That was a morning in the early of June. I took a bus to my school in the suburb which was surrounded by rice paddies and ponds. The sky was gray with the gloomy clouds congregating gradually along the far eastern horizon. "There must be a heavy rain soon." I spoke to myself.

When I hurried into the classroom, the sky, gray before, was shrouded now by black clouds, darken to twilight, I felt quite stuffy, while it was quite calm, without wind. I saw the leaves of trees and grass static, which seem to await something tohappen. Several minutes later, I saw the lightening split the clouds and heard the thunders following. Work and play do not contradict each other; in fact, they complement each other. As the saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." A life burdened with work leads you nowhere, for you would get tired and bored with your daily routine work. On the other hand, proper recreation will relieve the tension and discomfort of our monotonous life because it offers you various ways to let out your pent-up emotions.

What I usually do to relax after school is jogging and seeing movies. Usually I dont spare time for exercise, but I value the physical education class at school. Jogging several rounds in the field certainly relieves the days pressure. On weekends, Ill catch the morning movie for my visual enjoyment. I feel revived and energetic for another weeks work-load.

Before I went to school, I felt so excited, because I was so curious about

几场试下来，大家基本上都是愁眉苦脸的，有几个笑得比较大声，马上遭到白眼加鄙视。每场试后大家都在考场门口对答案，“第九题你算得多少？”“440。”“错了，昌昌说算得400。”“啊！怎么办。”“怕什么？才1分。”我们班有个稳居年级第一的天才昌昌，对答案的时候，他的答案就是标准。那天听到最多的词就是“ohyeah！”和“ohmygod！”对完答案，大家开始了咒怨，“哪个该死的出的题啊？太缺德了吧！”“你这就太冤枉他了，你应该骂哪个该死的发明的考试？太缺德了。”“话说是武则天推广的考试，虽然不是她发明的。”然后就是一群人异口同声地说“该死的武则天！”

今天星期天了，一场问分数狂潮，大多数同学都在打听老师的电话。

考试一点也不恐怖，恐怖的是分数。

听说要开家长会了，上帝保佑我啊！

期中考试终于结束了，但话又说回来，成绩还没有揭晓，我怎么可能这么放松了呢？

今天，老师走到讲台上，捧着一摞厚厚的试卷，我心里十分紧张，老师打开试卷，开始念起分数了，我听到老师说：“王皓，81分……”，我的心“咔嚓”一声碎了。可是，我答应过妈妈要考90分以上的呀。

我把卷子拿在手中，看一看错在哪什么地方不看不知道，一看吓一跳，我的课外阅读题扣了11分。天哪，看来呀以后还要多多积累课外阅读这一方面。

考试之后，我发现我做完题不仔细检查，不仔细读题，还有，今后要大量的积累课外知识阅读。

这次考试之所以没考好，是因为以下几点没有做到：

1、考试之前没有好好的复习。没准备做的事很难做好，而我却因此导致失分了。

2、平时没有养成良好看课外书的好习惯，课外阅读不理解题意，而且现在的阅读和作文都那么高的分数，以后要多看课外书。

3、平时要自己养成仔细检查的习惯，这次考试做完卷子没有养成检查的习惯，马马虎虎，粗心大意，导致失分严重。

“学如逆水行舟，不进则退……”我一定要在这两个月的时间里，争分夺秒，好好学习，争取再次取得优异的成绩！

Desire for No Examination

I have a lot of aspirations。 But what I desire most is to have no examinations。

We are always told that examinations aim to check what we have learned。 But I dont think so。 Examination is not the best way， especially in the primary school。 Examinations， composition examinations in particular， will bring students， teachers and parents a great deal of pressure。 To cope with the examination， some students just remember the model essays by rote。 It will do no good to the improvement of writing。

The students scores can be measured by their daily in-class study and by the completion of their everyday homework。 If we do in this way， all the students and teachers will have a pleasant time every day。

渴望不考试

我有很多愿望，但我最渴望的就是不要考试。

我们总是被告知考试的目的是为了检测我们学到了什么，但是我不这么认为。考试不是最好的方式，特别是在小学。考试，特别是作文考试，会给学生、教师、学生家长带来很大的压力。为了应付作文考试，一些学生仅仅是死记硬背范文，这对提高学生的写作没有什么好处。

学生的成绩可以通过课内的日常学习和每天家庭作业的完成情况来衡量。如果我们用这种方法检查学习效果，所有的学生和教师每天都会度过愉快的时光。

期中考试和期末考试一样重要，有时候还意义非凡。考好了，心里甜滋滋的，随之而来的是老师的赞扬，同学们的羡慕和父母的喜悦;考得不好，老师会失望，父母会生气，同学们的嘲笑。以我之见，考好则以，考不好别灰心。

时光飞逝，新一学年的期中考试如钟表上的时针一般走过了两周。试卷刚交上去，我就长长地吁了一口气，这次考卷不难，我是抱着双百的希望来应考的。从早上到晚上，心里仿佛有两个小人在打架，一个说：“考好!”一个却说：“考不好! ”直到晚上，困倦使我安稳的睡了一觉。

第二天，试卷发下来，不知为何，我竟不想知道结果，但还是抑制不住自己，眼睛一瞄，哇，语文97.5，数学100，英语100，我想，看见这些数字，我可能连睡觉时都会笑醒过来吧!

不过，当我看见语文哪一个地方扣分时，真是欲哭无泪，我整个人如“ 思想者 ”一般愣在那里了，除作文外，没有一题是该错的，都怪我粗心，不然，“一根油条两个鸡蛋 ”也不会“离家出走 ”了……

每一次考试，或许是成功的喜悦，或许是失败的懊恼。不管怎么说，接下来，对我们每个人都是一个新的开始。考好了，再接再厉，不要骄傲，;考差了，也不要气馁，找出自己不足的地方，努力改正。朝胜利的方向_满分，勇敢前进!
