今后的教学我想从以下几方面改善：
1。提高课堂教学质量，备课必须要充分，教学方法灵活多样。
2。加强课下对学生的追踪力度，采用“兵教兵”“兵追兵”。
3。加大对重点知识的练习力度，练得学生一看就明白答案。
4。完型填空和阅读理解，补全对话平时多加强对学生的做题指导，主要是方法指导。每一天让学生背十个单词，翻译五个句子。
5。写作方面多练多批多改。
6。对学生进行做题技巧训练，避免因粗心错题。
