情况都一样，毕竟——考试就是冰冷的战场，最后突出重围的不止几个人，可他们唯一和我们不同的，就是他们知道如何防御别人的攻击，知道怎样才能守护自己到最后一刻，而我们不知道，我需要的，就是明白出题人为什么要把这个题目放在这里，他有什么意图，这样一来就明显会简单许多。

正所谓：知己知彼，百战不殆。

“哇哇哇——不会吧!怎么这么快就期中考了!”

不知又是哪个同学在“鬼叫”。唉，其实我也挺紧张的，这世上哪有学生不拍考试啊!俗话说“考考考，老师的法宝;分分分，学生的命根;学学学，家长的秘诀!”这三条，那一条不是想五指山一般压得学生喘不过气来?

第一部——进行曲

考试前几天，有那几个学生不是学到半夜十一二点?早上来学校的时候，又正襟危坐着，复习着一课又一课，颇有“临时抱佛脚”之意。哈欠一个又一个的打着，困的眼睛都睁不开了，还在那里慌忙的“啃”课本，现在才真正体会到了“书到用时方恨少”的悲哀啊!“鸭梨”真的好大哦!唉，为了考个好成绩，忍着吧!

第二部——狂想曲

俗话说得好，“临阵磨枪，不快也光”。试卷一发下来，同学们就开始奋笔疾书。可难免会碰上几只“拦路虎”啊!这…… 只见某同学趁老师不注意时，用那x光眼迅速往后一瞥，然后“下笔如有神”。

又见几个同学“走着走着”，运气实在太差，竟还碰到了“程咬金”的百般刁难：就是不让路能怎么样?把他们急的是抓耳挠腮。

第三部——变奏曲

“偶嘎嘎嘎嘎嘎!我又进步了哎!”

“啊!试卷怎么可以这么快就看出来?老师啊!你们也太神速了吧!”

更有甚者，场景如下：

甲同学看着鲜红的试卷，放在乙同学桌上，转身走掉。

“嘿!你的试卷!”乙同学喊道。

“不!是你的试卷!”甲同学扭过身子，笑容惨淡。

……

教室里，激动声与哀号声连成一片。唉!真是有人欢喜有人忧啊!

期中考试，大家一年总是要经历几次。而每一次的期中考试，都会带给我们不同的感受。

转眼间这一学期将要过去，我们马上要迎来期中考试了，语文、数学、英语面对这它们让我的心脏无法平静下来，咚咚、咚咚。

考试是学生们的命根，刚刚进入考场信心满满，遇到难题心情紧张，看到题目心情像落到万丈深渊，当你放了学看到父母时你的父母会问：考到怎么样？你会信心满满的说：当然考好了！可是事实是那么的残酷，天啊！当时向父母保证会把100分的试卷拿到家中，可考出的分数并不是理想的分数。

看着80多分的卷子心中沉重了很多，如何向父母解释呢？如何向老师交代呢？老实交代？还是欺骗？

期中考试后的烦恼，还有许多。而这些烦恼的来源，都是因为我们平时不认真的后果。以后的我，要好好的学习，争取下次的期中考试能考好。

今天我们要进行一学期一次的期中考试，据老师说这次的的考试内容全部都是阅读理解，没有别的类型题目，共两篇课内，3篇课外。我刚听到老师说的这个消息后心里一阵大喜，因为这样就没有很难的选择题和课文内容填空了，可是我还不知道接下来我会被这些题目折腾的死去活来。

开始考试了，只见监考老师深情严肃地走到讲台旁对我们边发试卷边说：“拿到试卷写上班级姓名后便开始考试了”。拿到试卷我大致浏览了两张试卷后，不禁倒吸了一口凉气，这么难，不仅题多，而且每一道题目都不简单，分值也大。在答题中，我犹如在热带雨林中的一位探险家，一路上劈荆斩棘，虽然有几题把我难住了，不过只要我认真读题，仔细思考就能学出来，可试卷的最后一题，犹如最后的拦路虎把我难住了，我苦思冥想了半天才写了一个不确定的答案。就这样，在彼此起伏的心情中终于完成了期中的两张卷子。

时间如流水一般，一去不复返。明年我就要上六年级了，即将结束小学中的最后一场大考—小升初考试，但愿我能在那场考试总出色发挥吧。

本次八年级英语月考从试卷上看考察知识面较广，题型较丰富，灵活运用程度接近中考。题的难易程度适中。题出得比较好，但学生答得不好，高分不多，平均分较差，主要存在以下几方面问题：

1。听力测试失分原因学生平时不习惯背诵句型，课文等，再加上没有听力材料练习，故失分严重。

2。选取题失分原因学生对知识点的掌握不准确不扎实，再加上审题不仔细，导致学生自我认为会得题没有拿分。

3。完型填空和阅读理解学生失分最多。原因是学生词汇量太少看不懂，更不能正确理解文章资料。

4。补全对话失分因为学生不能按平时的指导去做，把握不住做题要领。

5。动词运用题学生没有到达灵活运用，平时练得少。

6。写作潜力太差，平时练得少，教师指导的也不够。

今后的教学我想从以下几方面改善：

1。提高课堂教学质量，备课必须要充分，教学方法灵活多样。

2。加强课下对学生的追踪力度，采用“兵教兵”“兵追兵”。

3。加大对重点知识的练习力度，练得学生一看就明白答案。

4。完型填空和阅读理解，补全对话平时多加强对学生的做题指导，主要是方法指导。每一天让学生背十个单词，翻译五个句子。

5。写作方面多练多批多改。

6。对学生进行做题技巧训练，避免因粗心错题。

考试前，我已做了两套试卷，所以考试的时候是信心十足。我吸取了上次考试的经验，在做题后认真检查，重新演算，才使得没有出现16+9=24的悲剧发生。

考试后，我是心神不宁，作梦梦见的是分数，上课心里想的是分数，张嘴说话说的是分数，睁开眼睛看到的是分数……简直就是杞人忧天。我经常对我自己说：“没关系，考不好，同学、老师不会怪我，只不过是一场考试嘛。”可过不了几秒，又开始想分数了。

终于在星期五上午的第三节课，我们的数学班主任顾老师在休息的时候总结了这次期中考试。当她说道：“我们班有25人在90分以上，其中有一个100分——陈柔嘉”的时候，经久不息的掌声覆盖了老师的声音。同学们都用羡慕的眼神看着我，老师也向我投来赞许的目光。我接过卷子，顿时心花怒放，虽然已经是秋天，但我的心里就像春天一样，漫山遍野的花儿在争奇斗艳，通过老师画的那一个个“√”，我仿佛看到了顾老师满脸的笑容。我后面的男同学柳宏杨盯着我的卷子，眼睛睁得大大的，好像要把我的卷子吃掉，让他成为全班第一一样。

在中午吃过饭后，我知道了我的语文成绩95·5分，也是全班第一的时候，想起了陈老师对我的要求“必须考到94分”的时候，我想他一定是对我充满希望的。老师，我没有辜负您对我的期望！
